Where to stay with pets in l'Albir

We've stayed for 7 nights in the hotel and really enjoyed it. The location is simply amazing, very near the beach, great restaurants and shops. The staff has a great attitude to always help you find a solution

​ I also love that they give extra perks for long stays, having parking included was super convenient and the bottle of cava was a very delightful touch! The only areas of improvement would be maintenance of the rooms (which are a bit dated) and more comfortable beds, but I assume the hotel is aware of it and has renovated the upper floor

Love this Hotel. Clean, Friendly, Welcoming. Beautiful views from level 5 over looking the pools. Just come back from 8 days there, weather was beautiful. Always use this hotel. Worth a visit. 😎🏖️🏊❤️

Breakfast is great, always with some variation in the menu so it doesn't get boring, but with consistency in the basic items. Finally, I thought the spa circuit was excellent! Really a gem

I've been a few times over the years and it's lovely. Friendly staff and immaculately kept. The spa circuit is fantastic and we'll worth coming just for that

Small kids were seated around tables doing nothing, disinterested staff on their phones not engaging with the kids! Kids were banging on tables jesting towards an older kid saying, again, again and this kid was VAPING yes VAPING in the KIDS ClUB, Blowing halos like they were bubbles!! I brought it to the attention of the two zoned out staff and they told me ohhh 'we will tell him to do that outside...

The restaurants other than main buffet are really really poor the Italian was by far the worst, microwave dinner with something out of a carton that was supposed to be carbonara and soggy pasta that was clearly reheated it was gross! The buffet was fine no complaints, deserts not wonderful but ok

The spa is a joke and there's no staff so no there for treatments this to me was very very disapoinying as main reason I booked was there was something for everyone in the family and this bit was for me! There was also no staff for escape rooms, so these two things we couldn't do! The worst was the kids club my son has scensory issues and I asked to go in a settle him, glad I did

We were very excited for this holiday. The accommodation wasn't what we thought we had paid for there's several levels at this hotel of inclusivity. and this only becomes clear when you arrive

The cabins are ok very very small for the bunk beds we are a family of 5, so limited space in our cabin like you've about two feet extra room other than beds in the kids room

Ants are a problem we also had a mouse and very mouldy curtains

The cuisine and service in the restaurant was exquisite ( with a particular mention for Pablo who made our lunches and dinners even more enjoyable). The staff team is incredibly friendly and helpful

Basically fantastic apartment but ruined with details. In 15 days I had once cleaning room. I got one small bath foam, AC couldn't work on fan speed 1, wi fi only in leaving room. Washing machine didn't work as well

Nice, clean fairly decent. Has a restoran which is decent as well so you are covered for essential needs only it's a bit expensive.

We bring our dog with us and they even provide us with a cute pet package with Multiple useful things for our pup 😊 10/10

The apartments are up some quite steep hills around 1km from the beach and restaurants so might be tough with young children unless you have a car. I give 5 stars simply because of the 2 lads who manage the place

Didnt realise when we booked hotel rooms Didnt have balconys, rooms dated too, hotel and bedrooms clean , good breakfast for the money, staff all very nice and polite, great location, ok for a short stay.

There is no lighting on the outside of the apartment complex and no manned reception. That gives an inhospitable experience that makes it difficult to feel comfortable

A family home passed down it has been restored to the highest of standards whilst keeping its original charm from the beams, to the beautiful tiles and fantastic tropical garden with its nooks and crannies and scenic views

Home made cake every day with different flavours they were all lovely. Nice average size pool though didn't get to try it as it was too cold during our stay. Lovely rooms ours had a roofed patio area which was nice

Estaban and Martin who run this beautiful establishment are friendly and warm and the most welcoming and trusting of hosts. There is nothing lost in the attention to the most intricate and quirky attention to detail

Breakfast was good and the lady (Doris) was a great host even though she can't speak English we always got by. The area is a little out of town so not good if you don't have a car or find walking difficult

Altea old town is a 10 minute walk (though some short hills are involved, not suitable for disabled). A place for those seeking rest, quiet, and immaculate but unique presentation

Loved this little b and b so much better than large hotel blocks. Only around 6 or 7 rooms set in beautiful gardens with lots of seating areas and flowers and fruit trees

A super stylish little hotel. The breakfast was superb- The staff was exceptional which made Abaca one of my favorite hotels ever.

