We've stayed for 7 nights in the hotel and really enjoyed it. The location is simply amazing, very near the beach, great restaurants and shops. The staff has a great attitude to always help you find a solution

Love this Hotel. Clean, Friendly, Welcoming. Beautiful views from level 5 over looking the pools. Just come back from 8 days there, weather was beautiful. Always use this hotel. Worth a visit. 😎🏖️🏊❤️

​ I also love that they give extra perks for long stays, having parking included was super convenient and the bottle of cava was a very delightful touch! The only areas of improvement would be maintenance of the rooms (which are a bit dated) and more comfortable beds, but I assume the hotel is aware of it and has renovated the upper floor

Breakfast is great, always with some variation in the menu so it doesn't get boring, but with consistency in the basic items. Finally, I thought the spa circuit was excellent! Really a gem

I've been a few times over the years and it's lovely. Friendly staff and immaculately kept. The spa circuit is fantastic and we'll worth coming just for that

Massage and spa treatments also really good at reasonable prices

The staff in all quarters were lovely and reception staff very helpful. The food was good but could have been hotter in some instances although was changed instantly when mentioned but not a lot of difference

Maybe a heat probe would be a good idea

Very impressed with the kitchen equipment. Beach and mountain views from each spacious terraces that have outside tables and chairs. Professional friendly service from Hannah the receptionist

Fantastic terace with nice view, small but nice pool

Very clean and well presented apartments. The only things missing in the kitchen were a plug for the sink and a baking tray, but just about everything else is available, from dishwasher to washing machine

A hairdryer was available in our bathroom

Basically fantastic apartment but ruined with details. In 15 days I had once cleaning room. I got one small bath foam, AC couldn't work on fan speed 1, wi fi only in leaving room. Washing machine didn't work as well

Nice, clean fairly decent. Has a restoran which is decent as well so you are covered for essential needs only it's a bit expensive.

Great location! Only a few minutes from the beach but still quiet. Nice to be able to cook meals and the balcony was nice. Would have been 5 stars for the price level but the internet and TV was useless.

Comfortable and pleasant stay. Attentive staff and, above all, very grateful to the person at the reception who, going beyond the tasks of his position, solved a problem that arose when I returned to my home

The location is good: close to bakery, supermarket, eateries and the market square. The space of the apartment is large. The sun on the balcony in the morning until 1 pm

There is no lighting on the outside of the apartment complex and no manned reception. That gives an inhospitable experience that makes it difficult to feel comfortable

Nice hotel above a busy restaurant, basic but very comfortable room (1st floor with balcony and sea view) on the beach front. Good location for tourists, a short walk to the town centre etc

I asked for room with sea view was comfortable clean and the staff were so helpful. Food was excellent. I cant fault it

A very basic but clean hotel directly on the sea. Easy walking to the sea, restaurants, shopping, and the old Town, along with the tram station and the bus stops

This is an old school hotel on the seafront with a good and busy dining room. We had lunch and it was very good. Traditional Spanish, not a place for tourists, you get good properly cooked local food

, beach chairs and an umbrella, we were surprised to find a beach cool bag. We appreciated the complimentary bottle of water and cava and the starter cleaning kit (dishwasher tab, bin bags, dishcloth, dish soap, etc)

The beach was ideal for our family: although a bit steep and covered with pebbles and stones, making it less suitable for small children, it was peaceful and uncrowded. The turquoise water was breathtaking

Several months later, an unexpected and rare situation arose, but the Abaco Hotel handled it with exceptional care—offering a solution that was the best for the client, not for the hotel

My wife and I stayed at Hotel Abaco last weekend to celebrate our anniversary. The reception ladies could not have been more friendly and obliging

The best part of the house was the rooftop terrace, offering stunning 360° views - including a beautiful church that looked magical at night

Bellaguarda is a charming neighbourhood close to the old city, yet free from tourist crowds

Drinks at the bar were amazing, really varied options included in the All Inclusive, really happy with everything. Only a 10 minute walk from the beach too

Pools were really nice, the bottom pool is shaded by the hotel next door at times but was significantly quieter! Room cleanliness was unparalleled

Booked 1 night as a base for a night out in Benidorm Palace. Nice clean hotel with large room, central for old town, beach and Palace. Rooms have a separate shower and bath. Friendly and courteous staff

