We been here 2 or 3 times before. This is a great place with an amazing buffet but a very bad organizational makes overwhelmed facilities and not allowing kids to use them. We had a 9:45pm dinner spot but after being at 9:15 in the queue, finally starting at 10:15... At 10:45 staff starts to retire the food and make stress and very bad service. We experienced that twice. Cannot use facilities since...

Water park is excellent. Although opening times of slides would be good. Food good, lots of choice, sometimes a bit cold. The complex was clean. The kids disco started a bit late. There isn't much to do in the area but it is only a 10 min taxi into Benidorm.

We stayed here for 10 nights and it was one of the best holidays we’ve had. The food was lovely and plentiful. Drinks were all premium brands. There are so many activities to take part in for adults and children. The entertainment was brilliant. All of the staff from entertainment, bar, restaurant, cleaners and reception were so friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Ricky who made our holiday extra...

Fantastic for families, food amazing in every restaurant, staff very helpful and nothing was too much for them. Thoroughly enjoyed my weeks stay. Disabled friendly as well, no difficult ramps to manoeuvre. Well done we will definitely return. Thanks for a great holiday.

Really good holiday. Entertainment for the kids is spot on. Big shout to Natalie on the kids animation team. Slides are great for younger and older kids. Lodges are modern and very clearn. Food was decent and always something for fussy eaters.

Excellent all-inclusive hotel with a water park! 98% of vacationers are local

The actual resort is fine but the apartment we stayed in was lacking in a few areas. We actually had to purchase several things just to manage the week. Definitely needs to be addressed.

Love this Hotel. Clean, Friendly, Welcoming. Beautiful views from level 5 over looking the pools. Just come back from 8 days there, weather was beautiful. Always use this hotel. Worth a visit. 😎🏖️🏊❤️

I've been a few times over the years and it's lovely. Friendly staff and immaculately kept. The spa circuit is fantastic and we'll worth coming just for that. Massage and spa treatments also really good at reasonable prices.

We've stayed for 7 nights in the hotel and really enjoyed it. The location is simply amazing, very near the beach, great restaurants and shops. The staff has a great attitude to always help you find a solution. Breakfast is great, always with some variation in the menu so it doesn't get boring, but with consistency in the basic items. Finally, I thought the spa circuit was excellent! Really a gem....

Lovley hotel friendly staff its about 10 minutes walk to the sea. Lots of nice places to eat around the sea front area.

Our family love this resort and having an aqua park on site is amazing. The food is good quality with staff on hand to explain for allergies. The staff appreciate attempts of speaking spanish. All the staff are friendly and the animation staff are amazing the kids love them they are so energetic and encourage the kids to join in. This is not a main English resort and mainly aimed at our European cousins...

Just come back from a fabulous family holiday, rooms clean and comfortable, food hot and a lot of variety with themed nights. Staff friendly, lots of things to do for adults, teens and young children with the animation team. Would highly recommend

This place is an amazing resort 😍 if you have children it is an experience you won't forget. The entertainment here for the kiddies is second to none,they have entertainment from morning to night 11 to 12 at night. 🌉 I would strongly recommend this resort.xx

Reception is very helpful. We had couple of issues while being there but they sorted it out promptly. Cleaning was skipped sometimes despite being daily. Otherwise facilities like water park, swimming pool and kids play area are very well organized and splendid! We liked our stay.

We went in February half term and it was utterly amazing. The staff were always friendly and helpful, the resort was clean and lovely, and while the water park wasn't open the indoor and outdoor pools were available (and were clean and not at all busy). Just back lovely we place tidy rooms. We picked perfect time to go just as it was getting busy more into the summer so there was plenty of beds no big queues. Food was hit and a miss on all inclusive. found 2 big cockroaches on 2 different nights in the room luckily my wife was on hand to defend me. Stayed here for a summers break/family visit.Hotels in a great location,beach opposite,not far to shops and restaurants.Hotel clean,rooms big,but bit old fashioned.Bar area nice but only catered for spanish bullroom dancers every night.Sitting on the terrace looking over the sea was great.Food was buffet style breakfast and evening meal,always something to eat,choice of fish meat salad etc.

We came back to Hotel Kaktus for a second year and enjoyed it just as much. The hotel is comfortable, and has excellent facilities. The staff are all relaxed, friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner are of exceptional quality and there is a huge choice. Nice, spacious hotel right at the seaside with rooms/balconies overlooking the sea. Swimming pool on the roof and in front of the hotel. Great choice of delicious food at breakfasf and dinner. Helpful staff.

Lovely few days spent in this Hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again. Great Buffet and breakfast is very good. The location is fantastic. Just a bit noisy in the evening, bu5 can't complain because we managed to sleep well.

