Room wide , water power good , comfortable furniture, acceptable 👌 room service, and good location for train station & 3 major museums . The transfer method is good 👍 to go sol major plaza , real palace, etc. Recommand hotel !

NH Standard, clean and pretty well located. Less than 5min walking distance from AVE railway station. The rooms a bit small. Great breakfast.

We stayed at this hotel in August of 2024. This hotel is conveniently located across from the Atocha Train Station and subway. Due to arriving early in the morning, our room was not ready, however, the staff provided us with a secure room to store our baggage as we toured the area. They made an effort to get our room ready as soon as possible. We were within walking distance of Madrid's Golden Triangle of Art: Museo del Prado, Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofia, and Thyssen-Bornemisza Museo Nacional. Our room on the 2nd floor was clean and the bed was comfortable, however the room was small. The breakfast was exceptional, fully stocked with pastries, meats, cheeses, fruits, wines, juices, and coffee. The receptionists and staff all spoke fluent English. We highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Madrid.

Don’t be fooled by the photos on Booking.com - as I was. I was initially given a broom cupboard with a misted window that opened onto a fire escape in an inner stairwell, until I complained. Given the cost, I’d have been better off in a youth hostel than staying in the horrible room I was originally given. The one I ended up in was better, with what estate agents would call “an oblique station view” ie looked out on the building opposite but you could just about catch sight of the station from the other side of the room. Both very small. Bathroom was tiny. On the plus side, the best pillow I’ve ever slept on and brilliant location next to Atocha station. Breakfast wasn’t included, and looked to be carbohydrate paradise so I didn’t fork out the extra 16 EUR. I don’t think I’d stay again though. It’s not very good value.

I'm staying in nh Atocha hotel with my wife. Our stay is very pleasant especially because of our room maid Biny. She is very polite and comunicative, ready to help and speaks English quite well.Every day begins with her smile and wish for a nice day. This is our way to thak for everything she does to make our stay unforgetable.

I stayed at NH Madrid Atocha with my dog just for one night but it was great! The ladies at the front desk were so so helpful. I was able to leave my luggage with them while I took my dog out after being on a plane for 6+ hours. They prepared the room with a dog bed and dog bowls which was so nice. The location was so convenient for me as I was taking the train the next day. It was also very close to Retiro where my dog and I enjoyed many walks. The cleaning lady even helped me with my luggage the morning I was leaving! Highly recommend staying there.

Room was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is conveniently near multiple Metro entrances and Atocha station meaning it's very easy to get around. It's also near Parque El Retiro and the Prado Musuem which were huge pluses for me. The breakfast was delicious with many options. I would definitely stay here again

Had an okay stay here during a visit to Madrid. Convenient location right next to Atocha station. The single room was quite small, but the layout was decent, including a desk and wardrobe as well. The bathroom was quite cramped though, barely any room to move and especially the shower could have been a bit bigger.

Perfect for a one night visit to Madrid by train en route to Cordoba. Comfortable and clean room with bathroom etc. Helpful reception staff.
