In our lodge, located on the north side of the hotel I've only managed to connect to the Internet once in the whole week. No problem at the pool or in the restaurants

The best thing about this place is the entertainment! We went ultra and had a premium lodge and it wa she best money I have spent! So glad I did

Entertainment team is so good especially Joseph who went the extra mile for us all. He made this holiday even more special. The rest of the team are lovely too

Spent a lot of the time confused about timings of huts especially towels not been open when wait it was

Most staff are nice at the bars and the premium restaurants are also fantastic especially in the lion heart

Think there needs to be signs or something about queing and being fair to other guests that have paid to come and have a nice holiday. The pools where good as always it was hot so nice to jump in

Love this Hotel. Clean, Friendly, Welcoming. Beautiful views from level 5 over looking the pools. Just come back from 8 days there, weather was beautiful. Always use this hotel. Worth a visit. 😎🏖️🏊❤️

​ I also love that they give extra perks for long stays, having parking included was super convenient and the bottle of cava was a very delightful touch! The only areas of improvement would be maintenance of the rooms (which are a bit dated) and more comfortable beds, but I assume the hotel is aware of it and has renovated the upper floor

We've stayed for 7 nights in the hotel and really enjoyed it. The location is simply amazing, very near the beach, great restaurants and shops. The staff has a great attitude to always help you find a solution

Breakfast is great, always with some variation in the menu so it doesn't get boring, but with consistency in the basic items. Finally, I thought the spa circuit was excellent! Really a gem

I've been a few times over the years and it's lovely. Friendly staff and immaculately kept. The spa circuit is fantastic and we'll worth coming just for that

Massage and spa treatments also really good at reasonable prices

Vending machines available in reception and rooftop. Live music, DJ and singers were performing during our stay. A bigger pool would be a great addition for a proper swim. The gym has singular, basic equipment

The rooftop has fab views, a small pool with sun bathing lounge areas, however the extractor fans from the kitchens, exit here. The fake turf there is getting old and can be a trip hazard

The staff in all quarters were lovely and reception staff very helpful. The food was good but could have been hotter in some instances although was changed instantly when mentioned but not a lot of difference

Beautiful terrace with fabulous beach- view. We came back, after we departed, for drinks several times. Our room was spacious, contained wardrobe, TV and a kitchenette but no crockery or utensils

The cuisine and service in the restaurant was exquisite ( with a particular mention for Pablo who made our lunches and dinners even more enjoyable). The staff team is incredibly friendly and helpful

Very clean and well presented apartments. The only things missing in the kitchen were a plug for the sink and a baking tray, but just about everything else is available, from dishwasher to washing machine

Basically fantastic apartment but ruined with details. In 15 days I had once cleaning room. I got one small bath foam, AC couldn't work on fan speed 1, wi fi only in leaving room. Washing machine didn't work as well

Nice, clean fairly decent. Has a restoran which is decent as well so you are covered for essential needs only it's a bit expensive.

We’ve been going to Albir hills apartments since they opened, we can’t get enough of the relaxing pool area and amazing service

The apartments are up some quite steep hills around 1km from the beach and restaurants so might be tough with young children unless you have a car. I give 5 stars simply because of the 2 lads who manage the place

incredible attention to detail, amazing staff which are so kind and helpful especially Marco and Aaron. We went for a week and couldn’t have asked for more. We will definitely be coming back soon!

Lovely place to stay for a family of four in a 2 bed apartment. The rooms a little small but quite adequate

Didnt realise when we booked hotel rooms Didnt have balconys, rooms dated too, hotel and bedrooms clean , good breakfast for the money, staff all very nice and polite, great location, ok for a short stay.

The shower was a hand shower and there was no tea towel and dishcloth in the kitchen

Great location! Only a few minutes from the beach but still quiet. Nice to be able to cook meals and the balcony was nice. Would have been 5 stars for the price level but the internet and TV was useless.

