Love this Hotel. Clean, Friendly, Welcoming. Beautiful views from level 5 over looking the pools. Just come back from 8 days there, weather was beautiful. Always use this hotel. Worth a visit. 😎🏖️🏊❤️

We've stayed for 7 nights in the hotel and really enjoyed it. The location is simply amazing, very near the beach, great restaurants and shops. The staff has a great attitude to always help you find a solution

​ I also love that they give extra perks for long stays, having parking included was super convenient and the bottle of cava was a very delightful touch! The only areas of improvement would be maintenance of the rooms (which are a bit dated) and more comfortable beds, but I assume the hotel is aware of it and has renovated the upper floor

Breakfast is great, always with some variation in the menu so it doesn't get boring, but with consistency in the basic items. Finally, I thought the spa circuit was excellent! Really a gem

I've been a few times over the years and it's lovely. Friendly staff and immaculately kept. The spa circuit is fantastic and we'll worth coming just for that

Loved the Spa! And the meeting rooms are very good too! All staff goes out of their way to help. Hotel is a 20-minute walk from the beach

The pool area is clean and comfortable, and I would like to give a special mention to Faran who made us delicious cocktails and looked after us so well! I miss Hotel Kaktus already, we will see you guys soon ❤️

The staff in all quarters were lovely and reception staff very helpful. The food was good but could have been hotter in some instances although was changed instantly when mentioned but not a lot of difference

Drinks are fairly priced and there is a wide range of cocktails , wines etc. This hotel is also surrounded by a good choice of bars and restaurants

Beautiful terrace with fabulous beach- view. We came back, after we departed, for drinks several times. Our room was spacious, contained wardrobe, TV and a kitchenette but no crockery or utensils

Vending machines available in reception and rooftop. Live music, DJ and singers were performing during our stay. A bigger pool would be a great addition for a proper swim. The gym has singular, basic equipment

Very clean and well presented apartments. The only things missing in the kitchen were a plug for the sink and a baking tray, but just about everything else is available, from dishwasher to washing machine

Very impressed with the kitchen equipment. Beach and mountain views from each spacious terraces that have outside tables and chairs. Professional friendly service from Hannah the receptionist

A hairdryer was available in our bathroom

Basically fantastic apartment but ruined with details. In 15 days I had once cleaning room. I got one small bath foam, AC couldn't work on fan speed 1, wi fi only in leaving room. Washing machine didn't work as well

Nice, clean fairly decent. Has a restoran which is decent as well so you are covered for essential needs only it's a bit expensive.

Fantastic terace with nice view, small but nice pool

The apartments are up some quite steep hills around 1km from the beach and restaurants so might be tough with young children unless you have a car. I give 5 stars simply because of the 2 lads who manage the place

incredible attention to detail, amazing staff which are so kind and helpful especially Marco and Aaron. We went for a week and couldn’t have asked for more. We will definitely be coming back soon!

We’ve been going to Albir hills apartments since they opened, we can’t get enough of the relaxing pool area and amazing service

We bring our dog with us and they even provide us with a cute pet package with Multiple useful things for our pup 😊 10/10

Lovely place to stay for a family of four in a 2 bed apartment. The rooms a little small but quite adequate

Just had a great 11 night break, friendly staff, nice pool area and no problem getting sun beds in a morning

Didnt realise when we booked hotel rooms Didnt have balconys, rooms dated too, hotel and bedrooms clean , good breakfast for the money, staff all very nice and polite, great location, ok for a short stay.

Highest season room rate of €150 a night is far above similar hotel offers in the area. The room, while clean and comfortable, had maintenance defects - entrance door and shower

Suggest you look elsewhere first, and only stay here as a last resort

Amazing staff, helpful and familiar. The food is really good (well worth a visit even if you dont stay in the hotel). The breakfast buffet is in itself reason enough to stay in the hotel

Fantastic hotel, I went for 5 days on my own with 3 kids under 5 years old and it was amazing experience, food, staff, bedrooms, the lot. Highly recommended. I will be back!!!

Only stayed for one night but thoroughly enjoyed it!! Fabulous little place and very friendly staff 😀 Breakfast was lovely and had a meal at the bar in the evening

Great location! Only a few minutes from the beach but still quiet. Nice to be able to cook meals and the balcony was nice. Would have been 5 stars for the price level but the internet and TV was useless.