Stayed at the Levante hotel, absolutely brilliant service in its entirety. Customer service was amazing, we had a problem with our booking that was our fault, but the staff got this resolved for no charge for us

Stayed here tonight, great room with very comfy beds, huge tv that connects to phone (very good for non Spanish speaking person) was able to check out a little later free of charge (woke up late) free underground safe parking… had to pay extra to use indoor jacuzzi and spa facilities was not working but apart from that highly recommended

Lovely hotel. Has everything you need. The only thing that would have made it would be a kettle. The breakfast was very nice and the drinks were good value. Comfy beds and powerful shower. Highly recommend

There were plenty of seating areas around the hotel. Designated smoking areas which I loved for a none smoker. The rooms were very spacious, plenty of space in the wardrobes to store your clothes etc

Pool area stunning and lots of seating areas both in and out. Food surpassed by far that of other recent experiences. Our package also included wine and water at the table

Altea is about a 10 -15 minute walk which we did everyday as myself anf husband like walking, you can even walk along the beach, just bare in mind it's very pebly and will require appropriate shoes

Great selection of food for the breakfast buffet something everyone would like. Entertainment was good every night. The beach infront of it is rocky so bring rock shoes

The hotel it's self are gorgeous everything about it the entrance the surroundings, gorgeous water feature in the lobby. We used the gym a few times and had everything you need

Food was amazing, something different everyday, was always something to enjoy. The pool was extremely clean and we're plenty of sunbeds throughout the day. The beach is just a few foot steps away from the pool area

Nice hotel in a good location, 5 minute walk to the beach. Food was nice, standard buffet type deal but everything fresh and hot. Entertainment is very good, especially for children

I was a bit concerned as my wife has coeliac disease and previous guests suggested gluten free food was non existent

We did have a great time there, and made some new friends. ( if we couldn’t get anything closer to the beach ). We did enjoy ourselves there

Nothing could be further from the truth Chef and catering staff were excellent in supplying fantastic meals. Animation Team were very good

The Pool - 9am open Nice little pool well kept and cleaned and the area was well maintained. Never had a problem getting a sun bed as there was always plenty all day regardless of time, along with tables and chairs

There was a small play area which seemed rather poor and in the sun most of the time with no shade and what seemed like a pool table but we never saw these in use

My father stayed here last week to visit me as I have only just moved to Spain and he has only previously visited benidorm for a few days when I got married

The English speaking lady on reception was fantastic and made sure my father received the parcel I d left for him

The bathroom was a little awkward due to the position of the sink which was as u opened the door but was fine as you just had to open the door wide to get past The shower was amazing 🤩 so much pressure

The location is great ( that's why I booked it for him) close enough to some bars and restaurants and great for the beach and bus services

The chef always comes up with a dish for dinner if asked and booked the night before

Pool entertainer Massimo was brillant with my little boy aqua dance at the pool was always a joy as he made us laugh very funny he was just the best keep up the good work Massimo your great at your job 💚

Another great stay girl on check in was lovely gave us same room we stayed in at Easter , bar staff as friendly as ever a big smile when we entered bar the food is good quality and something for everyone the breakfast is proper English sausage back bacon fried bread ash browns the staff in the dinning room a couple were new from last time but really nice and even spoke outside the hotel we’ve already...

Location was great, Definitely come back

Been back several times and other family members use this hotel too. Looking forward to returning soon. My only fault is that I wish they would provide more options for vegans and vegetarians in the restaurant

There were some really nice things and some not so nice, which I would not even consider eating like Pigs trotters. After saying this there was always something you could have eaten ie Salad with meat and cheese

Great location , helpful and friendly staff especially James at reception.room was very basic, shower overflowing. Good A/C, our room had a sea /beach view. Overall good value for money.