My room Hibiscus was perfect and very clean, even though I didn’t ask for it, my bed was fixed every day, floor cleaned and rubbish taken away, as well as coffee topped up and little chocolate left for me! Ladies at the reception are wonderful and really dedicated to make you feel well looked after, they were all very friendly and helpful, exceptional service

We were really impressed with this hotel. Very clean and well maintained rooms. Positioned in a quiet part of town, around 35 min walk from all the action and beach

No sun bed wars, plenty to go around the two pools, one roof top for adults only. Food is hit and miss but you can't please everyone. The hotel is designed well and only three stories high

My wife’s favourite meal was a freshly cooked steak with a beautiful salsa Verde along side a great selection of gorgeous salad, finished off with a sweet red velvet cake

First of all the air conditioning wasn’t working for the first two nights and the first night I went down and complained they said it would be fixed and no one came to our room so I went down again and it was later fixed

Arrived in November for a few days stay, stayed for three weeks. Loved it so came back again. Friendly staff, dated but very clean facilities, lovely swimming pool and bar area. Best part....no dogs!!!!

The place is clean and has decent facilities. The location of this hotel is up a bit of a hill (which isn't the end of the world) and is located by a few bars and restaurants

Stayed at the Levante hotel, absolutely brilliant service in its entirety. Customer service was amazing, we had a problem with our booking that was our fault, but the staff got this resolved for no charge for us

Lovely hotel. Has everything you need. The only thing that would have made it would be a kettle. The breakfast was very nice and the drinks were good value. Comfy beds and powerful shower. Highly recommend

If you're going away as a couple, for example, I'd say it's a good location. There's a few bars that have a good vibe, but isn't madly busy

Pools were really nice, the bottom pool is shaded by the hotel next door at times but was significantly quieter! Room cleanliness was unparalleled

As the clientele were mainly over 50s the site was quiet and friendly, even the pets were friendly and well behaved

Campsite is clean outside and inside the toilets and showers. The burger and chips were very good for the price. Supermarket was a little sparse if you wanted to self cater and not much choice

The pitches were well shaded with a tarpaulin over the top, which was a great relief as the Benidorm weather in July was HOT! two very small pools that seemed more geared up for kids to splash about in, so we didn't use them so cant comment

Very good value for money in my opinion. This was the second visit and would definitely use again if coming to Benidorm. The walk to Levante beach was very tiring in the heat and took a good 30 minutes

Booked our caravan in for a stay whilst touring around France and Spain for the summer. My daughter wanted to see Benidorm. This site was VERY reasonably priced, we had a plus pitch which had water and drainage on it

Armanello is an amazing campsite,it is spotless and has everything you need and is only about 15 minute walk to the center of benidorm, staff are very attentive and food in the restaurant is lovely and fresh and the staff in the restaurant can't do enough for you

Had a fantastic family holiday. Our youngest really enjoyed the kids club then coming out to spend the day at the pool. The staff were amazing. Really friendly and great service.

I adore this hotel, it's very clean, welcoming and friendly. The food is very good also with lots of assorted choices every day. First visited this hotel in December 19 then returned June 24

Lifts can be a bit of a problem at peak times, although there are 6 they serve 25 floors and due to needing disability pushchair for child stairs were not an option

The location of the hotel is fantastic nearby shops, beach and market, the hotel itself is clean (apart from toilets in public areas there’s a constant smell), pool area is a fabulous size and we never struggled for a sunbed, good range of cocktails and drinks to be had

My only gripe regarding the pool area would be more parasols that are firmly fixed in its base people need them especially in hot weather with little ones, I would have estimated no more than twenty for a very large area

That said, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was fantastic – just a 10-minute walk to the beach, with Benidorm Palace up the road and the fantastic Paradiso restaurant only a few hundred meters away! We’d definitely return!

It should be noted that we went in winter and the heated pool was a big part of the reason why we decided to go to that hotel, and the fact that it is not in optimal condition lowers our overall score a little

The pool side is a little cramped but we always got a sun bed. There is a life guard on duty. We used shared transfers and they drop you off/pick up on the main road. We had no instructions on how to get into the hotel

Cannot fault the staff, always willing to help, especially the night shift receptionist (i’m so annoyed i didn’t ask his name) on Tuesday night when my partner had a medical emergency, he gave thorough information to myself when i was a bit stressed and made sure to check with us a few hours later! Some feedback, the pool is absolutely lovely and cool and well kept however all the stones to walk...

