Reason why i gave 5 star is because of the asian chef. I was having difficulty time eating food as there not much for vegitarians. I did complain but nothing much happened as there lack of communication. Till i spoke to this asian chef and he understood how me and my family felt. Specially for us he got a chef to make vegetarian burgers and omg it was amazing. We were literally living on chips. Honestly...

We stayed in garden lodges and it was nice location as we only had neighbours from two sides. But we could hear them pooping as walls were paper thin. I had to complain to one neighbour as their kids were running and screaming until 01.00 in the morning. Was impossible to sleep. I would definitely recommend security to drive around and see if people are meeting 22.00 curfew. Food very poor quality...

The actual resort is fine but the apartment we stayed in was lacking in a few areas. We actually had to purchase several things just to manage the week. Definitely needs to be addressed.

I've been a few times over the years and it's lovely. Friendly staff and immaculately kept. The spa circuit is fantastic and we'll worth coming just for that. Massage and spa treatments also really good at reasonable prices.

We've stayed for 7 nights in the hotel and really enjoyed it. The location is simply amazing, very near the beach, great restaurants and shops. The staff has a great attitude to always help you find a solution. Breakfast is great, always with some variation in the menu so it doesn't get boring, but with consistency in the basic items. Finally, I thought the spa circuit was excellent! Really a gem....

Lovley hotel friendly staff its about 10 minutes walk to the sea. Lots of nice places to eat around the sea front area.

Very enjoyable experience. The staff in all quarters were lovely and reception staff very helpful. The room was very clean. The food was good but could have been hotter in some instances although was changed instantly when mentioned but not a lot of difference. Maybe a heat probe would be a good idea. Perfect position.

A large pleasant hotel situated just across from the beautiful beach in Albir . There is a large bar and outside Terrace facing the bays .Staff are pleasant and efficient. A delightful 2 night stay at this charming hotel. We walked passed it many times during previous stays in Albir. Stayed here for a summers break/family visit.Hotels in a great location,beach opposite,not far to shops and restaurants.Hotel clean,rooms big,but bit old fashioned.Bar area nice but only catered for spanish bullroom dancers every night.Sitting on the terrace looking over the sea was great.Food was buffet style breakfast and evening meal,always something to eat,choice of fish meat salad etc.

Highest season room rate of €150 a night is far above similar hotel offers in the area. Breakfast not included. The room, while clean and comfortable, had maintenance defects - entrance door and shower. Suggest you look elsewhere first, and only stay here as a last resort.

Lovely hotel, rooms were large and clean, beds were comfortable with nice pillows and bedding, terrace was large, lovely bathroom with hot walk in shower, beautiful pool area spotlessly clean, nice children's play area and shallow pool, inside heated pool, food was well cooked and good quality, staff were all pleasant.

This hotel is on the outskirts of the town, a 20min walk in. The hotel is a nice place to be. The surroundings are very well planted and green. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed. The hotel offers a wide range of facilities to use, the main one being the pool. The staff are friendly and helpful. I'm sure we'll be coming here again.

We have literally just checked out (myself, my wife and my 5 year old daughter) and are already gutted! We have had the most amazing 8 days. I’d firstly like to thank the amazing catering staff, every day, we have had the most delicious food, with so many options available. We have just stayed here for a week and it was such an amazing stay! Food was great, I'm not quite sure what the other reviews about food were on about, there was always something we could eat. Room was nice and spacious with a balcony, pull out sofa bed for the kids wasn't the comfiest. Hotel was very clean, only thing I didn't like is the shower towels being put in the bidet, not very hygienic....

