We've stayed for 7 nights in the hotel and really enjoyed it. The location is simply amazing, very near the beach, great restaurants and shops. The staff has a great attitude to always help you find a solution

​ I also love that they give extra perks for long stays, having parking included was super convenient and the bottle of cava was a very delightful touch! The only areas of improvement would be maintenance of the rooms (which are a bit dated) and more comfortable beds, but I assume the hotel is aware of it and has renovated the upper floor

Breakfast is great, always with some variation in the menu so it doesn't get boring, but with consistency in the basic items. Finally, I thought the spa circuit was excellent! Really a gem

I've been a few times over the years and it's lovely. Friendly staff and immaculately kept. The spa circuit is fantastic and we'll worth coming just for that

The staff in all quarters were lovely and reception staff very helpful. The food was good but could have been hotter in some instances although was changed instantly when mentioned but not a lot of difference

Vending machines available in reception and rooftop. Live music, DJ and singers were performing during our stay. A bigger pool would be a great addition for a proper swim. The gym has singular, basic equipment

Beautiful terrace with fabulous beach- view. We came back, after we departed, for drinks several times. Our room was spacious, contained wardrobe, TV and a kitchenette but no crockery or utensils

A delightful 2 night stay at this charming hotel. We walked passed it many times during previous stays in Albir. Although built in the last 15 years, the interior does have a 'retro' vibe

Unfortunately, the air con unit was poorly placed in the ceiling of the entrance to the room, and we could not get the full benefit of it in the bed area

Close to all shops, restaurants, dedicated pedestrian beach walk to Altea. We recommend and would return!

Very clean and well presented apartments. The only things missing in the kitchen were a plug for the sink and a baking tray, but just about everything else is available, from dishwasher to washing machine

Very impressed with the kitchen equipment. Beach and mountain views from each spacious terraces that have outside tables and chairs. Professional friendly service from Hannah the receptionist

A hairdryer was available in our bathroom

Basically fantastic apartment but ruined with details. In 15 days I had once cleaning room. I got one small bath foam, AC couldn't work on fan speed 1, wi fi only in leaving room. Washing machine didn't work as well

Nice, clean fairly decent. Has a restoran which is decent as well so you are covered for essential needs only it's a bit expensive.

Fantastic terace with nice view, small but nice pool

The apartments are up some quite steep hills around 1km from the beach and restaurants so might be tough with young children unless you have a car. I give 5 stars simply because of the 2 lads who manage the place

We bring our dog with us and they even provide us with a cute pet package with Multiple useful things for our pup 😊 10/10

Amazing staff, helpful and familiar. The food is really good (well worth a visit even if you dont stay in the hotel). The breakfast buffet is in itself reason enough to stay in the hotel

Fantastic hotel, I went for 5 days on my own with 3 kids under 5 years old and it was amazing experience, food, staff, bedrooms, the lot. Highly recommended. I will be back!!!

Great location! Only a few minutes from the beach but still quiet. Nice to be able to cook meals and the balcony was nice. Would have been 5 stars for the price level but the internet and TV was useless.

The location is good: close to bakery, supermarket, eateries and the market square. The space of the apartment is large. The sun on the balcony in the morning until 1 pm

There is no lighting on the outside of the apartment complex and no manned reception. That gives an inhospitable experience that makes it difficult to feel comfortable

Just perfect. We booked 3 rooms as a family with amazing views. Everyone was so friendly. Breakfast service and food selection plenty. We have stayed in Albir now over 20 years and this was our best stay/holiday

A family home passed down it has been restored to the highest of standards whilst keeping its original charm from the beams, to the beautiful tiles and fantastic tropical garden with its nooks and crannies and scenic views

Home made cake every day with different flavours they were all lovely. Nice average size pool though didn't get to try it as it was too cold during our stay. Lovely rooms ours had a roofed patio area which was nice