After reading the reviews I was shocked. I must of stayed in a different hotel! Staff have been absolutely amazing & really helpful. Our patio door didn’t lock at first

The only minor downside was the air conditioning, which didn’t feel quite as cool as we’ve experienced in other hotels. That said, it wasn’t a dealbreaker and certainly wouldn’t stop us from staying here again

The guests either side of us unfortunately were extremely unpleasant, on our last night here a huge group of guests piled into the neighbouring apartment, heavily smoking and blasting music to the point it felt like I had headphones on! No sleep for me before my transfer!… another night we had 20 solid minutes of people hanging outside our door, trying to get into our room via the handle

The location of the hotel is on an extremely steep hill, so beware if you’re travelling with young children or elderly folk

It wasn’t too bad for us as we’re in our 20’s but we opted for a taxi back up the hill most nights. The hotel is fairly close to the main strip with a 10 min walk inbetween, full of bars, bistros and restaurants

Overall for our first holiday it was fairly pleasant, we didn’t spend too much time in the hotel as a whole but the time we spent here was okay, definitely has its faults :(

There were plenty of seating areas around the hotel. Designated smoking areas which I loved for a none smoker. The rooms were very spacious, plenty of space in the wardrobes to store your clothes etc

Altea is about a 10 -15 minute walk which we did everyday as myself anf husband like walking, you can even walk along the beach, just bare in mind it's very pebly and will require appropriate shoes

The hotel it's self are gorgeous everything about it the entrance the surroundings, gorgeous water feature in the lobby. We used the gym a few times and had everything you need

Food was amazing, something different everyday, was always something to enjoy. The pool was extremely clean and we're plenty of sunbeds throughout the day. The beach is just a few foot steps away from the pool area

All In all I would highly recommend this hotel. and will definitely be staying here again in the future

Now my main complaint is the beer was not good always flat can’t understand why and was never served in correct glass, ended up drinking bottle beer in hotel and instead of sitting in hotel we spent most our time in Altea bars and restaurants where the same beers where excellent and cheaper

This hotel is very comfortable and clean. There's always lots to do. The staff are very polite and friendly, especially the waiters and bar staff. The food is beautiful and well presented. We would come here again.

Recently just come back from staying at the gala placidia hotel, the location was perfect, the room was clean and comfortable and the food was very good, and found all the staff to be friendly, Liliana on the the reception was fantastic and nothing was to much hassle for her and Antonio behind the bar legend :-)

2 good sized pools (we didn't go In as was very cold considering it's late April) Hotel in a great location for the new town

Came here with two of my friends for a girls trip Had an amazing time and staff were lovely especially the man behind the bar that served us sex on the beaches all week!😂 Only complaint is that the walls of the rooms are very thin and we had the maids banging on our doors around 9:30am the day we were checking out when we only needed to check out at 11am

Nice hotel in a good location, 5 minute walk to the beach. Food was nice, standard buffet type deal but everything fresh and hot. Entertainment is very good, especially for children

The hotel is in a great location albeit up a slight incline it’s just off the main road. Few mini supermarkets, bars and restaurants around The hotel is clean and bright and airy. The staff are lovely and friendly

The Pool - 9am open Nice little pool well kept and cleaned and the area was well maintained. Never had a problem getting a sun bed as there was always plenty all day regardless of time, along with tables and chairs

Breakfast was good - typical continental. Evening meal repetitive with limited selection. The maid service first class they clean well, very nice heated outside swimming pool with very friendly staff at the pool bar

This hotel is in an excellent location 2 blocks back from the sea, although it is a long walk to the old town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless and reasonably well equipped

The entertainer Massimo it’s amazing and so funny… Dancing and singing everywhere and the hotel are good to I love him thanks Massimo for everything !!!

Stayed here for 4 nights in June last year. The hotel interior was nice as was the room. The balcony area could definitely use some TLC. The hotel was very busy but it wasn’t noisy in the hotel during the day or night
