I stayed for five nights in early November and loved it. It feels like you are in A Room With a View, with a single shared dining table for breakfast and the small number of rooms - mine looked out onto the garden. Also, amazingly quiet. This is a nice hotel run by a local couple (and their nice dog!). It's quaint, quiet, and worth the price. We stayed there on a hot day, however, and it was like a sauna in our room. They provide small fans to blow air around, but it was still quite hot even with the fans. But it wasn't terribly expensive, so it was worth what we paid. :-)

Excellent hotel, spartan, clean and cheap. They answered email questions promptly and were very welcoming when we arrived. Would highly recommend to anyone regardless of budget.

The hotel was near the station, but a good walk to the old town. Clean room, very friendly reception staff and lots going on at hotel for nice carnival. The breakfast was more like a full evening meal as it had so much to offer.

The room was really spacious and the staff is friendly. I had my room upgraded so I have a balcony/terrace during my entire stay, and the view of Nice is just perfect. My stay here was so goood I extended a night. The location is great too, few minutes walk to where all the stores and restaurants are (you just have to explore). Certainly booking here again when I return to French Riviera.

This is a great budget hotel situated 2/3 minutes walk from Nice Ville station. Cool little reception area with some funky furnishings, flavoured water also a nice touch. Rooms are smallish but well appointed with nice linens and towels. Very good breakfast choice too. It’s a 25 minute walk to the old town or a couple of stops on the tram. Fantastic friendly service in this small hotel. The rooms are quite small although typical in size for city centre French hotels. The only concern was the lack of sound proofing. It was hard to get a good night's sleep when you could conversations and loud plumbing all night long.

Clean, good shower , very friendly check in. We’re advised of the closest tourist stops to visit. Reasonably priced for Nice. My only complaint would be that the AC wasn’t very powerful as it was hot in Nice at the time.

It is a nice place to stay. Philippe was very nice at the reception, he even took his time to explain us where we should check out during the stay. His suggestions were spot on. The hotel is small and cozy. I will definitely go back there again.

Best thing about the hotel is it’s location. Otherwise it is an old hotel. ROOMS are spacious but do offer basic amnesties like water kettle. Parking through the hotel is not advised at all. At the same cost one can park on the road and avoid the hassle of driving down 3 floors in an underground private car park. Also you have to deposit the key back every time you take or drop off your car.

Probably the best decision to stay here in Nice...bigger rooms, central location and the Manuela made our stay most memorable with all her help and assistance. Among the best choice of hotels better than some 4 star hotels also.
