Vending machines available in reception and rooftop. Live music, DJ and singers were performing during our stay. A bigger pool would be a great addition for a proper swim. The gym has singular, basic equipment

Barstaf all have attitude problems. Room was no good, so upgraded to sea view £10 per night. Food was exelent. Management did not want to know. Won't Won't be back.

The staff in all quarters were lovely and reception staff very helpful. The food was good but could have been hotter in some instances although was changed instantly when mentioned but not a lot of difference

Beautiful terrace with fabulous beach- view. We came back, after we departed, for drinks several times. Our room was spacious, contained wardrobe, TV and a kitchenette but no crockery or utensils

The cuisine and service in the restaurant was exquisite ( with a particular mention for Pablo who made our lunches and dinners even more enjoyable). The staff team is incredibly friendly and helpful

Above and beyond our expectations. Staff and facilities were First Class. All treatments were exceptional. Professional people giving excellent advice. It is expensive but worth every penny

SHA wellness is a beautiful wellness hotel situated in an easy to reach location in Spain. Part of the ethos is to maximise health based on anti inflammatory foods and improving gut health

My wife and I spent a lovely long weekend at SHA in Spain. The mix of wellness and clinical facilities gave us the ideal opportunity both to relax and improve our health and lifestyle

The apartments are up some quite steep hills around 1km from the beach and restaurants so might be tough with young children unless you have a car. I give 5 stars simply because of the 2 lads who manage the place

Lovely place to stay for a family of four in a 2 bed apartment. The rooms a little small but quite adequate

Highest season room rate of €150 a night is far above similar hotel offers in the area. The room, while clean and comfortable, had maintenance defects - entrance door and shower

This is an old school hotel on the seafront with a good and busy dining room. We had lunch and it was very good. Traditional Spanish, not a place for tourists, you get good properly cooked local food

The hotel rooms are minimalist with tasteful traditional touches, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere

Most of the staff in the restaurant were friendly, but one older gentleman was rude. He didn't provide us with glasses for our drinks. Overall, we rate this hotel highly

Another highlight for me was the location 📍 – just a 20-minute walk to the beach 🏖️, perfect for getting my daily steps in 🚶‍♀️. For those who prefer not to walk, there are plenty of affordable taxis 🚖 and buses 🚌

The staff were incredibly helpful 😊, and the hotel was spotless ✨. I loved that the pool 🏊‍♀️ was open from 10:00 to 20:00, and on my very first morning I saw the team cleaning it thoroughly before opening 🧹

Even better – there was never any rush for sunbeds 🌞. Our room 🛏️ (3304) had a lovely view of the green hills 🌿. We stayed on a bed & breakfast basis 🍳, and the food was delicious every morning 😋

No sun bed wars, plenty to go around the two pools, one roof top for adults only. Food is hit and miss but you can't please everyone. The hotel is designed well and only three stories high

Stayed at the Levante hotel, absolutely brilliant service in its entirety. Customer service was amazing, we had a problem with our booking that was our fault, but the staff got this resolved for no charge for us

Lovely hotel. Has everything you need. The only thing that would have made it would be a kettle. The breakfast was very nice and the drinks were good value. Comfy beds and powerful shower. Highly recommend

Beach is 10 minutes walk and the old town is just along the promenade. Staff are brilliant , and patient with my limited Spanish. We had a standard room and it was clean and tidied every day

Drinks at the bar were amazing, really varied options included in the All Inclusive, really happy with everything. Only a 10 minute walk from the beach too

Just getting ready to fly home. This is our fifth time at this hotel. It's situated in a great area, with lots of pubs,shops and benidorm palace nearby

Pools were really nice, the bottom pool is shaded by the hotel next door at times but was significantly quieter! Room cleanliness was unparalleled

First the good points and they are mainly good. As u walk in to hotel u are met with an amazing view of the sea. Staff were very good and had quick check in. Room was good with excellent shower and good balcony

The facility’s included gym and wellness centre both first class. The area looking out to sea is beautiful and spotless with bar and outdoor seating area

