The staff in all quarters were lovely and reception staff very helpful. The food was good but could have been hotter in some instances although was changed instantly when mentioned but not a lot of difference

A delightful 2 night stay at this charming hotel. We walked passed it many times during previous stays in Albir. Although built in the last 15 years, the interior does have a 'retro' vibe

Vending machines available in reception and rooftop. Live music, DJ and singers were performing during our stay. A bigger pool would be a great addition for a proper swim. The gym has singular, basic equipment

Unfortunately, the air con unit was poorly placed in the ceiling of the entrance to the room, and we could not get the full benefit of it in the bed area

We've stayed for 7 nights in the hotel and really enjoyed it. The location is simply amazing, very near the beach, great restaurants and shops. The staff has a great attitude to always help you find a solution

​ I also love that they give extra perks for long stays, having parking included was super convenient and the bottle of cava was a very delightful touch! The only areas of improvement would be maintenance of the rooms (which are a bit dated) and more comfortable beds, but I assume the hotel is aware of it and has renovated the upper floor

Breakfast is great, always with some variation in the menu so it doesn't get boring, but with consistency in the basic items. Finally, I thought the spa circuit was excellent! Really a gem

I've been a few times over the years and it's lovely. Friendly staff and immaculately kept. The spa circuit is fantastic and we'll worth coming just for that

Very clean and well presented apartments. The only things missing in the kitchen were a plug for the sink and a baking tray, but just about everything else is available, from dishwasher to washing machine

Basically fantastic apartment but ruined with details. In 15 days I had once cleaning room. I got one small bath foam, AC couldn't work on fan speed 1, wi fi only in leaving room. Washing machine didn't work as well

Nice, clean fairly decent. Has a restoran which is decent as well so you are covered for essential needs only it's a bit expensive.

The apartments are up some quite steep hills around 1km from the beach and restaurants so might be tough with young children unless you have a car. I give 5 stars simply because of the 2 lads who manage the place

Amazing staff, helpful and familiar. The food is really good (well worth a visit even if you dont stay in the hotel). The breakfast buffet is in itself reason enough to stay in the hotel

Fantastic hotel, I went for 5 days on my own with 3 kids under 5 years old and it was amazing experience, food, staff, bedrooms, the lot. Highly recommended. I will be back!!!

Great location! Only a few minutes from the beach but still quiet. Nice to be able to cook meals and the balcony was nice. Would have been 5 stars for the price level but the internet and TV was useless.

The location is good: close to bakery, supermarket, eateries and the market square. The space of the apartment is large. The sun on the balcony in the morning until 1 pm

There is no lighting on the outside of the apartment complex and no manned reception. That gives an inhospitable experience that makes it difficult to feel comfortable

Just perfect. We booked 3 rooms as a family with amazing views. Everyone was so friendly. Breakfast service and food selection plenty. We have stayed in Albir now over 20 years and this was our best stay/holiday

A family home passed down it has been restored to the highest of standards whilst keeping its original charm from the beams, to the beautiful tiles and fantastic tropical garden with its nooks and crannies and scenic views

Home made cake every day with different flavours they were all lovely. Nice average size pool though didn't get to try it as it was too cold during our stay. Lovely rooms ours had a roofed patio area which was nice

Estaban and Martin who run this beautiful establishment are friendly and warm and the most welcoming and trusting of hosts. There is nothing lost in the attention to the most intricate and quirky attention to detail

Breakfast was good and the lady (Doris) was a great host even though she can't speak English we always got by. The area is a little out of town so not good if you don't have a car or find walking difficult

Altea old town is a 10 minute walk (though some short hills are involved, not suitable for disabled). A place for those seeking rest, quiet, and immaculate but unique presentation

Loved this little b and b so much better than large hotel blocks. Only around 6 or 7 rooms set in beautiful gardens with lots of seating areas and flowers and fruit trees

Nice hotel above a busy restaurant, basic but very comfortable room (1st floor with balcony and sea view) on the beach front. Good location for tourists, a short walk to the town centre etc

A super stylish little hotel. The breakfast was superb- The staff was exceptional which made Abaca one of my favorite hotels ever.

