B&B Hotel Madrid Centro Puerta Del Sol in Madrid

The hotel enjoys a fantastic location, and the staff are exceptionally kind, attentive, and always willing to help. Javier, Artura, and the two other ladies were especially warm, friendly, and welcoming.

Our room was spacious and comfortable for three people, with a pleasant street view. Although the furniture was somewhat dated, the beds were very comfortable. The room and bedding were spotlessly clean. The bathroom was large and well maintained, with a bathtub, which was a real plus.

The location is amazing. The staff are lovely and so helpful.
The rooms are ok. They are quite small with very little room to move around. The bed was very worn in and the pillows were flat. There was dust on the bedside table and the extra pillow in the closet had stains. Sheets and towels were clean and the bathroom was clean.
The breakfast was included with our stay and that was nice, but the offering were the same everyday. Food was ok, and was sufficient for a quick bite.
I would recommend the hotel to those wanting a cost effective option. The location really was unbeatable for the price.

Great location very central. Overpriced but comfortable beds, large bathrooms and even a bathtub. It’s walking distance from everything cool and has a luxury feel.

The location is incredible, you're in almost any important spot in Madrid within 20mins walking.

The rooms are poorly soundproofed you hear nearly everything from your neighbours or from outside, which is sometimes a bit annoying in the center of madrid.

The personnel is very professional and nice.

Location is great. Near several metro stations. Many shops and eateries around the hotel. Double decker sightseeing bus stops near the hotel. Despite being a four star hotel, bottled drinking water were charged separately. Other three star hotels provided us free daily bottled drinking water. Breakfast had very limited choices and had the same menu every day.

The hotel is located near Puerta del Sol, very close to landmark buildings, the Royal Palace, and the Prado Museum. It is within walking distance. No photos were taken of the room, which is consistent with the pictures in the introduction. The area is small, the setting is quaint and old, and there is a small refrigerator for refrigeration. Food, but when I opened it, I saw an empty wine bottle, which should have been left by the previous guest. When cleaning the room, it should be changed in time to avoid misunderstandings. The street-facing location has a good view, but there are noises and sirens at night. The windows should be more soundproof. Even better, there are no toothbrushes, soaps, shower caps and other supplies in the bathroom. You need to ask the front desk for them. The preparation is not enough. Great location. Decent breakfast. Room and bed were quite small - wouldn’t call this hotel a 4 star hotel.

Hotel was perfect value in terms of quality and location. Rooms are renovated and cleanliness was great. Despite being centric the environment is not noisy and rooms have an accesible balcony available. Totally recommendable at this price range.