Estaban and Martin who run this beautiful establishment are friendly and warm and the most welcoming and trusting of hosts. There is nothing lost in the attention to the most intricate and quirky attention to detail

Breakfast was good and the lady (Doris) was a great host even though she can't speak English we always got by. The area is a little out of town so not good if you don't have a car or find walking difficult

Altea old town is a 10 minute walk (though some short hills are involved, not suitable for disabled). A place for those seeking rest, quiet, and immaculate but unique presentation

Loved this little b and b so much better than large hotel blocks. Only around 6 or 7 rooms set in beautiful gardens with lots of seating areas and flowers and fruit trees

Nice hotel above a busy restaurant, basic but very comfortable room (1st floor with balcony and sea view) on the beach front. Good location for tourists, a short walk to the town centre etc

A super stylish little hotel. The breakfast was superb- The staff was exceptional which made Abaca one of my favorite hotels ever.

My room Hibiscus was perfect and very clean, even though I didn’t ask for it, my bed was fixed every day, floor cleaned and rubbish taken away, as well as coffee topped up and little chocolate left for me! Ladies at the reception are wonderful and really dedicated to make you feel well looked after, they were all very friendly and helpful, exceptional service

Just home from an amazing stay at the hotel we loved the location, décor and staff! The hotel is perfect for trying all the local restaurants and just a few steps away from the beautiful beach

We just got back from there last week had we had been before and in was excellent and they didn't fail this time again every worker in the hotel pulls together for service there is nothing any trouble to them bar staff do a exceptional job alway laughing and joking with you same as the waiter's they can't do enough I wouldn't say the entertainment was the best but the 2/3 nights it's not good you...

Staff were all friendly and helpful, we had an issue about our airport shuttle service for the return flight and the reception staff and Manager were so helpful and got us sorted for a pickup, took the stress off of us

Only negative I can say is the food in restaurant isn't always as hot as it should be - yes there is a microwave but you shouldn't have to use that. The food should be piping hot when brought out and kept hot

We visited the spa on Monday in August. No problem for booking 24h before with a Groupon voucher. We also had the meal included in. We showed our voucher and we were allowed to everything

Stayed at the Monaco last year, was excellent then, still is. Really enjoyed our visit again which was due to friendly, helpful and amusing staff, who also kept the hotel tidy and clean

Not the biggest or best hotel in the world but great for the money you pay. Nice food, clean and tidy staff are all nice. Wonderful location! 15 minute walk to the beach 1 way and to the centre the other

Definitely recommend! Superb facilities and helpful staff. Easy disabled access as well as moving around from the rooms to the pool. No hills and mobility aid hire is just down the road

I've never seen a tandem mobility scooter before coming here! Bring your kids, they will love you for it. Nightlife is child friendly here too

Nice hotel in the centre of Benidorm, breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Rooms were clean and adequate. I booked a late check out it cost £28 it was worth it as check out was 1800

Amid this awful covid-19 pandemic hotel was clean food always hot and well presented xmas dinner was amazing staff were helpful and friendly 😀 loved it 😀 I would go back x merry Xmas 😀 😋 ❤

Upon arrival we were very impressed with how clean the hotel and rooms are. The interior is modern and simply really nice. The food was the downfall… we had all inclusive, however didn’t spend much time eating their food

We often kept falling down the middle of the bed and had to essentially sleep in separate beds - not nice. The mattress was also very hard and almost every morning I woke up with back pain

Every time we tried, we just couldn’t stomach much of the food apart from their salad bar and fresh fruit section. The service from hotel staff inside and outside the kitchen was great

During my recent stay at the Belroy Hotel in Benidorm, I had the pleasure of experiencing their studio apartment, which exceeded my expectations in every aspect

2nd stay, great hotel & the staff are exceptional. Rooms perfect for holiday or short breaks, we will definitely book again.