Now my main complaint is the beer was not good always flat can’t understand why and was never served in correct glass, ended up drinking bottle beer in hotel and instead of sitting in hotel we spent most our time in Altea bars and restaurants where the same beers where excellent and cheaper

Visited in April first class beautiful hotel. Staff excellent loved it so much coming back in October. Highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast is good but room for improvement the problem was always busy and I think it was down to the lack of coffee machines and also the time at toasters was crazy and everyone we spoke too had the same two points

There were plenty of seating areas around the hotel. Designated smoking areas which I loved for a none smoker. The rooms were very spacious, plenty of space in the wardrobes to store your clothes etc

This hotel is very comfortable and clean. There's always lots to do. The staff are very polite and friendly, especially the waiters and bar staff. The food is beautiful and well presented. We would come here again.

Staff are extremely miserable, loud and rude at times, appear to be arguing amongst each other too. Entertainment, Nightly bingo, quiz and karaoke so not good. May be different in full season

Came here with two of my friends for a girls trip Had an amazing time and staff were lovely especially the man behind the bar that served us sex on the beaches all week!😂 Only complaint is that the walls of the rooms are very thin and we had the maids banging on our doors around 9:30am the day we were checking out when we only needed to check out at 11am

We have stayed at many hotels in Benidorm but came here for our 45th wedding anniversary, the all-inclusive is amazing, the food was plentiful and good options. All the staff were friendly and helpful

Close to indoor and outdoor markets and plenty of shops for the take home gifts. Every visit to Benidorm doesn't disappoint. Love coming here and will definitely use Placidia again

I was a bit concerned as my wife has coeliac disease and previous guests suggested gluten free food was non existent

Nice hotel in a good location, 5 minute walk to the beach. Food was nice, standard buffet type deal but everything fresh and hot. Entertainment is very good, especially for children

Be careful if you book All Inclusive? I had to pay extra for a kettle an iron and the safe deposit box The hotel is great and the food was amazing tbh just felt like I was ripped off for a few euros! They also stop serving drinks at midnight which is a bit much for Benidorm

Ideal for a short break in Benidorm, 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 to the town. The room was basic but clean with views over all the other hotels

The lifts could take some time on occasion but that’s life. Tip - don’t wait at -1 for the lift. Go up one floor as they seemed to stop there more often. Great location and we will be revisiting next year

We are enjoying our week here. Read various reviews so thought I would add mine. Key question - Would I come back ? YES I would. The rooms are very much as per the online photos

Just come back from a weeks family holiday and after reading some reviews we was slightly worried however we were pleasantly surprised the hotel was great, food was nice, entertainment was great especially the entertainment team Athena we thought she was excellent and really interacted well with the kids

Lifts are a nightmare but I do think they need to be priority for people with prams and wheel chairs as some was left waiting so long. Kids pool is fantastic water slides are fun and well monitored

The pool area was clean and the children's play area was excellent. Overall I would recommend and would use the hotel again and entertainment by the pool in the day time and the evening was good

Overall what a beautiful warm welcoming hotel. Staff are amazing so entertaining and ready to make your holiday what it should be. They work so hard it doesn’t go unnoticed

Visited late September 2025, Lovely hotel, very clean, helpful staff, particularly mentions for Matthew, and Henry at the outside bar, very friendly and chatty, as was the outdoor snack chef, he was very funny and kept everyone entertained while waiting of your food being cooked to order, rooms are spacious all facing the pool/sea front, (you can just about see the sea through the skyscrapers) large...

