Very clean and well presented apartments. The only things missing in the kitchen were a plug for the sink and a baking tray, but just about everything else is available, from dishwasher to washing machine. A hairdryer was available in our bathroom. Would certainly recommend..

Nice, clean fairly decent. Has a restoran which is decent as well so you are covered for essential needs only it's a bit expensive.

Basically fantastic apartment but ruined with details. In 15 days I had once cleaning room..I got one small bath foam, AC couldn't work on fan speed 1, wi fi only in leaving room. Washing machine didn't work as well. Fantastic terace with nice view, small but nice pool.

Apartments are fully equipped. Very impressed with the kitchen equipment. Beach and mountain views from each spacious terraces that have outside tables and chairs. Professional friendly service from Hannah the receptionist.

Lovely place to stay for a family of four in a 2 bed apartment. The rooms a little small but quite adequate. The apartments are up some quite steep hills around 1km from the beach and restaurants so might be tough with young children unless you have a car. We’ve been going to Albir hills apartments since they opened, we can’t get enough of the relaxing pool area and amazing service. We bring our dog with us and they even provide us with a cute pet package with Multiple useful things for our pup 😊 10/10

There is no lighting on the outside of the apartment complex and no manned reception. That gives an inhospitable experience that makes it difficult to feel comfortable. Lovely hotel in a great location, walking distance to everything. Rooms nice and clean we had a jacuzzi bath in ours which was a Brucie bonus. A little gem of a hotel right in the middle of Benidorm. It is exceptionally clean, very nicely furnished and very comfortable. Breakfast has lots of choices. There are endless bars and cafes nearby to have lunch, dinner or snacks and it’s only a short walk to the beach

Great hotel in a great location friendly staff. Only thing i struggled with was getting my deposit back we was a group off 15 and I was the only one what waited ages. Apart from that had a brilliant time.

Hotel was OK but noisy when they switched on a big generator at the pool at 8 in the morning. Staff were great

Very clean hotel . Room cleaned and fresh towels daily . Staff pleasant and breakfast good . The only negative was the air con was either not strong enough or not working properly ( this was what people said it was )

Only a 1 night stay. Check swift and very friendly. Great hotel in a hreat location....Food at breakfast was really good with lots to choose from. Would recommend and stay

This hotel is great for people that would be lots of traveling through the day, simple style, large windows which slide fully and amazing views. Staff are lovely, we are a younger couple and they accommodated our last day with baggage and key issues with great service very friendly. Good breakfast, Spanish syyle fry up, meats fruits e.c.t bar lovely location amazing views. Would recommend.

I wasn't overwhelmed but it was good value for what I paid. Some of the staff were a bit grumpy at times and breakfast was very limited. You don't stand a chance getting a sunbed in peak season near pool but air con was brilliant, room comfortable and it was clean. On the days I was there the cafe/bar only served pizza as food. Look, you pay for what you get. Rooms are okay, small but beds are comfy. No fridge to put your drinks in which I found abit odd. View to pool was good and aircon was brill. It is a Spanish hotel which I don’t get why people moan as you’re in Spain! 3* is fair.

We arrived around 11am but check in was at 3pm we managed to get our room for 1 which was great. We were self catering. The room never had a fridge or single hob or anything! Hotel was very disappointing our room wasn’t cleaned, floors brushed or sheets changed the whole week! The food was just about average and as the dining room didn’t open until 8.30pm was definitely not worth waiting for so we ended up eating out in the evenings! Excellent all round, no complaints whatsoever. Great location, staff and hygiene standards. Room very good with balcony and air con. Uk tv channels, everything you could ask for.