The pool was ok but not heated so it was a bit cold to swim (in October)

The one woman at the reception didn’t acknowledge issues with the pool and faeces being smudged all over the pool and walls. Did not care and acted as though it was completely normal

Ideal for a short break in Benidorm, 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 to the town. The room was basic but clean with views over all the other hotels

Definitely not the holiday or hotel we were expecting. The pool area at the main bar is dirty. Reception gives everyone one token each for a drink which you get back when you return your cup

The pool area was nice and picturesque. The breakfast was terrible would not recommend- book hotel only

Food wasn't as bad as some of the reviews depending on what you like. The fresh fruit available was nice. The chef did his best to keep the food fresh, and if asked, he would accommodate where he could

But you must go to the new burrito shop on Av. Del Mediterraneo the guy's in there are brilliant, friendly, and chatty and make you feel like a friend. The burritos are definitely tasty and made fresh

The lifts could take some time on occasion but that’s life. Tip - don’t wait at -1 for the lift. Go up one floor as they seemed to stop there more often. Great location and we will be revisiting next year

We are enjoying our week here. Read various reviews so thought I would add mine. Key question - Would I come back ? YES I would. The rooms are very much as per the online photos

Lifts are a nightmare but I do think they need to be priority for people with prams and wheel chairs as some was left waiting so long. Kids pool is fantastic water slides are fun and well monitored

Just come back from a weeks family holiday and after reading some reviews we was slightly worried however we were pleasantly surprised the hotel was great, food was nice, entertainment was great especially the entertainment team Athena we thought she was excellent and really interacted well with the kids

The pool area was clean and the children's play area was excellent. Overall I would recommend and would use the hotel again and entertainment by the pool in the day time and the evening was good

The big pool is a lot more relaxed and a lot warmer. Haven’t had any problems getting sun beds

Visited late September 2025, Lovely hotel, very clean, helpful staff, particularly mentions for Matthew, and Henry at the outside bar, very friendly and chatty, as was the outdoor snack chef, he was very funny and kept everyone entertained while waiting of your food being cooked to order, rooms are spacious all facing the pool/sea front, (you can just about see the sea through the skyscrapers) large...

The all-inclusive setup takes all the stress out of the holiday so you can just enjoy every moment. The entertainment is always fun, and the pool area is a great place to unwind

We spent 4 nights at the hotel and generally had a good experience. The hotel was well situated close to the beach and amenities. However the design of the bathroom really spoilt our stay

The hotel is near to the beach, we had a Seaview and a lovely balcony. We also were brought a complimentary bottle of champagne for our honeymoon which was really nice

Couldn't fault it really breakfast wa ok only went b and b I would stay there again the lifts when you get to understand them at first I was going up and down then some one showed me how to use them lol 😆

Had a short break away, the Hotel is well located to the Beach and local night life. Hotel staff and rooms were excellent

We were on half board during our stay and restaurant is clean and spotless and the food is well presented and very tasty. Parking is available at a reasonable price

There is building work currently being done at this hotel, but although my room was directly above the work, I was not disturbed by any noise

Hats off to the entertainment staff, to the kids zone Sandra and Evelyn and to the amazing kitchen/restaurant staff David and Jose David who always provide us our high chair every meal and for being so kind to us especially to our toddlers

Great Hotel in the right location near the beach. Reviews don't do this place justice. Great for families, loads of entertainment and good pools with slides. Food is good always fresh and plenty of choice

At first, we were skeptical to book the hotel after reading bad reviews. Good thing we did go with our guts and booked it anyway. Our stay had been amazing especially for our children

We had a balcony with amazing view of the beach and skycrapers. The hotel was clean and all the staff were approachable and amazing

We also felt bad for the magician for the magic show as he was amazing but some families had to leave middle of the show because it was already near midnight. Way too late for children and parents

We can still hear it even if our room was at the front of the hotel

Great hotel everything about was brilliant except you had to move sunbeds about 8 times to catch the sun but that wasn't hotels fault it was the tall building beside it

The hotel is so amazing, spotless the staff work so hard, it's lovely the rooms are so nice its quiet no large groups just couples and families no children because it's adults only I loved it so much I'm coming back in June, and will be coming out every year and staying at this hotel, kate xx

Food and drinks is gorgeous and you can have all the cocktails you want. Definitely return and it was adults only which was lovely too

That wasn’t for trying because we did try but it’s all cold not even lukewarm. Wrong food signs on most things. The sauce bottles most were out of date

Good points: Clean and resort-like hotel room, 5-minute walk to the ocean, trendy bathroom, free use of auxiliary facilities (table tennis, swimming pool), breakfast/dinner included, but there was a lot of food, so I was satisfied