Hotel is positioned near restaurants and the beach however the car park is tricky to find, so do your research before. Room was OK but probably was the most disappointing thing

Passing through and stayed here as it had an indoor heated pool which was great for November. Not huge but lovely to relax for a few days

Could be renovated but overall was a great hotel and will stay again in the winter

A little more varied evening entertainment would encourage guests to stay in the hotel and use the bar, rather than go out looking for entertainment

music quiz, general knowledge quiz, sports quiz, bingo, it could begin early and then the music to follow. Just a big thank you to every member of staff within the hotel that makes it such a pleasure for us to stay there

Everything perfect except a 4 star hotel had NO Butter after the very first day, no excuses should not have happened. If shops were open I would have gone out and bought some. Excellent Christmas organisation spot on.

Very nice hotel, centrally located and close to the beach. The hotel is always spotless and offers a very good service. The rooms have a nice terrace, a modern bathroom and the beds are very comfortable

She was very friendly and efficient, answering all my questions and ensuring that my stay started off perfectly. Her customer service made a significant difference, and I will definitely book with her again in the future

24) to report we had food poisoning twice and the staff at reception were dismissive of the situation and said “nobody else has reported this” but if you read other reviews you can see complaints about the food

I left the sausage and ate an egg, chips, beans and toast, as did my partner. We had a day at the water park and before we even got in we again had bad upset stomach from the breakfast

We gave the hotel the benefit of the doubt thinking it was a one off so we had breakfast 1 or 2 days later. Upon breakfast i cut open the sausage and it was again pink inside

We ate half the burger before we realised it was raw inside, we then later were throwing up that night and had very upset stomachs

I just said i was making them aware as the chef may need more training and to help others not have the same issue

I found there wasn’t much pool and subbed area upstairs was quite small the sun beds were really close together so it was difficult if you wanted shade to put up your umbrella as the sun beds next door didn’t want the umbrella up

Bar and Restaurant staff were lovely, warm and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We did not stay in the hotel, so we cannot comment on the rooms.

This is a lovely hotel in the quieter area of Benidorm. I was with my two granddaughters and we had a suite. The bedroom was great plenty of room for the three of us, bathroom lovely, excellent walk in shower

Breakfast was lovely so much to choose from, the evening meal not so good (hence the 4 stars) being a vegetarian I found there wasn’t much choose for me on the menu, although the girls had plenty of choice

Other than that the reception staff were good also the housekeeping staff and the waiters in the restaurant

Also there were youths who were using to pool and bar who weren’t actually staying at the hotel

Staff were Friendly, food was good we only had breakfast but plenty of choice. Always managed to get sunbeds, pool mega cold but once in it's nice so don't let it put you off

Thought that you'll have water at meals free , but No, €2. Good points= clean every where throughout and reception staff were very understanding when explained why he needed one full outfit and trainers laundered

Couldn't have been in a better location right in the middle of old and new town and on the sea front. We had a side sea view room which was spacious and a good view of the sea

Times can not be found on the website and I saw somewhere online it was earlier then what I found out in the hotel. With childeren these times are too late: breakfast 08:00 / lunch 13:30 and dinner 20:00 hour

Location of this hotel is just perfect. In the middle of Benidorm accross the beach the location is just perfect. For us it was a surprise that the times for breakfast, lunch and dinner were so late

Once in our city view room on 8th floor, the noise from the streets below was very noisy day/night so didn't sleep well. The evening entertainment in hotel only fri & sat was poor

Hotel is 10 minutes walk to the main strip. I think the location is excellent. Between old town and new town

Hotel was great, although some rooms a bit on small side. Food was really good choice and for us it was great to have wine with our evening meal. We loved the pools both inside and out along with Jacuzzi's

Perfect Johnathan the entertainer was so friendly and we enjoyed doing rifle shooting with him! Very nice guy, an asset to the Poseidon hotel. I only wish we could have stayed longer! Benidorm 10/10

I am just starting 2 months of treatment on leg now that I am home in UK, following an attack in waist high water by some type of piranha according to the reports, off Benidorm's main beach