We really enjoyed! We will definitely be back! Our goal was for our 3 and 1 year old to have fun and we certainly achieved that and so did we. Very good facilities and unbeatable staff. Stayed at the Levante hotel, absolutely brilliant service in its entirety. Customer service was amazing, we had a problem with our booking that was our fault, but the staff got this resolved for no charge for us. We had a lovely 1 week break here. Lovely hotel. Staff were attentive and friendly. Wee felt well looked after. Facilities were good, great swimming pools. The meals were superb. Just spent short of a week at this wonderful hotel. Superb location and very restful tranquil grounds in the midst of the Benidorm action. All of the property is delightful albeit a little tired in places. This time of year, there are lots of large bicycle and retirement groups. Good entertainment every night. The bar staff were very nice and Mojito was very good. We’re currently staying at this hotel. It’s so beautiful. Clean. The staff are lovely. It was my boyfriend’s birthday yesterday. We travelled to Benidorm which is only a 20 min drive in a taxi from the hotel. When we got back there was a cake and note in the room wishing my boyfriend a happy birthday. We were so surprised. Absolutely breathtaking. A little piece of heaven right there in Altea. The hotel fresh and clean. The staff - all of them rock stars. The entertainment great. And very close to the prominade and Old Town Altea. And if you don't want to walk then there is a free shuttle!

Just returned from a week here and Would have given a better rating if we had had more than 2 of our 7 nights of full sleep. The hotel itself is great and the food was lovely..all staff were friendly and helpful but unfortunately as it's an all inclusive hotel and they allow hen and stag groups you need to go prepared for noisy nights by disrespectful youngsters who think it's ok to bang on each others...

For what we paid it could have been a tent.food was very good with plenty of choice. Beer on tap till midnight. The staff were very polite and welcoming if there was a downside then it would be that the walls were very thin and we could here the next room clearly

Decent hotel, but in need of a refurb. Good food, plenty of choice at every meal. Efficient staff and no queues anywhere. All inclusive drinks are good, and the wine in the restaurant is very drinkable. Whilst I wouldn't recommend it to a more discerning holiday maker due to a lack of any luxury, I would definitely return based on great value for money.

Went first week December. I was a bit concerned as my wife has coeliac disease and previous guests suggested gluten free food was non existent. Nothing could be further from the truth Chef and catering staff were excellent in supplying fantastic meals. Animation Team were very good. This hotel is no better than ok. Our superior room was large and clean but the sofa bed was unusable as a sofa as the cushions didn't fit and you ended up sitting on the bed beneath. The spa is good but its €10 a day if you not all inclusive. The food looked like its description but in most cases had little flavour. We we're half board and had to pay extra for a glass of water with the evening meal...

We had a fantastic time Christmas and new year, our room 1006 was clean, large and what we expected. The beds gave a very good night's sleep. Small hotel but punching above its weight. Run well by an organised team starting with the friendly receptionists, to the bar staff, the restaurant staff and the cleaners who made the beds, changed the towels and straightened the rooms every day. We spent 4 nights and the location was spot on. Room and hotel were nice and clean with the staff being so helpful and polite. Food was good, better than I expected. It is a nice hotel with a good SPA and work out room, pretty good 5 star worthy breakfast. However, keycards were not always working well (which means a trip back to the reception). I have just asked for room service. I requested 1 coffee with milk and reception called to say it would be 15 Euro’s. I appreciated the call and cancelled my coffee. How do you justify 15 Euros for a coffee. The hotel is so quiet you would think they would be giving you a free coffee to keep the clientele happy

My daughter took me to this hotel for a few days for my birthday last week. It deserves its 5 stars. The hotel, the rooms. the spa, the gardens and pools, breakfasts and the staff were brilliant. The weather was atrocious but we didn’t care. We enjoyed our room. The very large bed was very comfortable. We travelled to the dam near Guadalest which is definitely worth a visit. We had a brilliant time there. The maid for the room was amazing. We never so her but the room was spotless every day. The restaurant staff were friendly and very helpful as were the reception staff helping me with my printing of the forms. Great value for the money with free transfers to and from the airport Will be top of our list of hotels to stay again. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed a very pleasant 10 day stay in the Calypso Hotel, this was our 2nd visit. All the staff are very pleasant & can’t do enough for their guests, I would like to say a special thank you to Rosa! Who looked after us endlessly during our stay. We would stay again but would prefer the main building as we found the annexe very noisy and the shower wasn't very powerful. All the staff were friendly and the hotel is spotless, we felt very safe. The breakfast wasn't to my taste but that is just my personal choice as my husband enjoyed it. Evening meal was good. Overall we had a lovely stay.

