Very clean and well presented apartments. The only things missing in the kitchen were a plug for the sink and a baking tray, but just about everything else is available, from dishwasher to washing machine. A hairdryer was available in our bathroom. Would certainly recommend..

Nice, clean fairly decent. Has a restoran which is decent as well so you are covered for essential needs only it's a bit expensive.

Basically fantastic apartment but ruined with details. In 15 days I had once cleaning room..I got one small bath foam, AC couldn't work on fan speed 1, wi fi only in leaving room. Washing machine didn't work as well. Fantastic terace with nice view, small but nice pool.

Apartments are fully equipped. Very impressed with the kitchen equipment. Beach and mountain views from each spacious terraces that have outside tables and chairs. Professional friendly service from Hannah the receptionist.

Lovely place to stay for a family of four in a 2 bed apartment. The rooms a little small but quite adequate. The apartments are up some quite steep hills around 1km from the beach and restaurants so might be tough with young children unless you have a car. We’ve been going to Albir hills apartments since they opened, we can’t get enough of the relaxing pool area and amazing service. We bring our dog with us and they even provide us with a cute pet package with Multiple useful things for our pup 😊 10/10

Highest season room rate of €150 a night is far above similar hotel offers in the area. Breakfast not included. The room, while clean and comfortable, had maintenance defects - entrance door and shower. Suggest you look elsewhere first, and only stay here as a last resort.

The location is good: close to bakery, supermarket, eateries and the market square. The space of the apartment is large. The sun on the balcony in the morning until 1 pm. There is no lighting on the outside of the apartment complex and no manned reception. That gives an inhospitable experience that makes it difficult to feel comfortable. Arrived in November for a few days stay, stayed for three weeks. Loved it so came back again. Friendly staff, dated but very clean facilities, lovely swimming pool and bar area. Best part....no dogs!!!!

Normally love this site but they are too full and gave us an awful pitch which we couldn't level the van or get an awning up. 4 times we went to reception to ask for another pitch but they said they hadn't got one, but low and behold once we asked to see the manager one appeared from nowhere. Love this site as previously said but this was not a good experience especially when I booked it 5 months...

Good overall site with clean and tidy facilities. Don't like booking in through a window especially when there's a queue, an indoor reception for their customers would be a considerate touch especially during bad weather. Waste disposal should be at ground level without the need to lift - water is heavy.

Supposed to be a dog friendly campsite, but no dog area or facilities on site. Whilst taking our dog out of the site for a walk, he wee'd up a palm tree on the site, and I was subjected to a torrent of abuse from a German motorhome owner. I complained to reception, but they were apologetic, but unable, or unwilling to help. Dog friendly sites should have basic facilities, and if you don't like dogs...

Not too far too cycle to the town and beach. Having an acsi card puts you in the 'cheap seats' and the webs photos don't reflect this. Can't think of anything negative. Staff are very helpful. Toilets and showers spotless. Café food and drinks great price and food good. You can walk too town easily enough. Just returned from a week here and Would have given a better rating if we had had more than 2 of our 7 nights of full sleep. The hotel itself is great and the food was lovely..all staff were friendly and helpful but unfortunately as it's an all inclusive hotel and they allow hen and stag groups you need to go prepared for noisy nights by disrespectful youngsters who think it's ok to bang on each others...

For what we paid it could have been a tent.food was very good with plenty of choice. Beer on tap till midnight. The staff were very polite and welcoming if there was a downside then it would be that the walls were very thin and we could here the next room clearly

Decent hotel, but in need of a refurb. Good food, plenty of choice at every meal. Efficient staff and no queues anywhere. All inclusive drinks are good, and the wine in the restaurant is very drinkable. Whilst I wouldn't recommend it to a more discerning holiday maker due to a lack of any luxury, I would definitely return based on great value for money.

Hotel in general was OK, Its an adult only hotel so expect stag n hen party's. Rooms we stayed in were better than expected and quite spacious. Small hotel but punching above its weight. Run well by an organised team starting with the friendly receptionists, to the bar staff, the restaurant staff and the cleaners who made the beds, changed the towels and straightened the rooms every day. We had a wonderful holiday here. The all inclusive stops at 23:00 followed by a paying bar to 00:00. If you need to use the lift, hope you have plenty of patience as you’ll need it. There are 14 floors and 3 lifts. We were in the first floor and I was in a wheelchair so had no option, but had no option but to use the lift. We had a brilliant time there. The maid for the room was amazing. We never so her but the room was spotless every day. The restaurant staff were friendly and very helpful as were the reception staff helping me with my printing of the forms. We enjoyed a very pleasant 10 day stay in the Calypso Hotel, this was our 2nd visit. All the staff are very pleasant & can’t do enough for their guests, I would like to say a special thank you to Rosa! Who looked after us endlessly during our stay. We would stay again but would prefer the main building as we found the annexe very noisy and the shower wasn't very powerful. All the staff were friendly and the hotel is spotless, we felt very safe. Nice hotel, nice staff but after our group of 12 got back from a show were told bar was closing. Not just fir drinks but had to leave bar area and sit in reception area finishing our 1 drink each. As we are all in mid to late 70's we're surprised to be asked to keep our voices quiet ?

Lovely hotel in a great location, walking distance to everything. Rooms nice and clean we had a jacuzzi bath in ours which was a Brucie bonus. Break had a large selection to cater to all tastes and was topped up and was being cleaned all the time. Would recommend and we are looking to book for next year

This is such a lovely hotel. Rooms were nice with a fantastic sea view and clean, lovely patio area, breakfast was great with a good choice from hot food to cereals, toast, fresh fruit, yogurts . Nadal is the place to be in benidorm superb location overlooking the bay alicanti benidorm it's self. it's sureal you are in benidorm but looking at benidorm small family run hotel. staff excellent nothing to much trouble brilliant place to stay.
