We've stayed for 7 nights in the hotel and really enjoyed it. The location is simply amazing, very near the beach, great restaurants and shops. The staff has a great attitude to always help you find a solution

​ I also love that they give extra perks for long stays, having parking included was super convenient and the bottle of cava was a very delightful touch! The only areas of improvement would be maintenance of the rooms (which are a bit dated) and more comfortable beds, but I assume the hotel is aware of it and has renovated the upper floor

Breakfast is great, always with some variation in the menu so it doesn't get boring, but with consistency in the basic items. Finally, I thought the spa circuit was excellent! Really a gem

I've been a few times over the years and it's lovely. Friendly staff and immaculately kept. The spa circuit is fantastic and we'll worth coming just for that

Massage and spa treatments also really good at reasonable prices

A large pleasant hotel situated just across from the beautiful beach in Albir. There is a large bar and outside Terrace facing the bays. Staff are pleasant and efficient

the pool on the flat roof is always warm, so you can swim there at any time of the day. Customer service was also very good, and it is situated in a nice corner with a really good view

The staff in all quarters were lovely and reception staff very helpful. The food was good but could have been hotter in some instances although was changed instantly when mentioned but not a lot of difference

Beautiful terrace with fabulous beach- view. We came back, after we departed, for drinks several times. Our room was spacious, contained wardrobe, TV and a kitchenette but no crockery or utensils

Vending machines available in reception and rooftop. Live music, DJ and singers were performing during our stay. A bigger pool would be a great addition for a proper swim. The gym has singular, basic equipment

The rooftop has fab views, a small pool with sun bathing lounge areas, however the extractor fans from the kitchens, exit here. The fake turf there is getting old and can be a trip hazard

Very impressed with the kitchen equipment. Beach and mountain views from each spacious terraces that have outside tables and chairs. Professional friendly service from Hannah the receptionist

Fantastic terace with nice view, small but nice pool

Very clean and well presented apartments. The only things missing in the kitchen were a plug for the sink and a baking tray, but just about everything else is available, from dishwasher to washing machine

A hairdryer was available in our bathroom

Basically fantastic apartment but ruined with details. In 15 days I had once cleaning room. I got one small bath foam, AC couldn't work on fan speed 1, wi fi only in leaving room. Washing machine didn't work as well

Nice, clean fairly decent. Has a restoran which is decent as well so you are covered for essential needs only it's a bit expensive.

Great location! Only a few minutes from the beach but still quiet. Nice to be able to cook meals and the balcony was nice. Would have been 5 stars for the price level but the internet and TV was useless.

The location is good: close to bakery, supermarket, eateries and the market square. The space of the apartment is large. The sun on the balcony in the morning until 1 pm

There is no lighting on the outside of the apartment complex and no manned reception. That gives an inhospitable experience that makes it difficult to feel comfortable

Fabulous little hotel on the seafront in Albir

Had a really lovely short break here. Fabulous location and amazing sea views from the terrace. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Debbie and Marco. Will definitely be returning.

Just perfect. We booked 3 rooms as a family with amazing views. Everyone was so friendly. Breakfast service and food selection plenty. We have stayed in Albir now over 20 years and this was our best stay/holiday

I was impressed with the rooms, honestly didn't expect to find such a nice and cosy hotel in this particular building, totally worth the money

Very nice hotel with a friendly staff. The room was good with a large bathroom and balcony (sea view). The hotel is located at the beach and only a short walk from the old town. We have had a wonderfull stay.

Nice hotel above a busy restaurant, basic but very comfortable room (1st floor with balcony and sea view) on the beach front. Good location for tourists, a short walk to the town centre etc

A very basic but clean hotel directly on the sea. Easy walking to the sea, restaurants, shopping, and the old Town, along with the tram station and the bus stops

This is an old school hotel on the seafront with a good and busy dining room. We had lunch and it was very good. Traditional Spanish, not a place for tourists, you get good properly cooked local food

This was a fantastic stay: Suzzana ,Sara ,Julie tatianna chema and ghe crew down to the service men that lrpt it running like a fine swiss watch were amazing! Stay here it’s quiet you can sleep and still see old town and its amazing night life

Drinks at the bar were amazing, really varied options included in the All Inclusive, really happy with everything. Only a 10 minute walk from the beach too

Pools were really nice, the bottom pool is shaded by the hotel next door at times but was significantly quieter! Room cleanliness was unparalleled

Booked 1 night as a base for a night out in Benidorm Palace. Nice clean hotel with large room, central for old town, beach and Palace. Rooms have a separate shower and bath. Friendly and courteous staff

