The rooms are spacious, modern, and very clean — you can tell they’ve been recently renovated. It was a real pleasure to come back to such a comfortable room after a long day.
There’s also a café in the reception area with really lovely staff. The only downside is that it closes a bit early (11 PM), and it would be amazing if they extended the hours a bit. Still, the service was fantastic while it was open.
Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, good service, and a great location!
Just a shame about the pool, which doesn't exist in real life, unlike on their website.
The location is excellent – just steps from the Argüelles metro station and a short walk from Plaza de España.
The lobby looks great, and check-in was quick, with very friendly and helpful reception staff.
My room was spacious, with a comfortable king-sized bed, a sofa, and a convenient desk for work. It was a nice space to relax and get some work done. The bathroom had a powerful shower, but toiletries were limited to just shampoo and shower gel.
Breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of options to choose from.
Overall, a great choice for a comfortable and convenient stay in the city.
