Our family love this resort and having an aqua park on site is amazing. The food is good quality with staff on hand to explain for allergies. The staff appreciate attempts of speaking spanish. All the staff are friendly and the animation staff are amazing the kids love them they are so energetic and encourage the kids to join in. This is not a main English resort and mainly aimed at our European cousins...

Just come back from a fabulous family holiday, rooms clean and comfortable, food hot and a lot of variety with themed nights. Staff friendly, lots of things to do for adults, teens and young children with the animation team. Would highly recommend

This place is an amazing resort 😍 if you have children it is an experience you won't forget. The entertainment here for the kiddies is second to none,they have entertainment from morning to night 11 to 12 at night. 🌉 I would strongly recommend this resort.xx

Reception is very helpful. We had couple of issues while being there but they sorted it out promptly. Cleaning was skipped sometimes despite being daily. Otherwise facilities like water park, swimming pool and kids play area are very well organized and splendid! We liked our stay.

We went in February half term and it was utterly amazing. The staff were always friendly and helpful, the resort was clean and lovely, and while the water park wasn't open the indoor and outdoor pools were available (and were clean and not at all busy). Just back lovely we place tidy rooms. We picked perfect time to go just as it was getting busy more into the summer so there was plenty of beds no big queues. Food was hit and a miss on all inclusive. found 2 big cockroaches on 2 different nights in the room luckily my wife was on hand to defend me. Reason why i gave 5 star is because of the asian chef. I was having difficulty time eating food as there not much for vegitarians. I did complain but nothing much happened as there lack of communication. Till i spoke to this asian chef and he understood how me and my family felt. Specially for us he got a chef to make vegetarian burgers and omg it was amazing. We were literally living on chips. Honestly...

Firstly, we were there during the devastation of the Spanish floods and although the site escaped it we realised it must have been very difficult for the staff. A great please to stay for families, especially if your kids are primary school age and love being in the pool. We stayed in garden lodges and it was nice location as we only had neighbours from two sides. But we could hear them pooping as walls were paper thin. I had to complain to one neighbour as their kids were running and screaming until 01.00 in the morning. Was impossible to sleep. I would definitely recommend security to drive around and see if people are meeting 22.00 curfew. Food very poor quality...

Stayed a few days with a group. Had a great stay, but not mainly because of the hotel. My stay at this hotel was very pleasant, even though to begin with it was really confusing to navigate. I would suggest two minor improvements for new guests on arrival; 1. Lovely hotel, very nice inside and I would go back. I just feel that this hotel has massive potential and could be much much more lively. Not many activities during the day, and entertainment at night doesn't go on for long enough, it's all done before 11 and if you have kids I wouldn't recommend it as there's nothing for them

The hotel is beautiful and spacious, the views are stunning, the restaurant is excellent, and there are many types of meat, and there is a type of meat that is not suitable for some religions. Going to the beach is fun and far away at the same time. We wish you a good time

Disappointed on arrival got dropped on main road ! No shuttle as to late so had to get taxi up the steep hill ! Rooms ok beds comfy food good abit salty! Staff r brilliant ! Stuipid coin and band system for all inclusive!

Where at Sun Palace for 2 weeks with our six year old daughter. We had an amazing time, food was nice, staff was nice, rooms clean and swimming pool fine if you just like to have some relaxing moments and you don't need Slides. Serverino was our number one. The actual resort is fine but the apartment we stayed in was lacking in a few areas. We actually had to purchase several things just to manage the week. Definitely needs to be addressed.

I've been a few times over the years and it's lovely. Friendly staff and immaculately kept. The spa circuit is fantastic and we'll worth coming just for that. Massage and spa treatments also really good at reasonable prices.

We've stayed for 7 nights in the hotel and really enjoyed it. The location is simply amazing, very near the beach, great restaurants and shops. The staff has a great attitude to always help you find a solution. Breakfast is great, always with some variation in the menu so it doesn't get boring, but with consistency in the basic items. Finally, I thought the spa circuit was excellent! Really a gem....

Lovley hotel friendly staff its about 10 minutes walk to the sea. Lots of nice places to eat around the sea front area.

Very enjoyable experience. The staff in all quarters were lovely and reception staff very helpful. The room was very clean. The food was good but could have been hotter in some instances although was changed instantly when mentioned but not a lot of difference. Maybe a heat probe would be a good idea. Perfect position.