Stayed at the Levante hotel, absolutely brilliant service in its entirety. Customer service was amazing, we had a problem with our booking that was our fault, but the staff got this resolved for no charge for us

Stayed here tonight, great room with very comfy beds, huge tv that connects to phone (very good for non Spanish speaking person) was able to check out a little later free of charge (woke up late) free underground safe parking… had to pay extra to use indoor jacuzzi and spa facilities was not working but apart from that highly recommended

Lovely hotel. Has everything you need. The only thing that would have made it would be a kettle. The breakfast was very nice and the drinks were good value. Comfy beds and powerful shower. Highly recommend

There were plenty of seating areas around the hotel. Designated smoking areas which I loved for a none smoker. The rooms were very spacious, plenty of space in the wardrobes to store your clothes etc

Pool area stunning and lots of seating areas both in and out. Food surpassed by far that of other recent experiences. Our package also included wine and water at the table

Altea is about a 10 -15 minute walk which we did everyday as myself anf husband like walking, you can even walk along the beach, just bare in mind it's very pebly and will require appropriate shoes

Great selection of food for the breakfast buffet something everyone would like. Entertainment was good every night. The beach infront of it is rocky so bring rock shoes

The hotel it's self are gorgeous everything about it the entrance the surroundings, gorgeous water feature in the lobby. We used the gym a few times and had everything you need

Food was amazing, something different everyday, was always something to enjoy. The pool was extremely clean and we're plenty of sunbeds throughout the day. The beach is just a few foot steps away from the pool area

Nice hotel in a good location, 5 minute walk to the beach. Food was nice, standard buffet type deal but everything fresh and hot. Entertainment is very good, especially for children

I was a bit concerned as my wife has coeliac disease and previous guests suggested gluten free food was non existent

We did have a great time there, and made some new friends. ( if we couldn’t get anything closer to the beach ). We did enjoy ourselves there

My friend and I have just returned from a 10 night stay at the Rialto. Firstly, the food was excellent. The room was basic but spotless. The maids were in every day and fresh towels every day

Hotel was lovely and the staff are a credit to Servigroup. Lisa in guest services very helpful and knowledgeable. Carmen in the restaurant always pleasant and welcoming

There was always a good selection of food in the restaurant. The only gripe was the sunbed issue with people reserving sunbeds then disappearing for hours despite there being a 15 minute limit

The hotel is on a slight hill, but still in a great location for the beach, shops and nightlife

However we would return to the Rialto. Overall a very quiet, friendly hotel

My only small criticism was that some items were Luke warm, not hot enough for me. The bedrooms were big clean with a balcony and pool view. The bathroom was a good size with a very powerful shower

Kettle and tea/coffee in room would be a big plus. Maybe some soft music played around pool area, Have stayed in the hotel several times and love it. 1st time booking directly through your website

It had a good size outdoor heated pool. Prices for snacks and alcohol were very reasonable

Great location , helpful and friendly staff especially James at reception.room was very basic, shower overflowing. Good A/C, our room had a sea /beach view. Overall good value for money.

But you must go to the new burrito shop on Av. Del Mediterraneo the guy's in there are brilliant, friendly, and chatty and make you feel like a friend. The burritos are definitely tasty and made fresh

Couldn't rate it high enough! Firstly pools are fab. Rooms are clean and so comfortable. Staff are friendly so attentive. Travelled with a three year old too play area kiddie shoe every night for half hour

Just came back from this hotel, and after reading some of the reviews, I was a bit hesitant on the holiday. But it's really good for a 3 star. Cleaned every day with fresh towels

Food wasn't as bad as some of the reviews depending on what you like. The fresh fruit available was nice. The chef did his best to keep the food fresh, and if asked, he would accommodate where he could

Only found the water too cold for this time of the year, so I avoided it. It would be good if sunbeds and other equipments could be modernised a little: everything look quite aged, including rooms very basic and ordinary

My wife accidentally left her air pods in the room but only realized a couple of days later. The staff were really helpful and despite our fears they managed to locate them after a few days

You have everything within walking distance from the front door, and they also have good entertainment at night with service with a smile

The lifts could take some time on occasion but that’s life. Tip - don’t wait at -1 for the lift. Go up one floor as they seemed to stop there more often. Great location and we will be revisiting next year

We are enjoying our week here. Read various reviews so thought I would add mine. Key question - Would I come back ? YES I would. The rooms are very much as per the online photos

Lifts are a nightmare but I do think they need to be priority for people with prams and wheel chairs as some was left waiting so long. Kids pool is fantastic water slides are fun and well monitored

