Great location, right in the heart if busy area. The hotel is beautiful on the outside especially lit up at night. Level 9 has two roof top terraces which overlook the city and can sit and enjoy a drink but just a basic bar nothing fancy. The room was quite adequate although I would preder a true King size bed rather than two large singles pushed together. The shower was good with plenty of hot water aa long as you don't mind stepping into the bath for a shower. Overall we were happy with this hotel.

Love this hotel!! 10/10 for location (right on the Gran via), service and cleanliness. We had an absolutely beautiful stay here! My family loved this hotel. I plan on staying here again next time I visit Madrid.

Excellent location, well maintained and friendly, helpful staff add to that a beautiful bathroom and a rooftop bar! We used the airport bus to get to the hotel and got a very reasonable fixed price taxi back, service offered at reception. We had a great time in Madrid made all the better by staying here. When we return we will definitely stay at Hotel Atlánttico Madrid.

Very nice hotel but felt like they could use a little work on the hospitality part. Rooms are fine but had no view. Window just led out to a closed off courtyard facing all the other rooms. For the expensive price I thought at least get a view. I will add that the bathrooms though we're huge and one of the nicest I experienced in my month long travels through Europe!

Very nice boutique hotel with a great roof top terrace and bar. The breakfast is below average for the money. Would suggest eating outside the hotel. Elevators are very small. Rooms are nice but the switches are very confusing.

First room we got ha a window towards a "courtyard". It was just 4 other windows. No big space. So we got it changed. Now the window is against a minor street. Perfect. Really nice room. Big, clean. Yes, you can hear a little bit noice from the street, but noting that bothered us. Great windows that take a lot of the noice.
Breakfast I 12 euro extra. It is ok. We have had better.

Great location. Friendly staff. Very clean. Rooms had paper then walls - we were woken up during the night by other guests coming and going , using the bathroom etc

The location is super good, with two or three subway stations around and walking distance to major attractions. The room is larger than the average European single room, and the facilities are complete. It has everything you need. The sanitation is also very clean.

It’s a very nice hotel in the middle of everything.
The rooms are beautifully decorated and the place is spotless. Kudos to the house keeping staff.
No water in the rooms but the market is a couple of blocks away.
Front desk service was ok. Could be better. Our room had barely any internet (probably because of the room location).
This was brought up to the attention of the staff, they were not too helpful. They did not even bother to investigate why there was a problem. They just kept saying the internet at the reception area was working fine for THEM… We end up had to use our phone hotspots for the stay.
Recommend check your internet speed before you accept the room.

Fantastic service. I was upgraded to a bigger room. The staff are excellent and attentive. Breakfast was abundant and delicious.
