This hotel is everything you need and want on your trip. We were there for a combination of work and vacation. THE LOCATION ! is unbeatable, the staff is responsive, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. The breakfast was worth every penny, and our rooms were decent sized for Europe, and the room cleaning service was incredible!!! we stayed in over 5 hotels overall on this trip and this boutique hotel beat all major hotels out of the water. we are coming back!!!

Lots of noise from other guests. The front desk called the wrong room for a wake-up call, very hot and difficult to sleep. Minie fridge has no thermostat so the fridge is warm. The place is dog friendly and overall the hotel and staff are very nice. Just a few things to consider.

Perfect stay at a great, super central, location. We asked for a quiet room as it was exactly what we got (despite the hotel being fully booked). Will not think twice to book again!

Loved our room! Loved the staff,Danny greeted us and was so good to us throughout the whole stay. I would highly recommend this hotel. Great walks everywhere. Restaurant was perfect for us. Breakfast was fantastic as well. I can't say enough great things about our stay.

We stayed here for two nights. We booked it last minute to due a change in plans and we were very lucky to get a big enough room for a third bed for our teenage daughter. This hotel is truly a gem. It is located in a very nice neighborhood right in the shopping district in El Serrano. The best part about this place was the staff. We arrived late and had no idea where to park. Ricardo, who was at the front desk could not have been more helpful! He really went out of his way to be helpful with parking and was so nice! The staff is excellent and we would highly recommend this hotel.

Good balance between price and service. Very good situation. Some lack of services such as gym or garaje. Right now the are renewing some parts of the hotel, so there are not room service or bar, but they offer free breakfast in compensation, good thing :). Nice people at the frontdesk. The amenities of some rooms could change (i.e. coffe and tea at the room). New rooms doesn´t have desktop, bad decision for business travelers.

A good location and a uge simpaty from all hotel team, apart from some constructions works all team did a wonderfull work to give as much confort as you need.

Frankly not good. Under renovation so there’s noise, dust and generally is like staying in a construction site. Overpowering smell of fresh paint, no restroom available in the lobby. It will improve.
