Reason why i gave 5 star is because of the asian chef. I was having difficulty time eating food as there not much for vegitarians. I did complain but nothing much happened as there lack of communication. Till i spoke to this asian chef and he understood how me and my family felt. Specially for us he got a chef to make vegetarian burgers and omg it was amazing. We were literally living on chips. Honestly...

We stayed in garden lodges and it was nice location as we only had neighbours from two sides. But we could hear them pooping as walls were paper thin. I had to complain to one neighbour as their kids were running and screaming until 01.00 in the morning. Was impossible to sleep. I would definitely recommend security to drive around and see if people are meeting 22.00 curfew. Food very poor quality...

The actual resort is fine but the apartment we stayed in was lacking in a few areas. We actually had to purchase several things just to manage the week. Definitely needs to be addressed.

I've been a few times over the years and it's lovely. Friendly staff and immaculately kept. The spa circuit is fantastic and we'll worth coming just for that. Massage and spa treatments also really good at reasonable prices.

We've stayed for 7 nights in the hotel and really enjoyed it. The location is simply amazing, very near the beach, great restaurants and shops. The staff has a great attitude to always help you find a solution. Breakfast is great, always with some variation in the menu so it doesn't get boring, but with consistency in the basic items. Finally, I thought the spa circuit was excellent! Really a gem....

Lovley hotel friendly staff its about 10 minutes walk to the sea. Lots of nice places to eat around the sea front area.

Very enjoyable experience. The staff in all quarters were lovely and reception staff very helpful. The room was very clean. The food was good but could have been hotter in some instances although was changed instantly when mentioned but not a lot of difference. Maybe a heat probe would be a good idea. Perfect position.

A large pleasant hotel situated just across from the beautiful beach in Albir . There is a large bar and outside Terrace facing the bays .Staff are pleasant and efficient. A delightful 2 night stay at this charming hotel. We walked passed it many times during previous stays in Albir. Stayed here for a summers break/family visit.Hotels in a great location,beach opposite,not far to shops and restaurants.Hotel clean,rooms big,but bit old fashioned.Bar area nice but only catered for spanish bullroom dancers every night.Sitting on the terrace looking over the sea was great.Food was buffet style breakfast and evening meal,always something to eat,choice of fish meat salad etc.

Lovely hotel, rooms were large and clean, beds were comfortable with nice pillows and bedding, terrace was large, lovely bathroom with hot walk in shower, beautiful pool area spotlessly clean, nice children's play area and shallow pool, inside heated pool, food was well cooked and good quality, staff were all pleasant.

This hotel is on the outskirts of the town, a 20min walk in. The hotel is a nice place to be. The surroundings are very well planted and green. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed. The hotel offers a wide range of facilities to use, the main one being the pool. The staff are friendly and helpful. I'm sure we'll be coming here again.

We have literally just checked out (myself, my wife and my 5 year old daughter) and are already gutted! We have had the most amazing 8 days. We have just stayed here for a week and it was such an amazing stay! Food was great, I'm not quite sure what the other reviews about food were on about, there was always something we could eat. Room was nice and spacious with a balcony, pull out sofa bed for the kids wasn't the comfiest. Hotel was very clean, only thing I didn't like is the shower towels being put in the bidet, not very hygienic....

We really enjoyed! We will definitely be back! Our goal was for our 3 and 1 year old to have fun and we certainly achieved that and so did we. Very good facilities and unbeatable staff. We spent 9 nights at this hotel. It’s our first time doing an all inclusive and overall we would come again. ROOMS spacious. Plenty of plugs. Cleaned every day if you wanted (we did every 3 days). Stayed at the Levante hotel, absolutely brilliant service in its entirety. Customer service was amazing, we had a problem with our booking that was our fault, but the staff got this resolved for no charge for us. Just spent short of a week at this wonderful hotel. Superb location and very restful tranquil grounds in the midst of the Benidorm action. All of the property is delightful albeit a little tired in places. It definitely felt more like a 3 star plus hotel I think. About 7 or 8 minutes walk to new town strip. Pool is nice,rooms are nice,spotless, though our double bed was just 2 singles pushed together. Staff are nice and courteous,the food is always buffet and a little repetitive,also some snacks and ice creams cost money even if your all inclusive.