The location is good: close to bakery, supermarket, eateries and the market square. The space of the apartment is large. The sun on the balcony in the morning until 1 pm

There is no lighting on the outside of the apartment complex and no manned reception. That gives an inhospitable experience that makes it difficult to feel comfortable

The shower was a hand shower and there was no tea towel and dishcloth in the kitchen

Just perfect. We booked 3 rooms as a family with amazing views. Everyone was so friendly. Breakfast service and food selection plenty. We have stayed in Albir now over 20 years and this was our best stay/holiday

I was impressed with the rooms, honestly didn't expect to find such a nice and cosy hotel in this particular building, totally worth the money

A family home passed down it has been restored to the highest of standards whilst keeping its original charm from the beams, to the beautiful tiles and fantastic tropical garden with its nooks and crannies and scenic views

Home made cake every day with different flavours they were all lovely. Nice average size pool though didn't get to try it as it was too cold during our stay. Lovely rooms ours had a roofed patio area which was nice

Estaban and Martin who run this beautiful establishment are friendly and warm and the most welcoming and trusting of hosts. There is nothing lost in the attention to the most intricate and quirky attention to detail

Breakfast was good and the lady (Doris) was a great host even though she can't speak English we always got by. The area is a little out of town so not good if you don't have a car or find walking difficult

Altea old town is a 10 minute walk (though some short hills are involved, not suitable for disabled). A place for those seeking rest, quiet, and immaculate but unique presentation

Loved this little b and b so much better than large hotel blocks. Only around 6 or 7 rooms set in beautiful gardens with lots of seating areas and flowers and fruit trees

Nice hotel above a busy restaurant, basic but very comfortable room (1st floor with balcony and sea view) on the beach front. Good location for tourists, a short walk to the town centre etc

The sangria was enjoyable, the only thing that threw me off was the freezer with frozen veggies on my way out. I don’t know how much of their stuff is frozen but I would guess not that much because it was still good

This was a fantastic stay: Suzzana ,Sara ,Julie tatianna chema and ghe crew down to the service men that lrpt it running like a fine swiss watch were amazing! Stay here it’s quiet you can sleep and still see old town and its amazing night life

A super stylish little hotel. The breakfast was superb- The staff was exceptional which made Abaca one of my favorite hotels ever.

My room Hibiscus was perfect and very clean, even though I didn’t ask for it, my bed was fixed every day, floor cleaned and rubbish taken away, as well as coffee topped up and little chocolate left for me! Ladies at the reception are wonderful and really dedicated to make you feel well looked after, they were all very friendly and helpful, exceptional service

Just home from an amazing stay at the hotel we loved the location, décor and staff! The hotel is perfect for trying all the local restaurants and just a few steps away from the beautiful beach

We just got back from there last week had we had been before and in was excellent and they didn't fail this time again every worker in the hotel pulls together for service there is nothing any trouble to them bar staff do a exceptional job alway laughing and joking with you same as the waiter's they can't do enough I wouldn't say the entertainment was the best but the 2/3 nights it's not good you...

Lovely hotel, been here many times. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and always kept clean. Sandos Monaco is also in good position for most places, not far to walk to beach are

Staff were all friendly and helpful, we had an issue about our airport shuttle service for the return flight and the reception staff and Manager were so helpful and got us sorted for a pickup, took the stress off of us

Only negative I can say is the food in restaurant isn't always as hot as it should be - yes there is a microwave but you shouldn't have to use that. The food should be piping hot when brought out and kept hot

We visited the spa on Monday in August. No problem for booking 24h before with a Groupon voucher. We also had the meal included in. We showed our voucher and we were allowed to everything

Stayed at the Monaco last year, was excellent then, still is. Really enjoyed our visit again which was due to friendly, helpful and amusing staff, who also kept the hotel tidy and clean

Definitely recommend! Superb facilities and helpful staff. Easy disabled access as well as moving around from the rooms to the pool. No hills and mobility aid hire is just down the road

I've never seen a tandem mobility scooter before coming here! Bring your kids, they will love you for it. Nightlife is child friendly here too

Nice hotel in the centre of Benidorm, breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Rooms were clean and adequate. I booked a late check out it cost £28 it was worth it as check out was 1800

Had a lovely stay just outside of the old Town. Didn't clean floors change bed only changed towels. 4star Hotel. I wouldn't say that

I would single out Christina, one of the barmaids for a special mention, she always had a smile even when the clients were being demanding and seemed to be working hard at all times

staff are so happy to help if you need help. we only had breakfast which was a good choice. the hotel is def a place we would reccomend to anyone

Lovely hotel, clean bright modern. Bedroom clean and comfortable with tea and coffee facilities. Bed comfortable and clean, bathroom has toiletries great shower and lots hot water

The self-catering facilities were excellent, featuring a well-equipped kitchenette with a large fridge, kettle, and toaster, making it easy to prepare meals at our convenience

A little more varied evening entertainment would encourage guests to stay in the hotel and use the bar, rather than go out looking for entertainment

music quiz, general knowledge quiz, sports quiz, bingo, it could begin early and then the music to follow. Just a big thank you to every member of staff within the hotel that makes it such a pleasure for us to stay there

Everything perfect except a 4 star hotel had NO Butter after the very first day, no excuses should not have happened. If shops were open I would have gone out and bought some. Excellent Christmas organisation spot on.

