Very clean and well presented apartments. The only things missing in the kitchen were a plug for the sink and a baking tray, but just about everything else is available, from dishwasher to washing machine. A hairdryer was available in our bathroom. Would certainly recommend..

Nice, clean fairly decent. Has a restoran which is decent as well so you are covered for essential needs only it's a bit expensive.

Basically fantastic apartment but ruined with details. In 15 days I had once cleaning room..I got one small bath foam, AC couldn't work on fan speed 1, wi fi only in leaving room. Washing machine didn't work as well. Fantastic terace with nice view, small but nice pool.

Apartments are fully equipped. Very impressed with the kitchen equipment. Beach and mountain views from each spacious terraces that have outside tables and chairs. Professional friendly service from Hannah the receptionist.

Lovely place to stay for a family of four in a 2 bed apartment. The rooms a little small but quite adequate. The apartments are up some quite steep hills around 1km from the beach and restaurants so might be tough with young children unless you have a car. We’ve been going to Albir hills apartments since they opened, we can’t get enough of the relaxing pool area and amazing service. We bring our dog with us and they even provide us with a cute pet package with Multiple useful things for our pup 😊 10/10

The location is good: close to bakery, supermarket, eateries and the market square. The space of the apartment is large. The sun on the balcony in the morning until 1 pm. There is no lighting on the outside of the apartment complex and no manned reception. That gives an inhospitable experience that makes it difficult to feel comfortable. The shower was a hand shower and there was no tea towel and dishcloth...

Supposed to be a dog friendly campsite, but no dog area or facilities on site. Whilst taking our dog out of the site for a walk, he wee'd up a palm tree on the site, and I was subjected to a torrent of abuse from a German motorhome owner. I complained to reception, but they were apologetic, but unable, or unwilling to help. Dog friendly sites should have basic facilities, and if you don't like dogs...

Not too far too cycle to the town and beach. Having an acsi card puts you in the 'cheap seats' and the webs photos don't reflect this. Can't think of anything negative. Staff are very helpful. Toilets and showers spotless. Café food and drinks great price and food good. You can walk too town easily enough. Just returned from a week here and Would have given a better rating if we had had more than 2 of our 7 nights of full sleep. The hotel itself is great and the food was lovely..all staff were friendly and helpful but unfortunately as it's an all inclusive hotel and they allow hen and stag groups you need to go prepared for noisy nights by disrespectful youngsters who think it's ok to bang on each others...

Hotel was lovely and the staff are a credit to Servigroup. Nothing was too much trouble. Lisa in guest services very helpful and knowledgeable. Carmen in the restaurant always pleasant and welcoming. There was always a good selection of food in the restaurant. The only gripe was the sunbed issue with people reserving sunbeds then disappearing for hours despite there being a 15 minute limit. Small hotel but punching above its weight. Run well by an organised team starting with the friendly receptionists, to the bar staff, the restaurant staff and the cleaners who made the beds, changed the towels and straightened the rooms every day. We spent 4 nights and the location was spot on. Room and hotel were nice and clean with the staff being so helpful and polite. Food was good, better than I expected. We spent most the holiday out at the beach but the hotel was perfect for what we needed. Loved it. We had a wonderful holiday here. The all inclusive stops at 23:00 followed by a paying bar to 00:00. If you need to use the lift, hope you have plenty of patience as you’ll need it. There are 14 floors and 3 lifts. We were in the first floor and I was in a wheelchair so had no option, but had no option but to use the lift. We had a brilliant time there. The maid for the room was amazing. We never so her but the room was spotless every day. The restaurant staff were friendly and very helpful as were the reception staff helping me with my printing of the forms. Great value for the money with free transfers to and from the airport Will be top of our list of hotels to stay again. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed a very pleasant 10 day stay in the Calypso Hotel, this was our 2nd visit. All the staff are very pleasant & can’t do enough for their guests, I would like to say a special thank you to Rosa! Who looked after us endlessly during our stay. We would stay again but would prefer the main building as we found the annexe very noisy and the shower wasn't very powerful. All the staff were friendly and the hotel is spotless, we felt very safe. Nice hotel, nice staff but after our group of 12 got back from a show were told bar was closing. Not just fir drinks but had to leave bar area and sit in reception area finishing our 1 drink each. As we are all in mid to late 70's we're surprised to be asked to keep our voices quiet ?

Lovely hotel in a great location, walking distance to everything. Rooms nice and clean we had a jacuzzi bath in ours which was a Brucie bonus. Break had a large selection to cater to all tastes and was topped up and was being cleaned all the time. Would recommend and we are looking to book for next year

Far enough away from the night life to be peaceful and yet close enough to be able to walk into the hub of everything. The highlight of the hotel is its cleanliness. The breakfast is superb for a buffet. Couldn't really fault this place.

Proper big hotel with clean, spacious rooms, great aircon and a hot shower. The breakfast area is massive and has an incredible choice of items to eat on offer. The rooms could do with a tea/ coffee making facility and perhaps a few toiletries and the swimming pool is quite shallow even at it deepest ( but I understand it is catering to families). Much better than expected. Good location, decent food, cheap drinks, lovely pool area, sea view. The room I stayed in was basic and in desperate need of renovation, but another room used by our party was fine. Not much entertainment in the hotel, but that was good as it meant less noise at night. All in all, a great hotel for the price and would definitely recommend.

Considering how little i booked this hotel for, i was more than pleasantly surprised when i got to my room. It was very nice with an equally nice clean bathroom. This hotel is great for people that would be lots of traveling through the day, simple style, large windows which slide fully and amazing views. Staff are lovely, we are a younger couple and they accommodated our last day with baggage and key issues with great service very friendly.