Came here with 20 friends to celebrate my husbands 60th birthday. Had an amazing time, the food, the staff, the entertainment was top class. The housekeeping team ensured that the rooms and all areas of the hotel were immaculate. I cannot recommend this hotel high enough.

Great service and friendly staff. We arrived early and rooms were ready. Slightly out of town and hill is quite steep but there is a courtesy bus provided every 20 minutes until arohnd7.30 pm.

A really good hotel if you are staying off peak in Benidorm. They have bits of entertainment in the evenings and the food / drinks are reasonably priced. The rooms are kept very clean and a pretty decent breakfast selection. Though it is at the top of a hill outside they do operate a regular free shuttle bus down to the edge of the town centre.

Went first week December. I was a bit concerned as my wife has coeliac disease and previous guests suggested gluten free food was non existent. Nothing could be further from the truth Chef and catering staff were excellent in supplying fantastic meals. Animation Team were very good. This hotel is no better than ok. Our superior room was large and clean but the sofa bed was unusable as a sofa as the cushions didn't fit and you ended up sitting on the bed beneath. The Nereo hotel is in the middle of the new town, This is a lovely bright, clean and modern hotel. We stopped half board, the food was variable and plentiful. Great hotel, big rooms and big balconies. Never have to wait long for a lift, there's four of them altogether. Food is fresh and nice. Drinks are fab. Local brands on AI but you can pay for the nice stuff, like Bombay sapphire. Cocktails are made in front of you, not pre made. It's a 10-15 min walk to strip and beach.

Our 3rd time to sandos. We love the location. It's away from the hustle and bustle of Benidorm but literally 10 minutes walk to the strip. The rooms are spacious and nicely equipped. The staff are always really friendly. We love the hotel and keep going back when we go to Benidorm.

Room was a bit old fashioned unlike the rooms we had stayed in twice before. Food and drink only average, all cheap local spirits, location is not bad if you are fit, plenty of sunbeds for everyone, The best part of the hotel are the staff who are excellent and will go out of there way to help you. Please tell me a better hotel than the Riviera in Benidorm. Spotless and no kids. Staff from reception to restaurant were all 5* Food and ambience to our liking and superb entertainment onsite every night if you wanted. Give it a try even as a non resident, the sun terrace bar at the front is worth a visit.

We spent 4 nights at the hotel and generally had a good experience. The hotel was well situated close to the beach and amenities. However the design of the bathroom really spoilt our stay. Be warned that the glass partition wall provided no privacy when performing natural functions. For all the hotel's good points this design would prevent us from a return visit.

Stayed here in October 24 for a week, the Hotel is within easy walking distance to the beach and night life venues. Had a short break away, the Hotel is well located to the Beach and local night life. Hotel staff and rooms were excellent. We were on half board during our stay and restaurant is clean and spotless and the food is well presented and very tasty. Parking is available at a reasonable price. I would definitely be taking another weekend break to stay at this hotel.

Nice clean hotel. Shower flooded the bathroom just had to put towels down. Had coffee in the room first night, asked for it to be replenished and advised they do not put coffee in the rooms, reception was not very helpful (male). Pool area nice. Location makes it. Food, breakfast yes good but evening was hit and miss, salad was nice ?

My sister and I are just coming to the end of a week at this lovely hotel. Plenty of different choices of food. Bar well staffed and pleasant. We were on the 2nd floor so lifts not an issue. Glass bathroom a bit odd but we quickly worked around it. Would definitely return. View from the Terrace is a real bonus.

Port Benidorm is an excellent hotel, we had a great stay, the view from our room was amazing, we requested a high floor and was allocated the 16th floor. Been once but the whole family absolutely enjoyed every minute. Family hotel with loads todo games room swimming pool water slides. Great food we never had to eat out once. Staff are super friendly. Clean and tidy rooms had the option of a bath or shower which is lovely. Not a far walk to the beach or shops. Great entertainment/kids club. Free wifi. What more can I say we had a beautiful holiday.