Very nice hotel, centrally located and close to the beach. The hotel is always spotless and offers a very good service. The rooms have a nice terrace, a modern bathroom and the beds are very comfortable

I left the sausage and ate an egg, chips, beans and toast, as did my partner. We had a day at the water park and before we even got in we again had bad upset stomach from the breakfast

Bar and Restaurant staff were lovely, warm and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We did not stay in the hotel, so we cannot comment on the rooms.

Very nice hotel, only problem for me they have single beds no doubles, the breakfast is excellent, a fine buffet with hot and cold,everything you want is provided. Would come again and would recommend it.

Stayed last October, no issues really although breakfast choice deteriorated after the first day. Back in the same place in 4 weeks so will compare.

No salad bar table service and no atmosphere feels like a cafe We had to eat out after 2 night's otherwise same food , very Spanish so this is where a larger choice would have helped Can put up with basic breakfast Rooms are noisy

Couldn't have been in a better location right in the middle of old and new town and on the sea front. We had a side sea view room which was spacious and a good view of the sea

Location of this hotel is just perfect. In the middle of Benidorm accross the beach the location is just perfect. For us it was a surprise that the times for breakfast, lunch and dinner were so late

Once in our city view room on 8th floor, the noise from the streets below was very noisy day/night so didn't sleep well. The evening entertainment in hotel only fri & sat was poor

Within 30mins of checking in the first room. In all honesty I feel they don't consider those who are blind/visually impaired appropriately in this hotel

Basic dated apartments but great value for money and great location as half way between old and new Benidorm. Nice bar down stairs and collect keys from hotel next door

Los Alamos next door has a great pool and the portofino is allowed to use their facilities which was great. All in all had a great stay here

The bar downstairs and the shop was very good and useful please be aware the deposit that you pay when you first arrive you will not get back without a fight I can't stress this enough please pay on a credit card so you can claim it back as when we left we asked for it back and they said the room needs to be inspected first and we would get it back

Basic Apartment, good price & clean. The reason for 4 stars is the pool is not great for kids who can't swim, too deep for them to stand in

I am just starting 2 months of treatment on leg now that I am home in UK, following an attack in waist high water by some type of piranha according to the reports, off Benidorm's main beach

I only had breakfast, and there was plenty of choice, but the bacon, sausages, beans etc were cold, not even lukewarm. Other than that the location is excellent. The pool looks nice, although I didn't venture into it

We stayed at the Poseidon Resort for a weekend in March. It’s basically x2 hotels joined together one is more dated than the other

Would highly recommend this hotel, it has everything you could want, even doors that open automatically as you approach, it is spotless in all areas, staff are helpful food is excellent breakfast and evening meals, and it us well placed right on beach front

They did however have the option of you leaving your bags and returning later to a complimentary room where you could get showers etc which was brilliant. Our flight was 23:25 so this was an excellent free option

Just spent a week here and loved it. We were silver level all inclusive and the quality of the drinks and food was excellent. The staff were very efficient and friendly and the hotel was always clean and tidy

Having spent a week with my family, I would like to note the good attention of the hotel staff. Highlight Carlos in the dining room, excellent professional, attentive and very friendly

The facilities are of a very high standard, with great views from the rooms, very child friendly with lots to do for the children and a children's nursery for up to 11s in the evening

This is a perfect hotel 10/10 super clean great food and choice staff excellent. Highly recommend beaches are super clean. The old town is great for a traditional Spanish holiday

The food was hot and plentiful and all tastes for everyone so a plus there. The staff couldn't do enough and were first class and were very friendly and good at their jobs

(No sea views here) (No USB Sockets) I Initially booked B&B only but after experiencing the impressive food on offer the next morning I upgraded to half board, when a chef asks you how you like your bacon and cooks it in front of you, it’s a big plus from me

Hotel Royal Checked into the HR Royal hotel after arriving in Benidorm (Levante Beach) using the local Bus service from Alicante Airport, I was amazed how easy it was

It's extremely well run by an excellent team who are very experienced with Ana in charge, she can sort out any problems immediately. We have spent eight weeks here and plan to return as soon as possible

We park the electric scooter in the underground car park which is accessed with the room card. The lift and stairs can only be accessed with the same room card so it is a very secure hotel

Stayed in room 301 for 2 nights in the past week. Lovely compact room. Nice and quiet very clean, average view food is ok too. Definetely return and recommend.