We spent 4 nights at the hotel and generally had a good experience. The hotel was well situated close to the beach and amenities. However the design of the bathroom really spoilt our stay. Be warned that the glass partition wall provided no privacy when performing natural functions. For all the hotel's good points this design would prevent us from a return visit.

My sister and I are just coming to the end of a week at this lovely hotel. Plenty of different choices of food. Bar well staffed and pleasant. We were on the 2nd floor so lifts not an issue. Clean and tidy rooms had the option of a bath or shower which is lovely. Not a far walk to the beach or shops. Great entertainment/kids club. Free wifi. What more can I say we had a beautiful holiday.

Good food and alcohol drinks. Hotel location was ok but Benidorm not. Wouldn't recommend Benidorm for families with children. Swimming pool a bit small. We never had any problems with sunbeds. Foam party was great. Rooms were bit tight for family of 4. Nice and clean hotel.

Absolutely brilliant time! Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned everyday. The only reason i put 4 stars on the room is because the toilet is to close to the sink cabinet so you can't sit straight. The toilet seat was loose because of this and it broke whilst we were here. Otherwise, it was perfect. Entertainment was fun and suitable for all ages.

Great place for family holidays. Family of 4 people enjoyed vacation in August 2024. Food was fantastic, staff was very supportive and friendly. Walk to the beach takes only 5 mins. Hotel is vary kids and family friendly. They have ramps and lifts everywhere

A surprise, hotel was clean, friendly staff, food was great at halfboard. But the location was the best 3 minute walk and you’re on the beach with some great bars close by, I would definitely stay again.

Stayed in May rooms basic but cleaned everyday and fresh towels also hairdryer provided. Food plenty of choice at meal times bit off everything Enjoyed stay very close to beach and nightlife and hotel quiet in the evenings . Pool area clean and nice to relax with cheap beer at bar . Language barrier with staff but ordered taxis for us when needed booked again for nov . Bargain for the price !!!!!!

Much better than expected. Good location, decent food, cheap drinks, lovely pool area, sea view. The room I stayed in was basic and in desperate need of renovation, but another room used by our party was fine. Not much entertainment in the hotel, but that was good as it meant less noise at night. All in all, a great hotel for the price and would definitely recommend.

This is a no frills accommodation. The staff are efficient though not over welcoming. The food is fresh & prepared well but is definately NOT aimed at the British market. The staff food and location of this hotel are excellent the rooms were cleaned daily we had a kettle in our room with coffee and milk which were topped up daily, they don't supply tea bags, we also had an hairdryer which is always a bonus if you require clean towels you just leave your dirty towels in the bath we will definatley use this hotel again.

Just had three nights at the Ruidor, nice hotel, clean modern rooms, good selection of buffet food for our breakfast and evening meal, they also had special offers on drinks every day, beer was normal bar prices rather than hotel prices. The hotel is an easy short walk from the each. Very enjoyable stay all round.

Returned to the Riudor after a 20 year break. The rooms were very smart and comfortable. The staff in the main we excellent and very helpful and polite. The food was basic but passable. The entertainment was good and Tim the entertainment compare was very good. We will definitely return

On the whole the hotel is well placed, central to amenities and clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are adequate and regularly cleaned. Great location near enough to reataurants and bars but far enough not to be noisy, rooms a little small but adequate and very clean, thumbs up to housekeeping. Breakfast is good with plenty of choice. Only downside as far as we are concerned are the doors to the bathroom, glass doors with gaps to top and bottom. All in all would definitely recommend, plenty of sunbeds and great staff.

The rooms are spacious, we didn't have a balcony and not enough plug sockets, had to take the kettle out to plug in the air condition which was positioned near the fridge so couldn't benefit from it. Perfect location right on the beach but surprisingly quiet. Peter on reception is a credit to the Hotel, super polite and friendly. Beds are comfortable which I find can be very touch and go but no worries here. Breakfast decent and enough to set you up for the day. Would definately return.
