But been out walking and enjoying the surrounding area. The apartment is good comfy bed great shower. Lovely kept grounds with water park and other pools. We are self catering so can't say anything about restaurant etc

All the personal was so service minded and kind straight through, from the receptionist to the maid and chefs. Got a 4 star for the room because we stayed at one of the oldest rooms, and it was time for a renovation

Bigger slides are there for slightly older kids. The food is above average for this price point hotel, they have a snack bar which served standard stuff like hot dogs, chicken nuggets, chips, pizza etc

Brilliant child friendly hotel, ideal for young families, been twice and have rebooked for next May 26. Best value for money hotel around that I have found for a young family

The apartments were very noisy at night time with other residents. There is lots of restaurants close by for breakfast and evening meals and the beach was about a 20-30 minute walk away depending on how fast you walk

The apartment was very spacious for a couple on a self catering board and had a comfy sofa as well as a coffee table and a dining table and chairs. The shower was perfect as it was a walk in one

You could always find something for your taste. I liked the different dinner themes, one night it was seafood, one night it was Italian, etc. I really liked the outdoor entertainment, especially the karaoke

Soon enough they knew who I was because I was a regular and always charged everything to my "easily remembered" room (119). Great customer experience! The food at the restaurant was overall good

The hotel is beautiful and spacious, the views are stunning, the restaurant is excellent, and there are many types of meat, and there is a type of meat that is not suitable for some religions

Even though almost everything was quite pleasant during my stay, there were a few things I didn't like. The beds were a little too firm, so it was hard laying in one position the whole night

This would've made things easier. My favorite place at the hotel was the coffee bar and the seating area outside. Such a friendly staff there, especially Irati, Ángel and Bako

Reason why i gave 5 star is because of the asian chef. I was having difficulty time eating food as there not much for vegitarians. I did complain but nothing much happened as there lack of communication

Honestly really appreciated it. The hotel itself is okay I did experience cold water in the shower for 7 days. There is 6 of us and 2 showers and both had cold water. To experience that wasn't great

Till i spoke to this asian chef and he understood how me and my family felt. Specially for us he got a chef to make vegetarian burgers and omg it was amazing. We were literally living on chips

As we went end-of season it wasn't too busy, I'm not sure our kids would have coped if it was rammed in August. Our accommodation was good, though the shower pressure wasn't great

Great place. lovely staff. Good food & drinks. Pool was cold at only 6c (we visited in December and its outside and unheated) No real complaints. Thanks for a lovely time.

Firstly, we were there during the devastation of the Spanish floods and although the site escaped it we realised it must have been very difficult for the staff

We've stayed for 7 nights in the hotel and really enjoyed it. The location is simply amazing, very near the beach, great restaurants and shops. The staff has a great attitude to always help you find a solution

The only areas of improvement would be maintenance of the rooms (which are a bit dated) and more comfortable beds, but I assume the hotel is aware of it and has renovated the upper floor

Breakfast is great, always with some variation in the menu so it doesn't get boring, but with consistency in the basic items. Finally, I thought the spa circuit was excellent! Really a gem

I've been a few times over the years and it's lovely. Friendly staff and immaculately kept. The spa circuit is fantastic and we'll worth coming just for that

Loved the Spa! And the meeting rooms are very good too! All staff goes out of their way to help. Hotel is a 20-minute walk from the beach

The pool area is clean and comfortable, and I would like to give a special mention to Faran who made us delicious cocktails and looked after us so well! I miss Hotel Kaktus already, we will see you guys soon ❤️

The staff in all quarters were lovely and reception staff very helpful. The food was good but could have been hotter in some instances although was changed instantly when mentioned but not a lot of difference

Drinks are fairly priced and there is a wide range of cocktails , wines etc. This hotel is also surrounded by a good choice of bars and restaurants

Beautiful terrace with fabulous beach- view. We came back, after we departed, for drinks several times. Our room was spacious, contained wardrobe, TV and a kitchenette but no crockery or utensils

Vending machines available in reception and rooftop. Live music, DJ and singers were performing during our stay. A bigger pool would be a great addition for a proper swim. The gym has singular, basic equipment

Yes they offer things over and above your plan, but they are not pushy at all. I added a few services, and was glad to have those options. I had a ful cardiovascular check up wich I knew I'd never get around to at home

I read some aweful reviews but couldn't cancel as I had paid my deposit. thankfully so! To start with, the environment and surroundings are perfections, beautiful plants rocks and water everywhere

And we changed our sessions all the time, the have program managers you meet every other day to adjust your program as you learn and speak to people or find favourites service providers

Didnt realise when we booked hotel rooms Didnt have balconys, rooms dated too, hotel and bedrooms clean , good breakfast for the money, staff all very nice and polite, great location, ok for a short stay.

Highest season room rate of €150 a night is far above similar hotel offers in the area. The room, while clean and comfortable, had maintenance defects - entrance door and shower

Suggest you look elsewhere first, and only stay here as a last resort

Amazing staff, helpful and familiar. The food is really good (well worth a visit even if you dont stay in the hotel). The breakfast buffet is in itself reason enough to stay in the hotel

Fantastic hotel, I went for 5 days on my own with 3 kids under 5 years old and it was amazing experience, food, staff, bedrooms, the lot. Highly recommended. I will be back!!!

Great location! Only a few minutes from the beach but still quiet. Nice to be able to cook meals and the balcony was nice. Would have been 5 stars for the price level but the internet and TV was useless.

The location is good: close to bakery, supermarket, eateries and the market square. The space of the apartment is large. The sun on the balcony in the morning until 1 pm

There is no lighting on the outside of the apartment complex and no manned reception. That gives an inhospitable experience that makes it difficult to feel comfortable

The shower was a hand shower and there was no tea towel and dishcloth in the kitchen

Perfect place if you want to disconnect. No noise, very respectful and familiar environment. The employees are very friendly and offer you all the information you need during your stay

The restaurant is good, rather the bar, honestly, very bad, it needs professionals both in the kitchen and in the service and to wash its face and ventilate it, it smells more damp, there was no service on the terrace

The Site is very beautiful and it is a shame that the facilities and the gardens of flower plants, gardens, fountains, etc. In short, you need an investor to inject a significant amount of money to make it good

A place with a lot of tranquility, away from the day to day. The bathroom, very old and poorly cleaned in both bathrooms, food-wise; If you want to start the day badly, eat here

Just perfect. We booked 3 rooms as a family with amazing views. Everyone was so friendly. Breakfast service and food selection plenty. We have stayed in Albir now over 20 years and this was our best stay/holiday

I was impressed with the rooms, honestly didn't expect to find such a nice and cosy hotel in this particular building, totally worth the money

Had a really lovely short break here. Fabulous location and amazing sea views from the terrace. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Debbie and Marco. Will definitely be returning.

The apartments are up some quite steep hills around 1km from the beach and restaurants so might be tough with young children unless you have a car. I give 5 stars simply because of the 2 lads who manage the place

Lovely place to stay for a family of four in a 2 bed apartment. The rooms a little small but quite adequate

Secure and comfortable apartments. Peaceful location within easy reach of amenities. Manned reception till early evening. Well equipped kitchen and lovely bathroom. High standard of climbing.

Excellent and very clean apartment with everything you need and close to shops bars and restaurants. Rita was excellent and nothing was a problem to her. Highly recommend