My room Hibiscus was perfect and very clean, even though I didn’t ask for it, my bed was fixed every day, floor cleaned and rubbish taken away, as well as coffee topped up and little chocolate left for me! Ladies at the reception are wonderful and really dedicated to make you feel well looked after, they were all very friendly and helpful, exceptional service

Only minor niggle during our weeks visit was the wait time at lifts as one of the three lifts were not operating all week and if you were staying in one of the higher floors you could wait for a long time

You don't stand a chance getting a sunbed in peak season near pool but air con was brilliant, room comfortable and it was clean. On the days I was there the cafe/bar only served pizza as food

The pool is clean, your not allowed to eat or drink your own food or alcohol around the pool but there is a pool bar that sells burgers, chips pizza etc

Not the biggest or best hotel in the world but great for the money you pay. Nice food, clean and tidy staff are all nice. Wonderful location! 15 minute walk to the beach 1 way and to the centre the other

I can understand why they don't have fridges in room as it would deprive the cafe/bar of business but they need to expand their menu

The room never had a fridge or single hob or anything! Rooms were specious, and beds tided & fresh towels every day! Although there wasn't any do not disturb signs so some mornings we were greeted by the cleaners whilst we were still in bed

Great times open from 9am-9pm! We never struggled for beds any day! It took us around 20 minutes to walk to the ***** 10 minutes to the old town. It's more of a residential area

Nice hotel in the centre of Benidorm, breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Rooms were clean and adequate. I booked a late check out it cost £28 it was worth it as check out was 1800

Amid this awful covid-19 pandemic hotel was clean food always hot and well presented xmas dinner was amazing staff were helpful and friendly 😀 loved it 😀 I would go back x merry Xmas 😀 😋 ❤

Upon arrival we were very impressed with how clean the hotel and rooms are. The interior is modern and simply really nice. The food was the downfall… we had all inclusive, however didn’t spend much time eating their food

We often kept falling down the middle of the bed and had to essentially sleep in separate beds - not nice. The mattress was also very hard and almost every morning I woke up with back pain

Every time we tried, we just couldn’t stomach much of the food apart from their salad bar and fresh fruit section. The service from hotel staff inside and outside the kitchen was great

I went with my daughter for a few days break and our room was beautiful. Spacious, spotlessly clean, toiletries provided, great shower and very comfy beds. We had a sea view and a huge balcony with chairs and a table

The hotel is in a great position, located in the old Town where it is quieter but near plenty of restaurants and very close to the promenade and beach. The reception staff are very helpful and polite

Just returned from a stay at the Diplomatic Hotel, Really nice hotel and food and very clean, just be careful if you staying in the back as there is a hotel opposite that has a loud air con unit going all night which keeps you awake

I was saddened that there were not enough people around to watch the hotel evening entertainment, we could see the local singers from our ground floor terrace which was lovely and they were great but I noticed the lack of an audience which felt like a real shame, this was not what we chose the hotel for but I did notice an evening entertainment program also

Perhaps the absolute best thing about this hotel for me was the electric shutter on the bedroom window, being someone with paper thin eyelids and when we are in Benidorm out until the early hours I have never had such great sleep, it made the world of difference to me

The location was exactly where we wanted to be in between the old and new town and a stroll along the front for live music as far up as the tiki bar. At night it was quiet and the beds were comfortable

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, we never were never up or only just in so missed the breakfast offering

Birthday We went for my 60th birthdsy ask for low floor which was accomodated. Very clean and tidy room and surroundings. Restaurant and bar area good. Left a card in room with free drinks voucher

The buffet breakfast was excellent with a choice of cereal, pastries, freshly cooked omelette, fruit, hot choices and cold meats etc. Pool was really nice to sit by with a good amount of sunbeds

Breakfast wasn’t great, we have usually had better quality & choice in other 4 star hotels in the area - but we found something each morning. The coffee from machine was terrible though

Really clean rooms, ours was a high one overlooking the pool which was lovely. Gave us a free drink voucher for a birthday while we were there, which was a nice gesture

I found there wasn’t much pool and subbed area upstairs was quite small the sun beds were really close together so it was difficult if you wanted shade to put up your umbrella as the sun beds next door didn’t want the umbrella up

Bar and Restaurant staff were lovely, warm and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We did not stay in the hotel, so we cannot comment on the rooms.

