A fantastic hotel run by the nicest staff from the front desk to breakfast staff to house staff. Great location too. The front desk staff in particular were who we spoke with most - Angela, Enrique, May - clearly very professional at their job but equally the nicest people and very informative - anything you want to ask about Palma/attractions etc - they know or can find out.
It really was a tough call on which was better the breakfast or the incredible service we were met with from Nabil (sorry if spelt incorrectly). Look forward to returning next March!
Excellent stay. The hotel has the perfect location in the Old Town.
Everywhere is walkable from the hotel. Loads of nice eateries and bars in the area.
Only negative was at night the aircon was turnt to heat mode and this made the room uncomfortable if you like a cool room.

Shame that the roof terrace wasn’t open (apparently under renovation), or communicated on booking, I’m sure it will be wonderful once complete.
May at reception was so welcoming. My friend and I had the best time and would definitely come back
