Very enjoyable experience. The staff in all quarters were lovely and reception staff very helpful. The room was very clean. The food was good but could have been hotter in some instances although was changed instantly when mentioned but not a lot of difference. Maybe a heat probe would be a good idea. Perfect position.

I've been a few times over the years and it's lovely. Friendly staff and immaculately kept. The spa circuit is fantastic and we'll worth coming just for that. Massage and spa treatments also really good at reasonable prices.

We've stayed for 7 nights in the hotel and really enjoyed it. The location is simply amazing, very near the beach, great restaurants and shops. We've booked this for the past 2 years, absolutely no issues with the resort. Always clean, themed restaurants are brilliant quality, the buffet restaurant is equally good. Although I would book the ultra all inclusive as you can skip the ques for the bars which can get busy. Around the pool is always clean and the lifeguards are always on there best keeping everyone safe.

We have just got back and had a fantastic holiday . The whole site is very clean and maintained daily . The accommodation was excellent. We found some of the buffet food hit and miss but in all honesty there is a-lot of food choices. There are snacks available whenever the main buffet areas are closed . Drinks available all day !

Disappointing stay for a 4 star sup. Air conditioning didn't work. When it rained the lobby ceiling leaked, the entertainment area has no atmosphere, the gym is tiny, outdoor pool was freezing and the indoor pool was too deep.

The hotel is located away from the beach, but everything you need is nearby. The food was delicious, but breakfast was the same every day. We spent 4 nights at the hotel and generally had a good experience. The hotel was well situated close to the beach and amenities. However the design of the bathroom really spoilt our stay. Be warned that the glass partition wall provided no privacy when performing natural functions. For all the hotel's good points this design would prevent us from a return visit.

The food was best we have had in Benidorm. Had a disabled room which was nice but disappointed disabled people have no access to get in to the pool or up to the top level where most of the sun is in the winter

Looking forward to a return visit this year, hotel being refurbished so looking forward to seeing the results, excellent staff, great rooms and food is excellent

Yeah it's a great place, perfectly located for all the attractions and entertainment. The food is very good and there is a good variety of dishes to choose from. Breakfast is served from 8am till 10pm which is a bit early for me (11am would have been better). The jet2 rep lita was also very good.

This hotel was in the best location in the middle of all the main bars and clubs. Hotel staff were very professional and very polite. NICOLE who was running the top floor bar was extremely hardworking and could have not looked after our group any better. The hotel rooms were very impressive and clean - 100% recommend!!! We recently returned from the stay at this hotel and we genuinely have no complaints or any faults at all. The place was absolutely spotless and the check-in was easy. The food was also fantastic. I would like to make an honourable mention for Nicole from the sky bar who looked after us so so well on our stay. All of the staffs English was also very good.

Been here five days and five to go. Staying on the fifth floor and no complaints up to now. Breakfast is one of the best we have had at other hotels in Benidorm and the evening meals are just as good. Entertainment is above average and the staff at the hotel are hard working. A lovely long weekend !! The staff were really friendly and professional. The room was spotless and comfortable. Check in/out was easy. We enjoyed half board and the food was excellent, with a large variety to suit all tastes. We also opted for the drinks package with our evening meal for €2.5 each. It was really good value. Clean modern and comfortable hotel with good service. While not on the sea front it was only a block away. The clubs and nightlife were 1 street away which made it a little quieter at night. Everything was in easy reach. I really liked Don Pancho.

Staff are lovely. Straight up the main road to the beach, about €5-6 for a taxi. It was equivalent to a Premier Inn in the UK. Breakfast was standard buffet breakfast. Pool and rooftop was nice.
