All the staff are friendly and the animation staff are amazing the kids love them they are so energetic and encourage the kids to join in

This place is an amazing resort 😍 if you have children it is an experience you won't forget. The entertainment here for the kiddies is second to none,they have entertainment from morning to night 11 to 12 at night

This is not a main English resort and mainly aimed at our European cousins so don't expect English food or roast dinners there is Benidorm for that. The kids had loads of fun and we will return next year

The staff were always friendly and helpful, the resort was clean and lovely, and while the water park wasn't open the indoor and outdoor pools were available (and were clean and not at all busy)

great place to stay all staff helpfull room was spotless . we had a great time here the whole place was very clean and tidy food was excellent we will definatley go back next year

I'd never have picked an all-inclusive next to Bemidorm, we got this at the last minute when the holiday we booked was cancelled, we were overwhelmed by how nice it was

A map of the hotel and all its places (reception, restaurant, coffee bar, spa, swimming pool, sunbathing area, etc. ) and opening times of each one. Description of each floor in the elevator (what is located on them)

You could always find something for your taste. I liked the different dinner themes, one night it was seafood, one night it was Italian, etc. I really liked the outdoor entertainment, especially the karaoke

This would've made things easier. My favorite place at the hotel was the coffee bar and the seating area outside. Such a friendly staff there, especially Irati, Ángel and Bako

Soon enough they knew who I was because I was a regular and always charged everything to my "easily remembered" room (119). Great customer experience! The food at the restaurant was overall good

The hotel is beautiful and spacious, the views are stunning, the restaurant is excellent, and there are many types of meat, and there is a type of meat that is not suitable for some religions

Even though almost everything was quite pleasant during my stay, there were a few things I didn't like. The beds were a little too firm, so it was hard laying in one position the whole night

Nice, spacious hotel right at the seaside with rooms/balconies overlooking the sea. Swimming pool on the roof and in front of the hotel. Great choice of delicious food at breakfasf and dinner. Helpful staff.

The staff in all quarters were lovely and reception staff very helpful. The food was good but could have been hotter in some instances although was changed instantly when mentioned but not a lot of difference

Beautiful terrace with fabulous beach- view. We came back, after we departed, for drinks several times. Our room was spacious, contained wardrobe, TV and a kitchenette but no crockery or utensils

Maybe a heat probe would be a good idea

Barstaf all have attitude problems. Room was no good, so upgraded to sea view £10 per night. Food was exelent. Management did not want to know. Won't Won't be back.

Vending machines available in reception and rooftop. Live music, DJ and singers were performing during our stay. A bigger pool would be a great addition for a proper swim. The gym has singular, basic equipment

Yes they offer things over and above your plan, but they are not pushy at all. I added a few services, and was glad to have those options. I had a ful cardiovascular check up wich I knew I'd never get around to at home

I read some aweful reviews but couldn't cancel as I had paid my deposit. thankfully so! To start with, the environment and surroundings are perfections, beautiful plants rocks and water everywhere

And we changed our sessions all the time, the have program managers you meet every other day to adjust your program as you learn and speak to people or find favourites service providers

Health haven in a vogue environment. Prepare to get touched by Angels, a true treat for all the senses. A place you'll come back to because that's what your body will demand.

Unlike the reviews, claimed that they were not flexible with payment and changes. I did not find that, we arrived a day late due to a missed flight and they discounted the day

Came here to lose weight and detox. I left thinner, healthier, smarter, overall better prepared for a more sustainable and healthy life

Highest season room rate of €150 a night is far above similar hotel offers in the area. The room, while clean and comfortable, had maintenance defects - entrance door and shower

Didnt realise when we booked hotel rooms Didnt have balconys, rooms dated too, hotel and bedrooms clean , good breakfast for the money, staff all very nice and polite, great location, ok for a short stay.

Suggest you look elsewhere first, and only stay here as a last resort

Just perfect. We booked 3 rooms as a family with amazing views. Everyone was so friendly. Breakfast service and food selection plenty. We have stayed in Albir now over 20 years and this was our best stay/holiday

Had a really lovely short break here. Fabulous location and amazing sea views from the terrace. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Debbie and Marco. Will definitely be returning.

I was impressed with the rooms, honestly didn't expect to find such a nice and cosy hotel in this particular building, totally worth the money

The apartments are up some quite steep hills around 1km from the beach and restaurants so might be tough with young children unless you have a car. I give 5 stars simply because of the 2 lads who manage the place

Lovely place to stay for a family of four in a 2 bed apartment. The rooms a little small but quite adequate

Secure and comfortable apartments. Peaceful location within easy reach of amenities. Manned reception till early evening. Well equipped kitchen and lovely bathroom. High standard of climbing.

Excellent and very clean apartment with everything you need and close to shops bars and restaurants. Rita was excellent and nothing was a problem to her. Highly recommend

Very nice hotel with a friendly staff. The room was good with a large bathroom and balcony (sea view). The hotel is located at the beach and only a short walk from the old town. We have had a wonderfull stay.