This is, quite simply, a wonderful hotel which is professionally run with excellent staff. If you love food, then you must stay here

I adore fish and seafood and in 4 days of lunch and dinner, I have eaten sea bream, sea bass, John Dory, plaice, cod orly, flounder, big fat mussels and whole prawns

Wonderful chefs and hard working attentive restaurant staff make this a supremely satisfying culinary experience

Shampoo and body wash are provided, and there is a terrace, so it is good to sit there and relax

All you need! The pool area had plenty of sunbeds and the staff are enthusiastic with activities for kids and big kids. Breakfast is a typical buffet. The only drawback was the availability of hot water

Location wise, its near the ***** and a short walk from the beach. I would definitely stay here again

The machines are temperamental and when you need a gallon of tea on a morning, its a bit frustrating! The hotel is absolutely spotlessly clean throughout. You can not fault its hygiene, which is a huge selling point

It was my Daughters first holiday abroad & All the staff, from the Hotel Manager, the receptionists, the restaurant staff and cleaners couldn’t be anymore welcoming, friendly or helpful throughout our whole stay

Excellent hotel with Excellent staff. It was our First time at Hotel Venus & we couldn’t fault it. I Travelled with my Mum & my 19 month old Daughter

It's a tired hotel, next to Morgan's Tavern at the start of The Strip in Newtown Benidorm. The staff are fantastic, reception, bar, room service. A pleasure to serve you BUT it showing its age

The Beds and linen are super clean, individual air con units but the sink taps were not tight, the combi shower taps were not the best, the ceiling was in need of repair and there is an issue with the corner that used to be the outside balcony

So unfortunately the checkout wasnt a pleasant experience, if they want the rooms earlier then let guests know and change the check out time. Overall apart from this I thought it was a good budget hotel

Perfect location next to Morgan's Tavern on the strip. The staff were a credit to the hotel and themselves however at this price point the hotel is old and has obviously in need of major refurbishment

She attempted to enter our room 5 times before 11am I explained my partner wasnt feeling great and was resting and we would be gone by 11am. I took the bags to the car then came back about 10

Check out was before 12 noon, and check in was 4pm. From about 9am the maid was on the floor cleaning rooms making alot of noise and also had a radio on

Second visit to this hotel and as good as ever. Bedrooms spotless as is hotel itself. Fantastic range of food on offer to suit everyone. Great to be able to visit 3 bars within the hotel, especially on a chilly night

Location, location, location Perfect location right on the *****. Despite this the rooms were quiet. Best hotel ive stayed in Benidorm and ive stayed in a few. If you want to be in the lively area then stay here

The food was best we have had in Benidorm. Had a disabled room which was nice but disappointed disabled people have no access to get in to the pool or up to the top level where most of the sun is in the winter

The swimming pool is very nice and there is enough sunbeds for the guests, if a little crowded. All in all, a friendly hotel and would recommend for a short stay perhaps

This hotel is ideally situated for the surrounding entertainment in the evening and for the beach during the day. The food is of an acceptable standard and the rooms are quite comfortable albeit a little basic

Excellent hotel. Head waiter is brilliant with everyone in the restaurant. We have known him for a long time top man. I would tell anyone who was going to book this hotel they should have a excellent holiday here.

I've been to Benidorm a couple of times, walked past this hotel and thought it would be a nice place to stay! It's in a great location on Levante beach, it's a smaller hotel which I always prefer as it's easy to get around

We travelled for the first time to Benidorm in Feb 2025 for a short family holiday during the half term break. We opted for Hotel Brisa as it had a good location and the room we chose had a sea view

He is a great asset to the establishment, thank you Rocky! Cocktails were great and the staff were friendly and helpful. Pool is not heated so wouldn’t recommend swimming in Feb!

There was something for everyone to enjoy. It was all fresh and very well kept. The hotel is a fantastic location on the beachfront

The cleanliness and general upkeep of the hotel was very good and if we had any issues they were resolved quickly. We chose full board as there wasn’t an option for all inclusive, this is why I haven’t given it 5 stars

After having my morning muesli, I went with friends for a walk, when I returned I was seriously ill, I was vomiting and in a space of 4 hours loss conscious, I had diarrhea too