This hotel was amazing! We requested a low floor because of my asthma and I was scared of lifts and we were put on the third floor which was perfect! Really appreciated this as most hotels wouldn’t bother listening to your request

The rooms were bright, spacious and clean. The beds were super comfy and the air con was a bonus! The balcony was massive and perfect to chill in the evening. The rooms were cleaned every day

The hotel is near to the beach, we had a Seaview and a lovely balcony. We also were brought a complimentary bottle of champagne for our honeymoon which was really nice

Couldn't fault it really breakfast wa ok only went b and b I would stay there again the lifts when you get to understand them at first I was going up and down then some one showed me how to use them lol 😆

Be warned that the glass partition wall provided no privacy when performing natural functions. For all the hotel's good points this design would prevent us from a return visit

Stayed here in October 24 for a week, the Hotel is within easy walking distance to the beach and night life venues. The room was clan and well presented, all the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful

My sister and I are just coming to the end of a week at this lovely hotel. Plenty of different choices of food. Bar well staffed and pleasant. We were on the 2nd floor so lifts not an issue

The rooms were kept very clean, the beds were changed regularly and there were fresh towels daily, the bed was very comfortable, the reception staff were very helpful, as were the bar and restaurant staff, everyone was so kind and helpful

Needless to say I saw friends I hadn't seen for years at said venue so 2 pints later I continued to Hotel Dynastic and eventually arrived via The Green Door (for those regular visitors to Las Vegas, it's not the same) and no I've never been

The staff were friendly and efficient on arrival and I ditched my bag and made my way to meet friends but Uncle Peds was on my way and I promised myself that I wouldn't get way laid

The hotel is hemmed in, up the hill from more or less the Red Lion (1 mile) The hotel is a little dated but extremely clean

I paid €77 for a room (Travelling alone) Including breakfast which I thought was very reasonable

All in all I would stay again at this price point

Friendly staff, particularly bartenders from the bar,nice rooms, clean and tidy, only bad point I give is the breakfast wich they run out of food quickly , there is not many options and the quality could improve but I guess for the price you pay its fair

If this is the standard here then the rooms must be beautiful as it has had a refurb and wouldn't look out of place in Vegas, we would definitely stay here on this experience alone

Good points: Clean and resort-like hotel room, 5-minute walk to the ocean, trendy bathroom, free use of auxiliary facilities (table tennis, swimming pool), breakfast/dinner included, but there was a lot of food, so I was satisfied

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is what you expect from buffet style, however, plenty of choice and eat what you will. Have stayed in the Ambassador 4 times now and have enjoyed myself each time

Inconvenient points: It is far from the old town (20-30 minutes on foot), there are many pubs around that play loud music, so it is noisy at night, and the springs of the bed felt so hard that it was very uncomfortable to sleep

It is a 4-star hotel, but there are no amenities such as toothpaste or toothbrush

Now to the restaurant which we found very cramped with the tables far to close, the food was nothing special but edible, but found breakfast a lot better with tasty back bacon on offer, the drinks are amazing value with 1ltr of sangria costing €6 and a pint of Estrella €1

The machines are temperamental and when you need a gallon of tea on a morning, its a bit frustrating! The hotel is absolutely spotlessly clean throughout. You can not fault its hygiene, which is a huge selling point

It was my Daughters first holiday abroad & All the staff, from the Hotel Manager, the receptionists, the restaurant staff and cleaners couldn’t be anymore welcoming, friendly or helpful throughout our whole stay

All you need! The pool area had plenty of sunbeds and the staff are enthusiastic with activities for kids and big kids. Breakfast is a typical buffet. The only drawback was the availability of hot water

We also met a member of the restaurant staff in the local mercado & although she was on her day off, she still took the time to help us find what we were looking for. I’d definitely recommend this hotel

It's a tired hotel, next to Morgan's Tavern at the start of The Strip in Newtown Benidorm. The staff are fantastic, reception, bar, room service. A pleasure to serve you BUT it showing its age

The Beds and linen are super clean, individual air con units but the sink taps were not tight, the combi shower taps were not the best, the ceiling was in need of repair and there is an issue with the corner that used to be the outside balcony

So unfortunately the checkout wasnt a pleasant experience, if they want the rooms earlier then let guests know and change the check out time. Overall apart from this I thought it was a good budget hotel

Perfect location next to Morgan's Tavern on the strip. The staff were a credit to the hotel and themselves however at this price point the hotel is old and has obviously in need of major refurbishment

She attempted to enter our room 5 times before 11am I explained my partner wasnt feeling great and was resting and we would be gone by 11am. I took the bags to the car then came back about 10

