The staff in all quarters were lovely and reception staff very helpful. The food was good but could have been hotter in some instances although was changed instantly when mentioned but not a lot of difference

We've stayed for 7 nights in the hotel and really enjoyed it. The location is simply amazing, very near the beach, great restaurants and shops. The staff has a great attitude to always help you find a solution

The only areas of improvement would be maintenance of the rooms (which are a bit dated) and more comfortable beds, but I assume the hotel is aware of it and has renovated the upper floor

Breakfast is great, always with some variation in the menu so it doesn't get boring, but with consistency in the basic items. Finally, I thought the spa circuit was excellent! Really a gem

I've been a few times over the years and it's lovely. Friendly staff and immaculately kept. The spa circuit is fantastic and we'll worth coming just for that

Very clean and well presented apartments. The only things missing in the kitchen were a plug for the sink and a baking tray, but just about everything else is available, from dishwasher to washing machine

A hairdryer was available in our bathroom

Basically fantastic apartment but ruined with details. In 15 days I had once cleaning room. I got one small bath foam, AC couldn't work on fan speed 1, wi fi only in leaving room. Washing machine didn't work as well

Nice, clean fairly decent. Has a restoran which is decent as well so you are covered for essential needs only it's a bit expensive.

The apartments are up some quite steep hills around 1km from the beach and restaurants so might be tough with young children unless you have a car. I give 5 stars simply because of the 2 lads who manage the place

We’ve been going to Albir hills apartments since they opened, we can’t get enough of the relaxing pool area and amazing service

incredible attention to detail, amazing staff which are so kind and helpful especially Marco and Aaron. We went for a week and couldn’t have asked for more. We will definitely be coming back soon!

Highest season room rate of €150 a night is far above similar hotel offers in the area. The room, while clean and comfortable, had maintenance defects - entrance door and shower

The location is good: close to bakery, supermarket, eateries and the market square. The space of the apartment is large. The sun on the balcony in the morning until 1 pm

There is no lighting on the outside of the apartment complex and no manned reception. That gives an inhospitable experience that makes it difficult to feel comfortable

Nice hotel above a busy restaurant, basic but very comfortable room (1st floor with balcony and sea view) on the beach front. Good location for tourists, a short walk to the town centre etc

A very basic but clean hotel directly on the sea. Easy walking to the sea, restaurants, shopping, and the old Town, along with the tram station and the bus stops

This is an old school hotel on the seafront with a good and busy dining room. We had lunch and it was very good. Traditional Spanish, not a place for tourists, you get good properly cooked local food

, beach chairs and an umbrella, we were surprised to find a beach cool bag. We appreciated the complimentary bottle of water and cava and the starter cleaning kit (dishwasher tab, bin bags, dishcloth, dish soap, etc)

The beach was ideal for our family: although a bit steep and covered with pebbles and stones, making it less suitable for small children, it was peaceful and uncrowded. The turquoise water was breathtaking

Disappointing stay for a 4 star sup. When it rained the lobby ceiling leaked, the entertainment area has no atmosphere, the gym is tiny, outdoor pool was freezing and the indoor pool was too deep

The hotel is located away from the beach, but everything you need is nearby. The food was delicious, but breakfast was the same every day

Most of the staff in the restaurant were friendly, but one older gentleman was rude. He didn't provide us with glasses for our drinks. Overall, we rate this hotel highly

Another highlight for me was the location 📍 – just a 20-minute walk to the beach 🏖️, perfect for getting my daily steps in 🚶‍♀️. For those who prefer not to walk, there are plenty of affordable taxis 🚖 and buses 🚌

The staff were incredibly helpful 😊, and the hotel was spotless ✨. I loved that the pool 🏊‍♀️ was open from 10:00 to 20:00, and on my very first morning I saw the team cleaning it thoroughly before opening 🧹

The location of the hotel is fantastic nearby shops, beach and market, the hotel itself is clean (apart from toilets in public areas there’s a constant smell), pool area is a fabulous size and we never struggled for a sunbed, good range of cocktails and drinks to be had

The pool area was good with plenty of beds despite people queuing then stampeding at stupid o'clock for the best spots. We would watch them every morning from our balcony at how stupid they all looked

The room was clean and spacious , we were round the back of the hotel I requested a low floor and we were on the 6th floor which I was happy with having a young son , there were building works going on for the hospital extension which you wouldn’t know was going off The noise was non existent in my opinion I will be going back for definite The pool was massive and it was crowded at times but we went...

