Vending machines available in reception and rooftop. Live music, DJ and singers were performing during our stay. A bigger pool would be a great addition for a proper swim. The gym has singular, basic equipment

The rooftop has fab views, a small pool with sun bathing lounge areas, however the extractor fans from the kitchens, exit here. The fake turf there is getting old and can be a trip hazard

The staff in all quarters were lovely and reception staff very helpful. The food was good but could have been hotter in some instances although was changed instantly when mentioned but not a lot of difference

Beautiful terrace with fabulous beach- view. We came back, after we departed, for drinks several times. Our room was spacious, contained wardrobe, TV and a kitchenette but no crockery or utensils

The only areas of improvement would be maintenance of the rooms (which are a bit dated) and more comfortable beds, but I assume the hotel is aware of it and has renovated the upper floor

We've stayed for 7 nights in the hotel and really enjoyed it. The location is simply amazing, very near the beach, great restaurants and shops. The staff has a great attitude to always help you find a solution

Breakfast is great, always with some variation in the menu so it doesn't get boring, but with consistency in the basic items. Finally, I thought the spa circuit was excellent! Really a gem

I've been a few times over the years and it's lovely. Friendly staff and immaculately kept. The spa circuit is fantastic and we'll worth coming just for that

Small kids were seated around tables doing nothing, disinterested staff on their phones not engaging with the kids! Kids were banging on tables jesting towards an older kid saying, again, again and this kid was VAPING yes VAPING in the KIDS ClUB, Blowing halos like they were bubbles!! I brought it to the attention of the two zoned out staff and they told me ohhh 'we will tell him to do that outside...

The restaurants other than main buffet are really really poor the Italian was by far the worst, microwave dinner with something out of a carton that was supposed to be carbonara and soggy pasta that was clearly reheated it was gross! The buffet was fine no complaints, deserts not wonderful but ok

The spa is a joke and there's no staff so no there for treatments this to me was very very disapoinying as main reason I booked was there was something for everyone in the family and this bit was for me! There was also no staff for escape rooms, so these two things we couldn't do! The worst was the kids club my son has scensory issues and I asked to go in a settle him, glad I did

We were very excited for this holiday. The accommodation wasn't what we thought we had paid for there's several levels at this hotel of inclusivity. and this only becomes clear when you arrive

The cabins are ok very very small for the bunk beds we are a family of 5, so limited space in our cabin like you've about two feet extra room other than beds in the kids room

Basically fantastic apartment but ruined with details. In 15 days I had once cleaning room. I got one small bath foam, AC couldn't work on fan speed 1, wi fi only in leaving room. Washing machine didn't work as well

Nice, clean fairly decent. Has a restoran which is decent as well so you are covered for essential needs only it's a bit expensive.

We’ve been going to Albir hills apartments since they opened, we can’t get enough of the relaxing pool area and amazing service

The apartments are up some quite steep hills around 1km from the beach and restaurants so might be tough with young children unless you have a car. I give 5 stars simply because of the 2 lads who manage the place

incredible attention to detail, amazing staff which are so kind and helpful especially Marco and Aaron. We went for a week and couldn’t have asked for more. We will definitely be coming back soon!

Amazing staff, helpful and familiar. The food is really good (well worth a visit even if you dont stay in the hotel). The breakfast buffet is in itself reason enough to stay in the hotel

Great location! Only a few minutes from the beach but still quiet. Nice to be able to cook meals and the balcony was nice. Would have been 5 stars for the price level but the internet and TV was useless.

The location is good: close to bakery, supermarket, eateries and the market square. The space of the apartment is large. The sun on the balcony in the morning until 1 pm

Just perfect. We booked 3 rooms as a family with amazing views. Everyone was so friendly. Breakfast service and food selection plenty. We have stayed in Albir now over 20 years and this was our best stay/holiday

Home made cake every day with different flavours they were all lovely. Nice average size pool though didn't get to try it as it was too cold during our stay. Lovely rooms ours had a roofed patio area which was nice

The gardens and pool, hammocks, egg chairs etc, made this a special place. Esteban, Martin and their staff so friendly and helpful We really appreciated the personal touch. Loved the 4 poster bed in our room

A family home passed down it has been restored to the highest of standards whilst keeping its original charm from the beams, to the beautiful tiles and fantastic tropical garden with its nooks and crannies and scenic views

