Extraordinary personal attention! Rooms big enough, and very very comfortable. Nice modern sober decoration. Excellent breakfast buffet, excellent dinner restaurant! For now this is my favorite hotel in Madrid (and I am demanding for outstanding quality)

A beautiful new hotel. The room is spacious with a king size bed. The bathroom is luxurious and well presented.

I loved this hotel. I expected a lot before going as it is a Marriott hotel. I was not disappointed.
Comfortable bed, clean room, many seating areas in the lobby. A bar, and restaurant also in the lobby. Friendly staff everywhere on the hotel. Centrally located, and easy to get around either on foot or the Metro (close to the hotel).
Delicious buffet breakfast which was amazing. The cost I believe was 23 euros, but well worth it.
We had an amazing lunch meal in the lobby restaurant which was five courses and included a glass of wine or beer. Price: 22 euros each. I believe the special was between 12 and 4 p.m. Again, the food was delicious.
We made an error in our booking as I thought we had two nights here, not one. I had booked a different hotel close to the airport. It wasn't until earlier afternoon that the error was known. Hotel staff contacted us, and they were understanding. We were not charged extra, and we left as soon as possible. Very kind of them as it was my fault.

Hotel located slightly off the heart of Madrid but all is walking distance. Supermarket, cafes and restaurants are just round the corner.

Lobby was clean and chic. With nice decor, relaxing to the eyes and even more relaxing to chill in.

Room is clean and tidy. Linens and towels white and clean with no smell. That's a good sign.

Great stay, lovely hotel, located in the town near to convenience for basics and the Madrids Stadium bearly 500meters.
But the staff are not at all hospitable.
With such a nice and well equipped hotel it can do so much better if the they can provide good customer services and friendly employees.

This is a great hotel at a strategic location everything nearby and staff are excellent and welcoming. Room is spacious and cozy and very quite at night. The food is great and they always try to customize your order to your need i love it. The only problem i had was with the internet WIFI it is very slow and unsecured anyone can access the net even people not staying at the hotel. Also one minor comment is that all the TV channels are in SPANISH no English Channels.

Buffet Breakfast: Very limited options, just one server behind the counter, and is slow as a snail. The only USP is the coffee machine, it has some really good flavours. Plz skip the breakfast, it's worth it.

Hotel Front Desk: Not a soul in sight after check in. There needs to be a Front Desk Executive present at all time.

Rooms: They are wonderful and spacious. Their shower is very good.