The main concern being the food although it was good one one or two nights it’s pretty much the same options for lunch + dinner both always have some unseasoned roast meat and gravy with about 3 potato options, there’s also a man grilling meat this changes daily with the type of meat but is always unseasoned and oily

It should be noted that we went in winter and the heated pool was a big part of the reason why we decided to go to that hotel, and the fact that it is not in optimal condition lowers our overall score a little

Hotel was very clean, staff friendly and definitely had the best looking pool in the surrounding area. Meal options were plentiful, something for everyone. I really have no complaints with our choice

Great breakfast, impeccable room. The only thing I have to criticize is the heated pool, it was cold and unfortunately the jacuzzi was not working

That said, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was fantastic – just a 10-minute walk to the beach, with Benidorm Palace up the road and the fantastic Paradiso restaurant only a few hundred meters away! We’d definitely return!

Stayed at Cap Negret for a week at the end of October with 7 other family members. 25 degrees! Hotel was great and very clean. Food was very good and staff were friendly and helpful

Came here with two of my friends for a girls trip Had an amazing time and staff were lovely especially the man behind the bar that served us sex on the beaches all week!😂 Only complaint is that the walls of the rooms are very thin and we had the maids banging on our doors around 9:30am the day we were checking out when we only needed to check out at 11am

Staff are extremely miserable, loud and rude at times, appear to be arguing amongst each other too. Entertainment, Nightly bingo, quiz and karaoke so not good. May be different in full season

We have stayed at many hotels in Benidorm but came here for our 45th wedding anniversary, the all-inclusive is amazing, the food was plentiful and good options. All the staff were friendly and helpful

2 good sized pools (we didn't go In as was very cold considering it's late April) Hotel in a great location for the new town

Drinks are sound Amstel on tap with pint glasses. Plenty of top shelf and wine ect. We definitely got our moneys worth. Hotel it's self is nice and kept clean I would definitely book again

We got the kettle but were offered no cups. We noticed that using the dis and indoor pool incurred extra costs as did having tea/coffee service in our room

Visited Benidorm with family for my husbands 70th birthday. Only negatives really are that there are no rails to get in and out of bath and food could have been hotter and no tea/coffee making facilities in room

We enjoyed it here even getting stuck in the lift for 40 min and got stuck in a loo . Food was good don't no why there bad comments. Good location. Candace on reception was brilliant . We will be back

The Pool - 9am open Nice little pool well kept and cleaned and the area was well maintained. Never had a problem getting a sun bed as there was always plenty all day regardless of time, along with tables and chairs

There was a small play area which seemed rather poor and in the sun most of the time with no shade and what seemed like a pool table but we never saw these in use

My father stayed here last week to visit me as I have only just moved to Spain and he has only previously visited benidorm for a few days when I got married

The English speaking lady on reception was fantastic and made sure my father received the parcel I d left for him

The bathroom was a little awkward due to the position of the sink which was as u opened the door but was fine as you just had to open the door wide to get past The shower was amazing 🤩 so much pressure

The location is great ( that's why I booked it for him) close enough to some bars and restaurants and great for the beach and bus services

The chef always comes up with a dish for dinner if asked and booked the night before

Pool entertainer Massimo was brillant with my little boy aqua dance at the pool was always a joy as he made us laugh very funny he was just the best keep up the good work Massimo your great at your job 💚

Been back several times and other family members use this hotel too. Looking forward to returning soon. My only fault is that I wish they would provide more options for vegans and vegetarians in the restaurant

There were some really nice things and some not so nice, which I would not even consider eating like Pigs trotters. After saying this there was always something you could have eaten ie Salad with meat and cheese

The lifts could take some time on occasion but that’s life. Tip - don’t wait at -1 for the lift. Go up one floor as they seemed to stop there more often. Great location and we will be revisiting next year