Good food and alcohol drinks. Hotel location was ok but Benidorm not. Wouldn't recommend Benidorm for families with children. Swimming pool a bit small. We never had any problems with sunbeds. Foam party was great. Rooms were bit tight for family of 4. Nice and clean hotel.

One of the best holiday hotels I've stayed in to date! I chose to have a father & son holiday this year and finding the right place to stay seemed a bit daunting to get right. Absolutely brilliant time! Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned everyday. The only reason i put 4 stars on the room is because the toilet is to close to the sink cabinet so you can't sit straight. The toilet seat was loose because of this and it broke whilst we were here. Otherwise, it was perfect. Entertainment was fun and suitable for all ages.

Great place for family holidays. Family of 4 people enjoyed vacation in August 2024. Food was fantastic, staff was very supportive and friendly. Walk to the beach takes only 5 mins. Hotel is vary kids and family friendly. They have ramps and lifts everywhere

Awesome place! The food was really good, tasty and diverse. Everyday something different to try (especially lunch and dinner). "All Inclusive" option: a lot of drinks to try (coffe, beer, local drinks). The staff was really nice and helpful; everyday they prepare some "animations" (games, bingo, karaoke, local trips). Hotel is spotlessly clean, staff are super efficient and friendly. The food is good but, I think the menu leaned a little towards fish compared to my visit 2 years ago. Would recommend it? Absolutely 💯

Great hotel everything about was brilliant except you had to move sunbeds about 8 times to catch the sun but that wasn't hotels fault it was the tall building beside it. Food and drinks is gorgeous and you can have all the cocktails you want. Definitely return and it was adults only which was lovely too.

We stayed Oct 2021. A very large room with balcony big enough for table & chairs and two sun loungers. Good food, nice staff. The only issues were: 1. Location, its quite a way from anything with a 15min walk to the beach & 25mins to the old town. 2. Like many hotels in Benidorm the other tower blocks cast a shadow across the sun terrace.

Rooms are brilliant. Food is mediocre. Quite bland. The pool area is in the shade a lot because of surrounding high buildings. Drinks are fine although you're not allowed pints only halves. Entertainment ain't great!

If you took this hotel and put it anywhere, it will definitely be your favourite holiday. Guaranteed. The staff here could not be more friendly, helpful, or genuine. From the entertainers to the receptionists to the barmen, they each aim to make your holiday as enjoyable as physically possible. The staff food and location of this hotel are excellent the rooms were cleaned daily we had a kettle in our room with coffee and milk which were topped up daily, they don't supply tea bags, we also had an hairdryer which is always a bonus if you require clean towels you just leave your dirty towels in the bath we will definatley use this hotel again.

Just had three nights at the Ruidor, nice hotel, clean modern rooms, good selection of buffet food for our breakfast and evening meal, they also had special offers on drinks every day, beer was normal bar prices rather than hotel prices. The hotel is an easy short walk from the each. Very enjoyable stay all round.

Returned to the Riudor after a 20 year break. The rooms were very smart and comfortable. The staff in the main we excellent and very helpful and polite. The food was basic but passable. The entertainment was good and Tim the entertainment compare was very good. We will definitely return

Lovely hotel in a great location. Bars and shops are next door and the beach is just a five minute walk away. I love the decor of this hotel - the mood lighting is very relaxing. I stayed on a full board basis. Food is buffet style and there is a wide variety of dishes available. My room was spotless too.

Yeah it's a great place, perfectly located for all the attractions and entertainment. The food is very good and there is a good variety of dishes to choose from. Breakfast is served from 8am till 10pm which is a bit early for me (11am would have been better). The jet2 rep lita was also very good.

Excellent hotel. Head waiter is brilliant with everyone in the restaurant. We have known him for a long time top man. I would tell anyone who was going to book this hotel they should have a excellent holiday here.

This hotel is ideally situated for the surrounding entertainment in the evening and for the beach during the day. The food is of an acceptable standard and the rooms are quite comfortable albeit a little basic. The swimming pool is very nice and there is enough sunbeds for the guests, if a little crowded. All in all, a friendly hotel and would recommend for a short stay perhaps.
