Unfortunately, this hotel is outdated and sub-par. The fixtures in the room are old and outdated. The walls between rooms are very thin. I would not pitch this hotel as a 3 star hotel. It is more of a 2 star hotel. There was a day where the hot water did not work until late into the evening (which was very disappointing).
The staff are great though - very friendly and willing to help! The hotel is also in a good location.

Terrible service, the rooms do not have functional AC and the food is very expensive for what it is worth, very bad experience even though we only stayed here 3 days, cannot recommend to anyone

The location is great. It’s in the Salamanca neighborhood which is very desirable, cute, and nice and not far from the high end Jorge Juan street too. The A/C was not working in our room. Rooms are decent, but clean. The elevators are the worlds smallest elevators only fitting two people barely. Next time I’ll stay at another hotel that’s adults only. Our first morning eating breakfast was met with a whole group of loud kids. Not enjoyable.

Very good, clean and comfortable. Amazing staff. Great location near restaurants and bars. Only thing missing is a car park ence 4 stars and not 5.

Selected for its proximity to a Metro Station and 24 hour Gym the Neo Magna is a no frills Hotel available under $100. Located in a fairly quiet area the rooms are not particularly soundproofed from others in the same building. Toiletries are low quality but beds, water pressure and WiFi are adequate.

Food was excellent and good portion. Girl behind the bar helped to order from her phone in English as my phone was not operating. Awesome experience.