Check out was before 12 noon, and check in was 4pm. From about 9am the maid was on the floor cleaning rooms making alot of noise and also had a radio on

We travelled for the first time to Benidorm in Feb 2025 for a short family holiday during the half term break. We opted for Hotel Brisa as it had a good location and the room we chose had a sea view

You can only buy drinks in the restaurant when eating and not your own, we brought in a bottle of our own water and were told we weren’t allowed! Food is only allocated to be eaten in the restaurant, you couldn’t sit outside to eat which is a shame when it’s sunny and they have a lovely balcony and the food from the bar wasn’t included in the package

The cleanliness and general upkeep of the hotel was very good and if we had any issues they were resolved quickly. We chose full board as there wasn’t an option for all inclusive, this is why I haven’t given it 5 stars

I decided to have a bocadillo and a beer on the terrace overlooking the sea. The waiter was very helpful and pleasant even though he’s was very busy. My room was spotless clean, with everything in good working order

I upgraded from city view to side sea view and we ended up with a small small balcony with limited sea view

He is a great asset to the establishment, thank you Rocky! Cocktails were great and the staff were friendly and helpful. Pool is not heated so wouldn’t recommend swimming in Feb!

I was also pleased with the chairs on the balcony: not like in many other hotels - wicker or plastic, like in street cafes, and always dusty - here they are comfortable, like armchairs (the seat and back are curved for comfort) and they are wiped when cleaning the room

The staff is appropriate - polite and ready to help with any questions. The restaurant serves delicious and varied food; there are themed dinners (Italian, Asian cuisine)

When booking through the hotel website, they give bonuses, for example, free use of the safe, free transfer from/to Alicante airport (both ways), a free glass of something in the bar (of your choice), free 2 bottles of water in the refrigerator

A very good hotel, a solid “four”. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are in good condition (plumbing, bedding, and furniture). The size and layout of the rooms are typical of Spanish resort hotels

Conveniently located (beach nearby, bus stop nearby, several supermarkets nearby). But the price is too high, although hotels on the first line are even more expensive

And the view from the balcony is excellent, at least above the 10th floor. I was here for almost 3 weeks in August and was very pleased

I was a bit curious about this place , BUT, Yes a Big But , it's bloody brilliant definitely stay here Again the view is Aammaazing from the room the food had soo much to choose from and staff cud not do enough for u , we got there said the tele does nt seem to be working , within minutes they were up to the room fixed in minutes, my husband was pushing the wrong buttons apparently haha

I had a fantastic experience at Hotel Benikaktus! The location is excellent, with a stunning sea view — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beauty of Benidorm

The bed board lit up and there was a roller blind which was electric at the side of the bed so u can block the sun out , the windows had a glass on that u cud see out but no one cud see in Aammaazing And we did,nt book the best room just a normal room ,they gave us a kettle to have tea n coffee when we need it, we went self catering but chose to have a few meals at the hotel , wow £12

Great location with fantastic view. Close enough to walk everywhere but away from the noise. Super clean and friendly staff. Rooms are clean and beds are good. Reception are really helpful nothing is too much trouble

00 for an all inclusive evening meal ?? Where wud get that Anywhere ?? And the drinks were so cheep too. Love love love it , i cud,nt have pick a better priced place for this hotel 😉 Enjoy x

It’s very clean, the cleaners work very hard all day and night to keep it clean. The reception staff were all friendly and efficient. We arrived at 11am and our room was all ready for us to check in

Rooms are a good size we had 3 girls in a room with 3 single beds and it was just right. The location is on the strip which we wanted so it is very noisy until 7am when the clubs shut

A massive selection of foods for breakfast and evening meals I loved all the food and choice on offer. Poolside lovely and clean, it gets cleaned everyday

I’ve came here for a girls holiday its our second time to Benidorm but our first time staying at the Marina. We love this hotel, the staff and location that much that we are coming back next year to this hotel

The hotel has moved to " an "Ibiza vibe" the music around the pool is awful unless U like constant dance music which starts @ 11am. understand the management are moving on and trying something new
