The staff were very helpful and friendly, we checked in slightly early but still managed to get into the room as it was ready which was a great help. The pillows were very soft and thin however there was an excellent pillow menu so a quick word at reception and we had two wonderful firm pillows delivered to the room.
The coffee shop in the foyer was a good place to grab a coffee and toast in the morning and in the evening there were plenty of bars in the area for a quick nightcap.
We found the best way of getting to and from the airport was simply a taxi, I had planned to use the bus but the taxi's are a set price from the airport and Uber did us a good deal on return.
The bathroom was small, with plaster hanging from the ceiling.
There were no slippers or robe. The minibar was empty.
Check-in was only until 12.
The soundproofing was terrible: I could hear someone snoring in the next room.
The coffee at breakfast could have been much better.
The breakfasts were mediocre.
On the plus side: the location.
Overall, very, very poor value for money (350 euro per two night).
The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was the standout on our trip. The breakfast buffet was solid enough.
The only downside was the bland food we received from room service and the customer service from the restaurant for dinner.
It's a bit disappointing that there's no kettle.
The staff are all warm and kind.

The location is superb, with the subway station, supermarket, restaurants, and cafes all nearby.
I definitely want to stay this hotel again next time.
There is a subway across from the hotel, so it is very convenient to go anywhere~