We are enjoying our week here. Read various reviews so thought I would add mine. Key question - Would I come back ? YES I would. The rooms are very much as per the online photos

Lifts are a nightmare but I do think they need to be priority for people with prams and wheel chairs as some was left waiting so long. Kids pool is fantastic water slides are fun and well monitored

Just come back from a weeks family holiday and after reading some reviews we was slightly worried however we were pleasantly surprised the hotel was great, food was nice, entertainment was great especially the entertainment team Athena we thought she was excellent and really interacted well with the kids

The pool area was clean and the children's play area was excellent. Overall I would recommend and would use the hotel again and entertainment by the pool in the day time and the evening was good

This is the fifth time we've stayed at Port Benidorm. Comfortable, well maintained rooms cleaned and towels changed daily. Cheerful, helpful, efficient staff

SPA and roof top bar were amazing - highly recommend the cocktails. Location was fabulous- building work was going on but wasn’t a huge issue

Great Hotel in the right location near the beach. Reviews don't do this place justice. Great for families, loads of entertainment and good pools with slides. Food is good always fresh and plenty of choice

At first, we were skeptical to book the hotel after reading bad reviews. Good thing we did go with our guts and booked it anyway. Our stay had been amazing especially for our children

We had a balcony with amazing view of the beach and skycrapers. The hotel was clean and all the staff were approachable and amazing

We also felt bad for the magician for the magic show as he was amazing but some families had to leave middle of the show because it was already near midnight. Way too late for children and parents

We can still hear it even if our room was at the front of the hotel

Food and drinks Proces very reasonable -cocktails around £7 and incredibly strong so you definitely get your moneys worth!! Pool area Pool and poolside bar were perfect a real suntrap and a great place to relax My husband and I have decided we wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting benidorm

This hotel is trying very hard to only attract couples and families who want a quiet relaxing holiday, the staff had difficulties with a large noisy group during our stay which provided some entertainment for the rest of us but security had a tough job those days

The same excellent help from Julia and Angeles on front desk always asking us if everything was ok, this staff truly cares for customers! We always felt we could go to them if we had any problems, like a leaking shower door which they fixed

Met Mercedes the manager at breakfast and she arranged for us to be moved to a quiet room on top floor with no fuss, always checking was everything ok for us, so attentive

We went here for an All Inclusive week in November 2024. Overall, we had a nice break in the hotel. We stayed in the Annex on the 12th floor, which was good

The room was spacious, the bed was large and super comfy, and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing we did not enjoy about the room was in the bathroom, you could smell sewer gas coming up through the sink plughole

Some were good, some were bad and some were brilliant. We did see Pablo Bloom, who we've wanted to see for a while, and he was good. We have booked again for 11 nights in October 2026 as we really enjoyed the hotel

I don't like Spanish style bacon, and that was the only thing I never enjoyed and we ate out for breakfast a few times, at Bar Titanic, 5 minutes from the Hotel, which was lovely

The drink's selection was good on AI, Cruzcampo was the lager of choice. There was always something to eat if you were peckish. The entertainment was your typical AI fare

Spent lots of time by the pool. Ate in the restaurant a couple of times and there was plenty of options. Also plenty of options at the bar. Staff were helpful and friendly. Beds comfy and blackout curtains good

A surprise, hotel was clean, friendly staff, food was great at halfboard. But the location was the best 3 minute walk and you’re on the beach with some great bars close by, I would definitely stay again.

Needless to say I saw friends I hadn't seen for years at said venue so 2 pints later I continued to Hotel Dynastic and eventually arrived via The Green Door (for those regular visitors to Las Vegas, it's not the same) and no I've never been

The staff were friendly and efficient on arrival and I ditched my bag and made my way to meet friends but Uncle Peds was on my way and I promised myself that I wouldn't get way laid

The hotel is hemmed in, up the hill from more or less the Red Lion (1 mile) The hotel is a little dated but extremely clean

I paid €77 for a room (Travelling alone) Including breakfast which I thought was very reasonable

All in all I would stay again at this price point

Friendly staff, particularly bartenders from the bar,nice rooms, clean and tidy, only bad point I give is the breakfast wich they run out of food quickly , there is not many options and the quality could improve but I guess for the price you pay its fair