A large pleasant hotel situated just across from the beautiful beach in Albir . There is a large bar and outside Terrace facing the bays .Staff are pleasant and efficient. Drinks are fairly priced and there is a wide range of cocktails , wines etc . This hotel is also surrounded by a good choice of bars and restaurants

A delightful 2 night stay at this charming hotel. We walked passed it many times during previous stays in Albir. Although built in the last 15 years, the interior does have a 'retro' vibe.. eg wall2wall tiles&dark wood. All staff excellent. Beautiful terrace with fabulous beach- view. Barstaf all have attitude problems. Room was no good, so upgraded to sea view £10 per night. Food was exelent. Management did not want to know. Won't Won't be back.

Awesome hotel with great entertainment and the best customer service! Pepe gave us an awesome room upon arrival. Our luggage was lost by the airline, and Ilia helped us by calling the airport and helping us get our luggage returned to us. Joseph was great, as well! Stayed here for a summers break/family visit.Hotels in a great location,beach opposite,not far to shops and restaurants.Hotel clean,rooms big,but bit old fashioned.Bar area nice but only catered for spanish bullroom dancers every night.Sitting on the terrace looking over the sea was great.Food was buffet style breakfast and evening meal,always something to eat,choice of fish meat salad etc.

I read some aweful reviews but couldn't cancel as I had paid my deposit...thankfully so! To start with, the environment and surroundings are perfections, beautiful plants rocks and water everywhere. Yes they offer things over and above your plan, but they are not pushy at all. I was excited to stay at the renown SHA resort. The highlights were the staff and food. The lowlights were the upselling the the untimely follow ups post stay. Its been 2 months and I still don't have lab results back...The hotel also needs a face lift

It was an very educational experience. Completely recommend it! The staff is very welcoming and nice. The rooms are relax as was the whole experience. If you decide to go, sign up for the cooking classes, we learned so much there. we also went to the seminar about emotional intelligence and learned so much!

Highest season room rate of €150 a night is far above similar hotel offers in the area. Breakfast not included. The room, while clean and comfortable, had maintenance defects - entrance door and shower. Suggest you look elsewhere first, and only stay here as a last resort.

Very noisy, no sound proofing between rooms, said it had a restaurant but it was closed on Sundays and every other day too, wouldn't have booked had they told us this

Fantastic hotel, I went for 5 days on my own with 3 kids under 5 years old and it was amazing experience, food, staff, bedrooms, the lot. Highly recommended. I will be back!!!

Been 4 times over 6 years. THIS time the room was overlooking N332. If you are a light sleeper - good luck! Passing traffic, even during the night - is quite frequent. Fortunately for remaing 2 nights we were given a quieter positioned room.

Amazing staff, helpful and familiar. The food is really good (well worth a visit even if you dont stay in the hotel). The breakfast buffet is in itself reason enough to stay in the hotel. The location is good: close to bakery, supermarket, eateries and the market square. The space of the apartment is large. The sun on the balcony in the morning until 1 pm. There is no lighting on the outside of the apartment complex and no manned reception. That gives an inhospitable experience that makes it difficult to feel comfortable. The shower was a hand shower and there was no tea towel and dishcloth...

The room was not bad 90 beds and a door to go to the neighbor's room, the downside I see is that you share the terrace with your neighbors, you have no privacy. Very clean and well presented apartments. The only things missing in the kitchen were a plug for the sink and a baking tray, but just about everything else is available, from dishwasher to washing machine. A hairdryer was available in our bathroom. Would certainly recommend..

Basically fantastic apartment but ruined with details. In 15 days I had once cleaning room..I got one small bath foam, AC couldn't work on fan speed 1, wi fi only in leaving room. Washing machine didn't work as well. Fantastic terace with nice view, small but nice pool.

Lovely place to stay for a family of four in a 2 bed apartment. The rooms a little small but quite adequate. The apartments are up some quite steep hills around 1km from the beach and restaurants so might be tough with young children unless you have a car. We’ve been going to Albir hills apartments since they opened, we can’t get enough of the relaxing pool area and amazing service. We bring our dog with us and they even provide us with a cute pet package with Multiple useful things for our pup 😊 10/10