This is a lovely hotel in the quieter area of Benidorm. I was with my two granddaughters and we had a suite. The bedroom was great plenty of room for the three of us, bathroom lovely, excellent walk in shower

Breakfast was lovely so much to choose from, the evening meal not so good (hence the 4 stars) being a vegetarian I found there wasn’t much choose for me on the menu, although the girls had plenty of choice

Other than that the reception staff were good also the housekeeping staff and the waiters in the restaurant

Also there were youths who were using to pool and bar who weren’t actually staying at the hotel

There was also a cooking station providing freaky cooked eggs etc for breakfast and grilled fish and meat to order for dinner. There were several coffee making machines and toasters at breakfast so no long queues

I had a double room with decent size balcony at the front of the hotel with fantastic sea view. The bathroom was a good size with walk in shower. The room had a mini fridge and safe for valuables

Smart modern hotel with one of the best locations in Benidorm. right on the seafront of Levante beaches. The buffet food was good and main meals differed day to day

In April the evening entertainment was limited to Fri and Sat nights with quality Spanish duos playing a variety of popular songs in English and Spanish

The hotel is premium priced as befits its location and that probably amounts for fewer families as the majority of the guests were mature couples

There was a small wall mounted TV which I didn't bother to watch. but on skipping through there didn't seem to be many English language channels

Staff are friendly and always smile food is excellent and with a lot of choice. Rooms cleaned every day by friendly staff. Lovely hotel we will be using the Poseidon again

We stayed here as part of a large group of Brits celebrating a birthday. It was perfect for what we needed. The location is excellent for getting to the Old Town, The New Town and The Beach

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the showers were especially nice. We enjoyed spending time around the nice pool with reasonably priced drinks from the bar. The staff were all very friendly and helpful

I'm not sure how the Spanish guests felt about having us around though. They didn't seem to want to engage much and often seemed a bit grumpy. I guess this might be a cultural thing

This is the second time that I’ve stayed at this hotel. I would recommend it to families and single people too. Great Staff and an all round great experience again 😊

Would highly recommend this hotel, it has everything you could want, even doors that open automatically as you approach, it is spotless in all areas, staff are helpful food is excellent breakfast and evening meals, and it us well placed right on beach front

They did however have the option of you leaving your bags and returning later to a complimentary room where you could get showers etc which was brilliant. Our flight was 23:25 so this was an excellent free option

Just spent a week here and loved it. We were silver level all inclusive and the quality of the drinks and food was excellent. The staff were very efficient and friendly and the hotel was always clean and tidy

Having spent a week with my family, I would like to note the good attention of the hotel staff. Highlight Carlos in the dining room, excellent professional, attentive and very friendly

The facilities are of a very high standard, with great views from the rooms, very child friendly with lots to do for the children and a children's nursery for up to 11s in the evening

This is a perfect hotel 10/10 super clean great food and choice staff excellent. Highly recommend beaches are super clean. The old town is great for a traditional Spanish holiday

The food was hot and plentiful and all tastes for everyone so a plus there. The staff couldn't do enough and were first class and were very friendly and good at their jobs

Stayed in room 301 for 2 nights in the past week. Lovely compact room. Nice and quiet very clean, average view food is ok too. Definetely return and recommend.

(No sea views here) (No USB Sockets) I Initially booked B&B only but after experiencing the impressive food on offer the next morning I upgraded to half board, when a chef asks you how you like your bacon and cooks it in front of you, it’s a big plus from me

We had a wonderful stay at the Royal. The staff were amazing and the gala dinner on New years eve was out of this world.

They have an in-house entertainer with speakers big enough to play at Wembley and tonight there was a guest cabaret singer, very good although the voice was a cross between Freddy Mercury and my mother’s old whistling kettle

This is a very nice hotel well managed hotel not far from the beach and all the action, the whole place being spick & span and run by a very smart professional team. A must stay if visiting Benidorm (Adults Only)

Went with a very open mind and was not disappointed, it’s cheap and cheerful! Very lively with groups which we prepared ourselves for, bar area and staff was brilliant! From the time I went there It was absolutely spotless. The staff were lovely and very helpful. My bed was a little hard but the Pillows was so soft

Rooms were clean and bright, beds are comfortable, shower is lovely and powerful. The buffet restaurant is brilliant, a large choice of dishes on offer

Indoor pool was a good size and warm, and jacuzzi outside was great. Breakfast was very good, a wide selection of food, likewise the dinner buffet was very good quality. Will definitely stay here again

6 of us stayed for 5 nights ideally situated for old town and lots of restaurants and bars and if you can stomach it the complete cesspit which is the new town is not too far away

Great location, right in the centre of Benidorm, and really close to the beach. Hotel is very new and stylish, and room was a good size and comfortable. Amazing view from the room on the 18th floor

We only visited the roof bar but it looks high end and yes the bar has high end prices so beware if drunk, it'll be one bar tab. Views are spectacular - will visit again.

Scenic lift is a no elty and the bar with the terrace on 20th floor is wow. Very Spanish hotel guests and staff all very happy polite and helpful