Just come back from a weeks family holiday and after reading some reviews we was slightly worried however we were pleasantly surprised the hotel was great, food was nice, entertainment was great especially the entertainment team Athena we thought she was excellent and really interacted well with the kids

The pool area was clean and the children's play area was excellent. Overall I would recommend and would use the hotel again and entertainment by the pool in the day time and the evening was good

The big pool is a lot more relaxed and a lot warmer. Haven’t had any problems getting sun beds

The pool was lovely, just the right temperature and was again spotlessly clean. We always managed to get a lounger when we wanted one. A minor observation is the number of parasols, especially in the peak season

The pool bar drinks and food were exceptional and wow do the staff work hard. They always have a smile, can't fault them at all. The food is stunning, always hot and plenty of choice

If you listen to what the reception staff say, you wont have an issue. Most of the problems are user error. This hotel is fantastic and I can't wait to return. My first trip to benidorm and it didn't disappoint

We arrived late and was quickly checked in by the friendly reception staff. We upgraded to the Select package, which I highly recommend! The rooms were spotlessly clean and were cleaned every day of our stay

Never had a bad meal here, the restaurant was kept clean and never felt too crowded. The drinks were always top quality. This is genuinely the best all inclusive hotel I've ever stayed at

If you go on holiday to find fault, you will always find something to complain about, which is what I don't understand about some of the reviews. One example is the air con in the rooms

If there was better deals in the terrace bar. We spent more time drinking in the flash due to this. Overall had a brilliant relaxing holiday spent a lot of it by the pool. Slept fine due to being in the an Annex

4th time in the hotel 3rd time in the Annex. The only negative thing about the room is the colour scheme could do with getting updated. Hotel was always spotless and all staff very friendly

Please tell me a better hotel than the Riviera in Benidorm. Staff from reception to restaurant were all 5* Food and ambience to our liking and superb entertainment onsite every night if you wanted

We spent 4 nights at the hotel and generally had a good experience. The hotel was well situated close to the beach and amenities. However the design of the bathroom really spoilt our stay

The hotel is near to the beach, we had a Seaview and a lovely balcony. We also were brought a complimentary bottle of champagne for our honeymoon which was really nice

Couldn't fault it really breakfast wa ok only went b and b I would stay there again the lifts when you get to understand them at first I was going up and down then some one showed me how to use them lol 😆

We were on half board during our stay and restaurant is clean and spotless and the food is well presented and very tasty. Parking is available at a reasonable price

There is building work currently being done at this hotel, but although my room was directly above the work, I was not disturbed by any noise

Hats off to the entertainment staff, to the kids zone Sandra and Evelyn and to the amazing kitchen/restaurant staff David and Jose David who always provide us our high chair every meal and for being so kind to us especially to our toddlers

Great Hotel in the right location near the beach. Reviews don't do this place justice. Great for families, loads of entertainment and good pools with slides. Food is good always fresh and plenty of choice

At first, we were skeptical to book the hotel after reading bad reviews. Good thing we did go with our guts and booked it anyway. Our stay had been amazing especially for our children

We had a balcony with amazing view of the beach and skycrapers. The hotel was clean and all the staff were approachable and amazing

We also felt bad for the magician for the magic show as he was amazing but some families had to leave middle of the show because it was already near midnight. Way too late for children and parents

We can still hear it even if our room was at the front of the hotel

The staff was really nice and helpful; everyday they prepare some "animations" (games, bingo, karaoke, local trips). The place itself is very clean/tidy. A lot of space to relax (pool, sauna, gym)

There are three pools on site, each with a comfortable depth and temperature, plenty of sun loungers, umbrellas, and towels (if you need them). However, possibly the most enjoyable part of the hotel is the food and drink

Great hotel everything about was brilliant except you had to move sunbeds about 8 times to catch the sun but that wasn't hotels fault it was the tall building beside it

A very large room with balcony big enough for table & chairs and two sun loungers. Location, its quite a way from anything with a 15min walk to the beach & 25mins to the old town

Rooms are brilliant. Food is mediocre. Quite bland. The pool area is in the shade a lot because of surrounding high buildings. Drinks are fine although you're not allowed pints only halves. Entertainment ain't great!

It’s far enough away that you struggle to sleep with the loud booming music from the main strip, but it’s close enough that it’s within walking distance of the waterfront. The quickest route is by simply walking down Av

Good location, decent food, cheap drinks, lovely pool area, sea view. The room I stayed in was basic and in desperate need of renovation, but another room used by our party was fine

A surprise, hotel was clean, friendly staff, food was great at halfboard. But the location was the best 3 minute walk and you’re on the beach with some great bars close by, I would definitely stay again.