The location is good: close to bakery, supermarket, eateries and the market square. The space of the apartment is large. The sun on the balcony in the morning until 1 pm

Disappointing stay for a 4 star sup. When it rained the lobby ceiling leaked, the entertainment area has no atmosphere, the gym is tiny, outdoor pool was freezing and the indoor pool was too deep

The hotel is located away from the beach, but everything you need is nearby. The food was delicious, but breakfast was the same every day

Even better – there was never any rush for sunbeds 🌞. Our room 🛏️ (3304) had a lovely view of the green hills 🌿. We stayed on a bed & breakfast basis 🍳, and the food was delicious every morning 😋

This was also shown when water was spilled on the floor and I used a hand towel to wipe it up and the towel came up black. water was also dripping into our sink from the ceiling

The hotel was busy as expected but didn’t feel crowded , we could always get sunbeds( could possibly do with more parasols around pool but were areas of shade). So nice it wasn’t a high rise like many hotels in Benidorm

You can get pool towels but need to put down a €40 deposit that you get back at the end of your stay. The indoor pool has to be booked but is never busy , and you have to wear swim hats

Outside pool is really big , inflatable slide is on a Tuesday and foam party a Friday. Pool area is really clean and tidy, not dated. The water park is a 10 min walk but really a great day out

We LOVED this hotel! We are a family of 4 with 2 children aged 8 and 12. The hotel was extremely clean, our family room was spacious, we had 2 separate singles for the kids rather than a double sofa bed which was great

Pools were really nice, the bottom pool is shaded by the hotel next door at times but was significantly quieter! Room cleanliness was unparalleled

Stayed at the Levante hotel, absolutely brilliant service in its entirety. Customer service was amazing, we had a problem with our booking that was our fault, but the staff got this resolved for no charge for us

Lovely hotel. Has everything you need. The only thing that would have made it would be a kettle. The breakfast was very nice and the drinks were good value. Comfy beds and powerful shower. Highly recommend

Beach is 10 minutes walk and the old town is just along the promenade. Staff are brilliant , and patient with my limited Spanish. We had a standard room and it was clean and tidied every day

Drinks at the bar were amazing, really varied options included in the All Inclusive, really happy with everything. Only a 10 minute walk from the beach too

Lifts can be a bit of a problem at peak times, although there are 6 they serve 25 floors and due to needing disability pushchair for child stairs were not an option

The location of the hotel is fantastic nearby shops, beach and market, the hotel itself is clean (apart from toilets in public areas there’s a constant smell), pool area is a fabulous size and we never struggled for a sunbed, good range of cocktails and drinks to be had

There is also the issue of staff at the pool bar (in hut) and the outside entertainment bar both always had a fairly big line of people waiting to be served and only 1-2 staff on

It should be noted that we went in winter and the heated pool was a big part of the reason why we decided to go to that hotel, and the fact that it is not in optimal condition lowers our overall score a little

Hotel was very clean, staff friendly and definitely had the best looking pool in the surrounding area. Meal options were plentiful, something for everyone. I really have no complaints with our choice

Great breakfast, impeccable room. The only thing I have to criticize is the heated pool, it was cold and unfortunately the jacuzzi was not working

We wanted some ice by the pool at one stage and were charged 10c, which felt a bit weird

There were plenty of seating areas around the hotel. Designated smoking areas which I loved for a none smoker. The rooms were very spacious, plenty of space in the wardrobes to store your clothes etc

Altea is about a 10 -15 minute walk which we did everyday as myself anf husband like walking, you can even walk along the beach, just bare in mind it's very pebly and will require appropriate shoes

The hotel it's self are gorgeous everything about it the entrance the surroundings, gorgeous water feature in the lobby. We used the gym a few times and had everything you need

Food was amazing, something different everyday, was always something to enjoy. The pool was extremely clean and we're plenty of sunbeds throughout the day. The beach is just a few foot steps away from the pool area

All In all I would highly recommend this hotel. and will definitely be staying here again in the future

Came here with two of my friends for a girls trip Had an amazing time and staff were lovely especially the man behind the bar that served us sex on the beaches all week!😂 Only complaint is that the walls of the rooms are very thin and we had the maids banging on our doors around 9:30am the day we were checking out when we only needed to check out at 11am

2 good sized pools (we didn't go In as was very cold considering it's late April) Hotel in a great location for the new town

We have stayed at many hotels in Benidorm but came here for our 45th wedding anniversary, the all-inclusive is amazing, the food was plentiful and good options. All the staff were friendly and helpful

Close to indoor and outdoor markets and plenty of shops for the take home gifts. Every visit to Benidorm doesn't disappoint. Love coming here and will definitely use Placidia again

The hotel is in a great location albeit up a slight incline it’s just off the main road. Few mini supermarkets, bars and restaurants around The hotel is clean and bright and airy. The staff are lovely and friendly

The Room - 503 - pool view Slightly dated but clean and well maintained throughout our 10 day stay we had clean towels & bath mat every day. The beds were made every day