We stayed at the Poseidon Resort for a weekend in March. It’s basically x2 hotels joined together one is more dated than the other

Taken by ambulance to hospital. I really would have liked to have been warned of the risk. The papers say 15 cases a day on average are reported. Can you please address this issue

stunning hotel,great staff,wonderful selection of world meals,very clean,adults only,swimming pool,beach front hotel,we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend sol costa blanca,we usually stay at Hilton hotels when we can,but this hotel is right up there with hilton

Would highly recommend this hotel, it has everything you could want, even doors that open automatically as you approach, it is spotless in all areas, staff are helpful food is excellent breakfast and evening meals, and it us well placed right on beach front

They did however have the option of you leaving your bags and returning later to a complimentary room where you could get showers etc which was brilliant. Our flight was 23:25 so this was an excellent free option

Just spent a week here and loved it. We were silver level all inclusive and the quality of the drinks and food was excellent. The staff were very efficient and friendly and the hotel was always clean and tidy

Having spent a week with my family, I would like to note the good attention of the hotel staff. Highlight Carlos in the dining room, excellent professional, attentive and very friendly

The facilities are of a very high standard, with great views from the rooms, very child friendly with lots to do for the children and a children's nursery for up to 11s in the evening

This is a perfect hotel 10/10 super clean great food and choice staff excellent. Highly recommend beaches are super clean. The old town is great for a traditional Spanish holiday

The food was hot and plentiful and all tastes for everyone so a plus there. The staff couldn't do enough and were first class and were very friendly and good at their jobs

Stayed in room 301 for 2 nights in the past week. Lovely compact room. Nice and quiet very clean, average view food is ok too. Definetely return and recommend.

(No sea views here) (No USB Sockets) I Initially booked B&B only but after experiencing the impressive food on offer the next morning I upgraded to half board, when a chef asks you how you like your bacon and cooks it in front of you, it’s a big plus from me

We had a wonderful stay at the Royal. The staff were amazing and the gala dinner on New years eve was out of this world.

They have an in-house entertainer with speakers big enough to play at Wembley and tonight there was a guest cabaret singer, very good although the voice was a cross between Freddy Mercury and my mother’s old whistling kettle

This is a very nice hotel well managed hotel not far from the beach and all the action, the whole place being spick & span and run by a very smart professional team. A must stay if visiting Benidorm (Adults Only)

I was in a group of 12, including 3 children. We got put in this hotel as an emergency as our accommodation was was dirty and bug infested! Hotel was lovely and clean, and staff were great

From the time I went there It was absolutely spotless. The staff were lovely and very helpful. My bed was a little hard but the Pillows was so soft

A lovely hotel made all the more special by the fantastic and hard working staff. Situated next to the old town and a couple of minutes walk from Levante beach it's a brilliant location

We just got back from a week staying here and it was an excellent, reasonably priced hotel. I would look to stay at an RH hotel on my next visit to Spain

Rooms were clean and bright, beds are comfortable, shower is lovely and powerful. The buffet restaurant is brilliant, a large choice of dishes on offer

Indoor pool was a good size and warm, and jacuzzi outside was great. Breakfast was very good, a wide selection of food, likewise the dinner buffet was very good quality. Will definitely stay here again

6 of us stayed for 5 nights ideally situated for old town and lots of restaurants and bars and if you can stomach it the complete cesspit which is the new town is not too far away

Great location, right in the centre of Benidorm, and really close to the beach. Hotel is very new and stylish, and room was a good size and comfortable. Amazing view from the room on the 18th floor

We only visited the roof bar but it looks high end and yes the bar has high end prices so beware if drunk, it'll be one bar tab. Views are spectacular - will visit again.

Brilliant location , between the two beaches, great hotel, indoor pool. We were there in February, everything was open .. sparkling wine with breakfast was classy 😀

Scenic lift is a no elty and the bar with the terrace on 20th floor is wow. Very Spanish hotel guests and staff all very happy polite and helpful
