Do not recommend!!! Came back three days earlier because this hotel ruined my whole experience. No telephone in the room, complained FIVE times and they did nothing. Bathroom and part of the bedroom FLOODED with water after having a shower- had to run downstairs twice to complain about this because they didn’t see the matter as urgent. Hotel “ran out of bottled water” and had to pay for it from the bar even though this hotel was not at all cheap. And finally, the staff were very arrogant, not welcoming at all- shrugging shoulders when asked a question. Also tried to charge me £45 for a breakfast I did not even have. Took a one night prepayment a few days before the check in- which goes against the policy clearly stated on the website. Honestly for this price, there are much better hotels in the area, where customer service is deemed important.

We booked this hotel several months in advance booking a room for three, my wife, my newborn and I. We called in the morning to confirm that the cot was ready and included, it was confirmed. Upon arrival in the afternoon we were told they had no cots and had a message on their system that they did not deem useful to give us. Unacceptable and unprofessional.

Great location without crowds of tourists but with a lot of shops and great cafes. Rooms are really spacious and newly renovated. Breakfast has a lot of options. I would stay here again.

Even though this hotel is under refurbishment, you won’t be able to see any of that in its inside. The rooms are big, beautifully decorated, the bathroom was big, and the location is amazing… right next to Gran Via, but far enough to not hear and feel the buzz and noise. I’d definitely stay again here. PS: they have luggage storage for free.

Be aware. The place gives kids a worst attitude than animals deserve.
The Gym-Pool staff was a disgrace - it treated us like unwanted guests. The attitude was: no place for you, you are a burden, kids are a burden, English is a burden, human beings are a burden. Never had an attitude like that before. I am more than disappointed. I am disgusted. The pool guy was unkind, rude and horrible. A Disgrace. The hotel is under construction, but is a good value for money, unless you have kids. A sham

Location of the hotel is prime. Even though currently there is renovation going on, yet no disturbance to customers. Only hotel wifi needs to enhance a bit at all the locations of the hotel rooms.
Food was good with variety displayed. Staff is helpful and courteous.

DO NOT BOOK! Hotel is fully under construction! Lobby filled with dust and scaffolding all around the hotel so you have construction workers walking outside your window, and drilling on the outside.
Waking up to drilling and the general state of the rooms was terrible, shower was broken, and everything was dirty. They should just close the hotel until the construction is done.
No where is it mentioned that the Hotel is under construction and they are charging full price.
After complaining they said they will give me a refund and I can go to a different hotel.
Which I did even though I had booked months in advance.

Lovely stay. Hotel is lovely inside. Reception is beautiful with lovely fragrance. Staff polite, professional and friendly. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Lovely spa and swimming pool. The breakfast was great and had lots of gluten free options including cereal and muffins. Great location walking distance to key attractions and metro. Would recommend.

The whole hotel is under construction. We didn’t have a good experience. Too noisy with constant construction noises in the room starting 7 am. Also rooms get noises from the road. Dated bathrooms with pieces falling apart.

Runner’s heaven! They are also connected to a gym with pool (anytime access to the gym and limited time slot to book for Pool early in the day to come back to in the evening) Do 6k- 15 run to start your day, then book a time slot for the pool in the beginning of the day to recover from a full day of walking. Start your run from green way from Moncloa station run toward the palace. I ended up coming back to Madrid staying grand via and missed running around Moncloa to Palace route. Lots of locals walk their dogs and local runners on the path. Room was okay, good priced so we are happy. It’s nice and clean with fridge and a kettle.
This hotel offer kettle. Not a lot of hotels have kettles! Good for making instant noodles if you are tired of eating hot and just wanted a cup of noodle for breakfast.
Cross the Street from supermarket to buy those famous prosciuttos and beer and enjoy a late night snack. I would stay there again.