There is no tea/coffee making facilities so take you own if u like a brew in The balcony. There was a table and chair along with a small stool that we moved to the other side of the bed

Only thing I would suggest is to add alternative milks to the buffet for breakfast so those with dairy issues can enjoy a coffee or cereal. Will definitely book with Servigroup again

It was twin beds that we pushed together and they remained like that throughout our stay. The Internet coverage was good and we were able to stream our firestick with no issues

Definitely not the holiday or hotel we were expecting. The pool area at the main bar is dirty. Reception gives everyone one token each for a drink which you get back when you return your cup

Receptionist very rude and unfriendly. Rooms beautifully decorated and large. We were half board and enjoyed most meals. We preferred the Hills pool as palms is more suited to kids and very busy and noisy

Large bathroom with separate wc. Patio doors onto garden with private loungers and outside shower. Buffet in the evening was average. Couple of moody ones but to be expected in such a big place

The lifts could take some time on occasion but that’s life. Tip - don’t wait at -1 for the lift. Go up one floor as they seemed to stop there more often. Great location and we will be revisiting next year

Lifts are a nightmare but I do think they need to be priority for people with prams and wheel chairs as some was left waiting so long. Kids pool is fantastic water slides are fun and well monitored

Just come back from a weeks family holiday and after reading some reviews we was slightly worried however we were pleasantly surprised the hotel was great, food was nice, entertainment was great especially the entertainment team Athena we thought she was excellent and really interacted well with the kids

The pool area was clean and the children's play area was excellent. Overall I would recommend and would use the hotel again and entertainment by the pool in the day time and the evening was good

Visited late September 2025, Lovely hotel, very clean, helpful staff, particularly mentions for Matthew, and Henry at the outside bar, very friendly and chatty, as was the outdoor snack chef, he was very funny and kept everyone entertained while waiting of your food being cooked to order, rooms are spacious all facing the pool/sea front, (you can just about see the sea through the skyscrapers) large...

This hotel was amazing! We requested a low floor because of my asthma and I was scared of lifts and we were put on the third floor which was perfect! Really appreciated this as most hotels wouldn’t bother listening to your request

The rooms were bright, spacious and clean. The beds were super comfy and the air con was a bonus! The balcony was massive and perfect to chill in the evening. The rooms were cleaned every day

The all-inclusive setup takes all the stress out of the holiday so you can just enjoy every moment. The entertainment is always fun, and the pool area is a great place to unwind

Bar prices cheaper than a lot of establishments outside, 3 euros for pint of San Miquel, 2 euros glass of wine at the bar. The entertainment was great with good acts. But most of all the staff were amazing and engaging

Stayed here in October 24 for a week, the Hotel is within easy walking distance to the beach and night life venues. The room was clan and well presented, all the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful

Shower flooded the bathroom just had to put towels down. Had coffee in the room first night, asked for it to be replenished and advised they do not put coffee in the rooms, reception was not very helpful (male)

My sister and I are just coming to the end of a week at this lovely hotel. Plenty of different choices of food. Bar well staffed and pleasant. We were on the 2nd floor so lifts not an issue

We were on half board during our stay and restaurant is clean and spotless and the food is well presented and very tasty. Parking is available at a reasonable price

We had a lovely stay in Hotel Magic Rock Gardens in Benidorm. The rooms were cleaned every day, and no problem getting fresh towels

The evening shows can get a bit repetitive but found that happens in most hotels to be honest. Nice clean rooms, didn't miss having a balcony at all as have plenty of places to sit inside and out

The location of the hotel was good with sun from around 11 till 3 round by the pool , this was fine though as the beach was only a five minute stroll away with shops close by and the twice weekly outdoor market only a 20 minute walk away

Great hotel everything about was brilliant except you had to move sunbeds about 8 times to catch the sun but that wasn't hotels fault it was the tall building beside it

We were on the 17th floor nice views of all the high rises around you but a good old laugh watching the drinks walking home early in the morning They say that they don’t allow group parties but they do

Some where good as gold then you have the latter of them which made of people very uncomfortable to be honest. The evening entertainment is a wash out then some others like that type of stuff

They set the breakfast up from the night before which we witnessed and also witnessed 1 of the chefs having a good munch of the chips he just cooked from the serving station

There are 3 lifts to use & quite fast in all fairness. Pointless kitchen as nothing works. Bathroom you can’t swing a cat in there and very rusty & not cleaned