Estaban and Martin who run this beautiful establishment are friendly and warm and the most welcoming and trusting of hosts. There is nothing lost in the attention to the most intricate and quirky attention to detail

Breakfast was good and the lady (Doris) was a great host even though she can't speak English we always got by. The area is a little out of town so not good if you don't have a car or find walking difficult

Altea old town is a 10 minute walk (though some short hills are involved, not suitable for disabled). A place for those seeking rest, quiet, and immaculate but unique presentation

Very nice hotel with a friendly staff. The room was good with a large bathroom and balcony (sea view). The hotel is located at the beach and only a short walk from the old town. We have had a wonderfull stay.

amenities are slightly dated but well above required standard, heated pool and good size open pool area. Communal areas are always clean tidy and well presented

This was also shown when water was spilled on the floor and I used a hand towel to wipe it up and the towel came up black. water was also dripping into our sink from the ceiling

We also brought in sand from the beach and it was suspected anyway the floors weren’t cleaned but confirmed when we’d have to dust off our feet before getting into bed or putting on socks since our feet were covered in sand, dust and dirt

First of all the air conditioning wasn’t working for the first two nights and the first night I went down and complained they said it would be fixed and no one came to our room so I went down again and it was later fixed

The room itself was clean upon arrival however wasn’t cleaned throughout the week. The bedding wasn’t changed daily since a mark was on my bedding from the first night and was there till the end

Hotel aqua Deloix Over all a good experience but there is a few things I wish I knew before booking

The hotel was busy as expected but didn’t feel crowded , we could always get sunbeds( could possibly do with more parasols around pool but were areas of shade). So nice it wasn’t a high rise like many hotels in Benidorm

You can get pool towels but need to put down a €40 deposit that you get back at the end of your stay. The indoor pool has to be booked but is never busy , and you have to wear swim hats

Outside pool is really big , inflatable slide is on a Tuesday and foam party a Friday. Pool area is really clean and tidy, not dated. The water park is a 10 min walk but really a great day out

We LOVED this hotel! We are a family of 4 with 2 children aged 8 and 12. The hotel was extremely clean, our family room was spacious, we had 2 separate singles for the kids rather than a double sofa bed which was great

Arrived in November for a few days stay, stayed for three weeks. Loved it so came back again. Friendly staff, dated but very clean facilities, lovely swimming pool and bar area. Best part....no dogs!!!!

Really good camp. We thought we were just staying for a night. In the end we stayed for three months. Good facilities and nice staff. Just a short walk from the center of Benidorm. We will come back!

Pools were really nice, the bottom pool is shaded by the hotel next door at times but was significantly quieter! Room cleanliness was unparalleled

Stayed at the Levante hotel, absolutely brilliant service in its entirety. Customer service was amazing, we had a problem with our booking that was our fault, but the staff got this resolved for no charge for us

Lovely hotel. Has everything you need. The only thing that would have made it would be a kettle. The breakfast was very nice and the drinks were good value. Comfy beds and powerful shower. Highly recommend

Beach is 10 minutes walk and the old town is just along the promenade. Staff are brilliant , and patient with my limited Spanish. We had a standard room and it was clean and tidied every day

Drinks at the bar were amazing, really varied options included in the All Inclusive, really happy with everything. Only a 10 minute walk from the beach too

The pitches were well shaded with a tarpaulin over the top, which was a great relief as the Benidorm weather in July was HOT! two very small pools that seemed more geared up for kids to splash about in, so we didn't use them so cant comment

Booked our caravan in for a stay whilst touring around France and Spain for the summer. My daughter wanted to see Benidorm. This site was VERY reasonably priced, we had a plus pitch which had water and drainage on it

There is a burger bar which looked SO good (we didn't use it we were out more than in) but there were a lot of people there and they were taking deliveries too so clearly very popular

There was advertised free WiFi but I couldn't seem to get the password to work, I wasn't bothered we went out and about most of the time

It took 15 mins to walk to the Levante beach and like 10 mins to walk to the ***** in either direction

Lifts can be a bit of a problem at peak times, although there are 6 they serve 25 floors and due to needing disability pushchair for child stairs were not an option

The location of the hotel is fantastic nearby shops, beach and market, the hotel itself is clean (apart from toilets in public areas there’s a constant smell), pool area is a fabulous size and we never struggled for a sunbed, good range of cocktails and drinks to be had