Nice hotel just by the beach. I visited in January so fewer guests. I was hiking the coast so I just walked in and asked if they had a room for the night. Decided on the cheapest option and agreed to the deal. I was then ( without asking) upgraded to a room with sea wiew. Nice big room. Breakfast was good as well.

Amazing experience. the pool on the flat roof is always warm, so you can swim there at any time of the day. Customer service was also very good, and it is situated in a nice corner with a really good view. I seriously recommend, although it is a little expensive.

Stayed a few days with a group. Had a great stay, but not mainly because of the hotel. Lovely hotel, very nice inside and I would go back. I just feel that this hotel has massive potential and could be much much more lively. Not many activities during the day, and entertainment at night doesn't go on for long enough, it's all done before 11 and if you have kids I wouldn't recommend it as there's nothing for them

The hotel is beautiful and spacious, the views are stunning, the restaurant is excellent, and there are many types of meat, and there is a type of meat that is not suitable for some religions. Going to the beach is fun and far away at the same time. We wish you a good time

Disappointed on arrival got dropped on main road ! No shuttle as to late so had to get taxi up the steep hill ! Rooms ok beds comfy food good abit salty! Staff r brilliant ! Stuipid coin and band system for all inclusive!

Where at Sun Palace for 2 weeks with our six year old daughter. We had an amazing time, food was nice, staff was nice, rooms clean and swimming pool fine if you just like to have some relaxing moments and you don't need Slides. Serverino was our number one. I read some aweful reviews but couldn't cancel as I had paid my deposit...thankfully so! To start with, the environment and surroundings are perfections, beautiful plants rocks and water everywhere. Yes they offer things over and above your plan, but they are not pushy at all. I added a few services, and was glad to have those options...I had a ful cardiovascular check up wich I knew I'd never get...

I was excited to stay at the renown SHA resort. The highlights were the staff and food. The lowlights were the upselling the the untimely follow ups post stay. Its been 2 months and I still don't have lab results back...The hotel also needs a face lift

It was an very educational experience. Completely recommend it! The staff is very welcoming and nice. The rooms are relax as was the whole experience. If you decide to go, sign up for the cooking classes, we learned so much there. we also went to the seminar about emotional intelligence and learned so much!

Very noisy, no sound proofing between rooms, said it had a restaurant but it was closed on Sundays and every other day too, wouldn't have booked had they told us this

Fantastic hotel, I went for 5 days on my own with 3 kids under 5 years old and it was amazing experience, food, staff, bedrooms, the lot. Highly recommended. I will be back!!!

Been 4 times over 6 years. THIS time the room was overlooking N332. If you are a light sleeper - good luck! Passing traffic, even during the night - is quite frequent. Fortunately for remaing 2 nights we were given a quieter positioned room.

Only stayed for one night but thoroughly enjoyed it!! Fabulous little place and very friendly staff 😀 Breakfast was lovely and had a meal at the bar in the evening. Very reasonable prices for food and drink considering it's a hotel. Would definitely recommend 👌

Amazing staff, helpful and familiar. The food is really good (well worth a visit even if you dont stay in the hotel). The breakfast buffet is in itself reason enough to stay in the hotel. The location is good: close to bakery, supermarket, eateries and the market square. The space of the apartment is large. The sun on the balcony in the morning until 1 pm. There is no lighting on the outside of the apartment complex and no manned reception. That gives an inhospitable experience that makes it difficult to feel comfortable. The shower was a hand shower and there was no tea towel and dishcloth...

Great location! Only a few minutes from the beach but still quiet. Nice to be able to cook meals and the balcony was nice. Would have been 5 stars for the price level but the internet and TV was useless.

We started with the reception, we were not informed of the facilities in general. The room was not bad 90 beds and a door to go to the neighbor's room, the downside I see is that you share the terrace with your neighbors, you have no privacy. Activities in the facilities only on Fridays and Saturdays in the saltwater pool until 10:00 p.m., the music is turned off at 12:00 a.m., that time is the best...

Very clean and well presented apartments. The only things missing in the kitchen were a plug for the sink and a baking tray, but just about everything else is available, from dishwasher to washing machine. A hairdryer was available in our bathroom. Would certainly recommend..

Basically fantastic apartment but ruined with details. In 15 days I had once cleaning room..I got one small bath foam, AC couldn't work on fan speed 1, wi fi only in leaving room. Washing machine didn't work as well. Fantastic terace with nice view, small but nice pool.

Lovely place to stay for a family of four in a 2 bed apartment. The rooms a little small but quite adequate. The apartments are up some quite steep hills around 1km from the beach and restaurants so might be tough with young children unless you have a car. We’ve been going to Albir hills apartments since they opened, we can’t get enough of the relaxing pool area and amazing service. We bring our dog with us and they even provide us with a cute pet package with Multiple useful things for our pup 😊 10/10