Nice hotel above a busy restaurant, basic but very comfortable room (1st floor with balcony and sea view) on the beach front. Good location for tourists, a short walk to the town centre etc

A very basic but clean hotel directly on the sea. Easy walking to the sea, restaurants, shopping, and the old Town, along with the tram station and the bus stops

This is an old school hotel on the seafront with a good and busy dining room. We had lunch and it was very good. Traditional Spanish, not a place for tourists, you get good properly cooked local food

The hotel rooms are minimalist with tasteful traditional touches, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere

The ambiance is superb. It was our second stay here in this hotel. The staff member named Cecille is very friendly and helpful, along with the other lady staff. The hotel is very clean.

We then had a couple of hours to wait before dinner, but the receptionist let us use the pool side beds while we waited which was very kind The dinner was delicious and the waiter and waitress were super friendly and helpful

Stayed here for 3 nights with my wife. We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. The location is great with a short walk to all areas of interest in Altea

We booked last minute for 5 days in September (and got a discount by booking directly with the hotel) and had a lovely stay but did have to remind ourselves that despite the very chic decor, the hotel is only a three star

They had a bottle of water and OJ, lots of fruit, slippers and bath robes all at the ready. Only slight issue was that we were ‘late’ leaving the spa

We went for a spa day with dinner included. It was beautiful! The spa is like no other in the area. A very relaxing & unique experience

First the good points and they are mainly good. As u walk in to hotel u are met with an amazing view of the sea. Staff were very good and had quick check in. Room was good with excellent shower and good balcony

The facility’s included gym and wellness centre both first class. The area looking out to sea is beautiful and spotless with bar and outdoor seating area

Now my main complaint is the beer was not good always flat can’t understand why and was never served in correct glass, ended up drinking bottle beer in hotel and instead of sitting in hotel we spent most our time in Altea bars and restaurants where the same beers where excellent and cheaper

Visited in April first class beautiful hotel. Staff excellent loved it so much coming back in October. Highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast is good but room for improvement the problem was always busy and I think it was down to the lack of coffee machines and also the time at toasters was crazy and everyone we spoke too had the same two points

There were plenty of seating areas around the hotel. Designated smoking areas which I loved for a none smoker. The rooms were very spacious, plenty of space in the wardrobes to store your clothes etc

it is a substantial hotel, Its well thought out and wonderfully airy, light and spacious. Its a taxi ride to anywhere, but as its so nice that isn't a biggy

We loved this hotel, the staff were fantastic and the food was superb. I have just booked again for September and cant wait to return and enjoy everything that this hotel offers

Well, now theres a hotel to remember. Fabulous inside and outside pools (yes pools!). Breakfast is a buffet affair, with a great choice from across europe

A lot of rooms have sea view rooms with balconies which are nice and secluded. I personally wouldn't be here at high season, as think it would be far to busy - l'm here in october so its quiet

The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and always ready to help. The room was fancy, clean, and the overall environment was fantastic. There were multiple pools, both indoors and outdoors, all spotless and inviting

The only downsides were that getting there by public transportation was difficult and there was a lack of entertainment options. Other than that, highly recommended!

Wonderful apartment and the view oooh my god I can’t describe how was beautiful , the place very quite just you can hear the voice of sea and birds …. the stuff was very kind, helpful and respectable

Maison Condesa is an amazing place! We rented the 2 rooms appartment and stayed there a couple of days. The hotel was absolutely terrific with its panoramic windows and its gorgeous views on the sea

We've stayed for 7 nights in the hotel and really enjoyed it. The location is simply amazing, very near the beach, great restaurants and shops. The staff has a great attitude to always help you find a solution

Lovley hotel friendly staff its about 10 minutes walk to the sea. Lots of nice places to eat around the sea front area.

​ I also love that they give extra perks for long stays, having parking included was super convenient and the bottle of cava was a very delightful touch! The only areas of improvement would be maintenance of the rooms (which are a bit dated) and more comfortable beds, but I assume the hotel is aware of it and has renovated the upper floor

Breakfast is great, always with some variation in the menu so it doesn't get boring, but with consistency in the basic items. Finally, I thought the spa circuit was excellent! Really a gem

I've been a few times over the years and it's lovely. Friendly staff and immaculately kept. The spa circuit is fantastic and we'll worth coming just for that

Great location! Only a few minutes from the beach but still quiet. Nice to be able to cook meals and the balcony was nice. Would have been 5 stars for the price level but the internet and TV was useless.

The location is good: close to bakery, supermarket, eateries and the market square. The space of the apartment is large. The sun on the balcony in the morning until 1 pm

There is no lighting on the outside of the apartment complex and no manned reception. That gives an inhospitable experience that makes it difficult to feel comfortable

The shower was a hand shower and there was no tea towel and dishcloth in the kitchen