There is also the issue of staff at the pool bar (in hut) and the outside entertainment bar both always had a fairly big line of people waiting to be served and only 1-2 staff on

It should be noted that we went in winter and the heated pool was a big part of the reason why we decided to go to that hotel, and the fact that it is not in optimal condition lowers our overall score a little

Hotel was very clean, staff friendly and definitely had the best looking pool in the surrounding area. Meal options were plentiful, something for everyone. I really have no complaints with our choice

The pool side is a little cramped but we always got a sun bed. There is a life guard on duty. We used shared transfers and they drop you off/pick up on the main road. We had no instructions on how to get into the hotel

The air con is good enough (pretty strong if in the 3rd bed as it blows over the top of you) The controls all worked. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Food van by the pool for drinks and snacks

The rooms were lovely and cleaned with beds made everyday! The food was always nice, sometimes limited for choice but that’s expected sometimes (if picky)

So if you are looking at the wall, you need to walk to the left and turn right at the first corner and up the hill and the main entrance is on your right

It does eventually start again once cooled down. I found coming out the bathroom to dry my hair helped

The reception area immediately set a positive tone: clean, cool, and welcoming. Our room was spotless and well-maintained throughout the stay, with daily cleaning and fresh towels provided when needed

The pool itself was clean and spacious, despite there seeming to be a lot of rubbish poolside and in the surrounding areas which wasn’t overly pretty

A Peaceful Stay at Benidorm East by Pierre & Vacances 🌴 We arrived in the early hours (2am) and were pleasantly surprised by how smooth and hassle-free the check-in process was—quick, friendly, and efficient

The cleaners were really nice and offered to clean every day. Pool is excellent however the food at the bar is just frozen supermarket stuff. Overall this hotel is great value and far better than other venues in Benidorm

The balcony was nice, decent size and had a fantastic view of the surrounding area and above the pool (third floor)

The only minor downside was the air conditioning, which didn’t feel quite as cool as we’ve experienced in other hotels. That said, it wasn’t a dealbreaker and certainly wouldn’t stop us from staying here again

We wanted some ice by the pool at one stage and were charged 10c, which felt a bit weird

There were plenty of seating areas around the hotel. Designated smoking areas which I loved for a none smoker. The rooms were very spacious, plenty of space in the wardrobes to store your clothes etc

Altea is about a 10 -15 minute walk which we did everyday as myself anf husband like walking, you can even walk along the beach, just bare in mind it's very pebly and will require appropriate shoes

The hotel it's self are gorgeous everything about it the entrance the surroundings, gorgeous water feature in the lobby. We used the gym a few times and had everything you need

Food was amazing, something different everyday, was always something to enjoy. The pool was extremely clean and we're plenty of sunbeds throughout the day. The beach is just a few foot steps away from the pool area

All In all I would highly recommend this hotel. and will definitely be staying here again in the future

This hotel is very comfortable and clean. There's always lots to do. The staff are very polite and friendly, especially the waiters and bar staff. The food is beautiful and well presented. We would come here again.

Came here with two of my friends for a girls trip Had an amazing time and staff were lovely especially the man behind the bar that served us sex on the beaches all week!😂 Only complaint is that the walls of the rooms are very thin and we had the maids banging on our doors around 9:30am the day we were checking out when we only needed to check out at 11am

We have stayed at many hotels in Benidorm but came here for our 45th wedding anniversary, the all-inclusive is amazing, the food was plentiful and good options. All the staff were friendly and helpful

Close to indoor and outdoor markets and plenty of shops for the take home gifts. Every visit to Benidorm doesn't disappoint. Love coming here and will definitely use Placidia again

The hotel is in a great location albeit up a slight incline it’s just off the main road. Few mini supermarkets, bars and restaurants around The hotel is clean and bright and airy. The staff are lovely and friendly

The Room - 503 - pool view Slightly dated but clean and well maintained throughout our 10 day stay we had clean towels & bath mat every day. The beds were made every day

There is no tea/coffee making facilities so take you own if u like a brew in The balcony. There was a table and chair along with a small stool that we moved to the other side of the bed

Only thing I would suggest is to add alternative milks to the buffet for breakfast so those with dairy issues can enjoy a coffee or cereal. Will definitely book with Servigroup again

It was twin beds that we pushed together and they remained like that throughout our stay. The Internet coverage was good and we were able to stream our firestick with no issues
