We've stayed for 7 nights in the hotel and really enjoyed it. The location is simply amazing, very near the beach, great restaurants and shops. The staff has a great attitude to always help you find a solution

Love this Hotel. Clean, Friendly, Welcoming. Beautiful views from level 5 over looking the pools. Just come back from 8 days there, weather was beautiful. Always use this hotel. Worth a visit. 😎🏖️🏊❤️

​ I also love that they give extra perks for long stays, having parking included was super convenient and the bottle of cava was a very delightful touch! The only areas of improvement would be maintenance of the rooms (which are a bit dated) and more comfortable beds, but I assume the hotel is aware of it and has renovated the upper floor

Breakfast is great, always with some variation in the menu so it doesn't get boring, but with consistency in the basic items. Finally, I thought the spa circuit was excellent! Really a gem

I've been a few times over the years and it's lovely. Friendly staff and immaculately kept. The spa circuit is fantastic and we'll worth coming just for that

Massage and spa treatments also really good at reasonable prices

The pool area is clean and comfortable, and I would like to give a special mention to Faran who made us delicious cocktails and looked after us so well! I miss Hotel Kaktus already, we will see you guys soon ❤️

Nice, spacious hotel right at the seaside with rooms/balconies overlooking the sea. Swimming pool on the roof and in front of the hotel. Great choice of delicious food at breakfasf and dinner. Helpful staff.

The buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner are of exceptional quality and there is a huge choice. I can recommend the seafood banquet on Friday nights which has a massive selection of seafood and is great value

the pool on the flat roof is always warm, so you can swim there at any time of the day. Customer service was also very good, and it is situated in a nice corner with a really good view

I was then ( without asking) upgraded to a room with sea wiew

Stayed here for a summers break/family visit. Hotels in a great location,beach opposite,not far to shops and restaurants. Hotel clean,rooms big,but bit old fashioned

We had an amazing time, food was nice, staff was nice, rooms clean and swimming pool fine if you just like to have some relaxing moments and you don't need Slides. Serverino was our number one

Relaxed place a bit away from the touristic areas. A good pool area, good breakfast.

Talks with customers, high fives our daughter, etc etc! We loved him, great guy! Same for Alex 1 and 2 ( Bar ) and Jose ( restaurant ) and a lot of others! Yolanda ( Reception ) should be more positive

A credit to all the staff who were all very polite and friendly. Great live entertainment most nights and the food is 1st class

Comfortable and pleasant stay. Attentive staff and, above all, very grateful to the person at the reception who, going beyond the tasks of his position, solved a problem that arose when I returned to my home

Great location! Only a few minutes from the beach but still quiet. Nice to be able to cook meals and the balcony was nice. Would have been 5 stars for the price level but the internet and TV was useless.

The location is good: close to bakery, supermarket, eateries and the market square. The space of the apartment is large. The sun on the balcony in the morning until 1 pm

Had a really lovely short break here. Fabulous location and amazing sea views from the terrace. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Debbie and Marco. Will definitely be returning.

Just perfect. We booked 3 rooms as a family with amazing views. Everyone was so friendly. Breakfast service and food selection plenty. We have stayed in Albir now over 20 years and this was our best stay/holiday

I was impressed with the rooms, honestly didn't expect to find such a nice and cosy hotel in this particular building, totally worth the money

Fantastic terace with nice view, small but nice pool

Very clean and well presented apartments. The only things missing in the kitchen were a plug for the sink and a baking tray, but just about everything else is available, from dishwasher to washing machine

A hairdryer was available in our bathroom

Basically fantastic apartment but ruined with details. In 15 days I had once cleaning room. I got one small bath foam, AC couldn't work on fan speed 1, wi fi only in leaving room. Washing machine didn't work as well

Nice, clean fairly decent. Has a restoran which is decent as well so you are covered for essential needs only it's a bit expensive.

Very nice hotel with a friendly staff. The room was good with a large bathroom and balcony (sea view). The hotel is located at the beach and only a short walk from the old town. We have had a wonderfull stay.

Nice hotel above a busy restaurant, basic but very comfortable room (1st floor with balcony and sea view) on the beach front. Good location for tourists, a short walk to the town centre etc

I asked for room with sea view was comfortable clean and the staff were so helpful. Food was excellent. I cant fault it

A very basic but clean hotel directly on the sea. Easy walking to the sea, restaurants, shopping, and the old Town, along with the tram station and the bus stops

This is an old school hotel on the seafront with a good and busy dining room. We had lunch and it was very good. Traditional Spanish, not a place for tourists, you get good properly cooked local food

I only stayed here a few hours due to the nature of my trip but I was very impressed with the late arrival greeting and the quiet high quality room. It’s located centrally with a short walk to the sea front

Great hotel for a cycling trip! Buffet was great and varied. There is enough variety for fuelling even in the mornings. Staff is so nice and helpful, we had lots of fun at the pool and the setup is perfect

My flight was late in the evening so they provided courtesy shower and access to pool

Right on the sea front and a 15 minute walk into old Altea town. Rooms are stylish, food good, some entertainment in the afternoon and evening. Lots of sport and cycle teams stay here

The room had all the facilities and more with added extras such as coffee machine, free use of safe, free WiFi, private terrace, every complimentary bathroom provision you could think of including razor, shave cream, 2 dental kits and more

Pool area stunning and lots of seating areas both in and out. Food surpassed by far that of other recent experiences. Our package also included wine and water at the table

The only negative was the closing time of the bar as I was with a bridge group and some nights after bridge we could not get a drink which is v unusual when you are a resident

Really good hotel, will visit again. Terrible beach and its miles away from the action of the real Altea. Great staff, good food, good gym which is just before the large indoor aquatic/thermal experience pools

Wonderful hotel. In a quiet area. In quiet tones. Has to rest. The beach nearby.

Only one restaurant (buffet) was included in half board, the 2 others had to be paid extra. The quality of the food on the warm buffet was not good. Pool bar was not open on Sunday

We loved this hotel, the staff were fantastic and the food was superb. I have just booked again for September and cant wait to return and enjoy everything that this hotel offers

Wonderful apartment and the view oooh my god I can’t describe how was beautiful , the place very quite just you can hear the voice of sea and birds …. the stuff was very kind, helpful and respectable

Maison Condesa is an amazing place! We rented the 2 rooms appartment and stayed there a couple of days. The hotel was absolutely terrific with its panoramic windows and its gorgeous views on the sea

Amazing staff, helpful and familiar. The food is really good (well worth a visit even if you dont stay in the hotel). The breakfast buffet is in itself reason enough to stay in the hotel

Fantastic hotel, I went for 5 days on my own with 3 kids under 5 years old and it was amazing experience, food, staff, bedrooms, the lot. Highly recommended. I will be back!!!

Highest season room rate of €150 a night is far above similar hotel offers in the area. The room, while clean and comfortable, had maintenance defects - entrance door and shower

Secure and comfortable apartments. Peaceful location within easy reach of amenities. Manned reception till early evening. Well equipped kitchen and lovely bathroom. High standard of climbing.

Excellent and very clean apartment with everything you need and close to shops bars and restaurants. Rita was excellent and nothing was a problem to her. Highly recommend
