Bed was comfortable and shower room was very good. Honesty bar, early check in and late check out were all useful to us. The staff were all excellent- friendly and helpful for all our requests

A great hotel, 10 minutes from the train station, which is very important, as we're going downhill. The location is excellent, 15 minutes to the beach, and there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets nearby

This is a great mid-range hotel. The building is a little older, but it is decorated with style and character. The rooms are simple, but clean, offering all that you need for a good nights rest

I really liked the location: 5 minutes from the train station and 10 minutes from the embankment. The staff was friendly and explained everything

It is very close to the train station and the airport express station. There is a restaurant downstairs with high reviews. I was a bit rushed this time and didn't have time to try it

The room is clean, and the air conditioning works well. The shower is a little small, but you might get lucky and get a room with a bathtub

Breakfast is really good, nice Staff, Underground Parking 2,30m- probably only one in Nice were you can fit a Work Bus!

Excellent location; it was very easy to get to town. I thought there was only WiFi in the lobby but was pleasantly surprised that I had WiFi in my room, too. Would definitely recommend for solo or business travelers

The team especially Nadine and Cheska at the Front Desk were very nice, helpful, kind and engaging. The balcony room was nice but the air condition was turned off due to an EU energy law, really? The location is good.

Also, there’s a bus stop directly in front of the hotel, which is very convenient when coming from the port (there’s no stop directly in front, in the opposite direction when heading toward the port) especially late at night if you don’t want prefer to walk from tram station

The only minor issue we experienced was that, despite putting the “Do Not Disturb” side of the door sign (not the “Please Clean” side) before leaving the room, housekeeping still entered and cleaned it

Clean and hygienic, good service attitude, good location, 3 minutes walk from the beach, and there are many delicious places around! is the room is a little bit small!

Got it thru tourist office outside train station Take the Nu 12 bus to the promenade. Walk from there. I got a 39 price and breakfast served in my room. Elevator. Clean.

Comfortable stay, very friendly, helpful staff. Only 10-15 mins walk from Old City and main attractions yet there are plenty of restaurants and shops in immediate vicinity of this hotel - often for better prices

The breakfast is great if you don't want to eat outside (but there are good options in the restaurants as well)

the area is very walkable, close to the beach and Jean Medicin, and has plenty of shops and restaurants. The housekeeping was excellent - diligent and very thorough. No complaints! We had a great stay!

THE PERFECT BOUTIQUE HOTEL STAY IN NICE This was a charming small boutique hotel with superb service. The owner, Nicholas, was on site and extremely helpful and so pleasant. The gals who cleaned my room were wonderful

Lovely and individually designed room. The location is excellent with only a few minutes walk from promenade des anglais. Staff and owner are always helpful and have great tips on what to do and where to eat.

Decent no frills hotel in a good location The hotel did what we expected - it was reasonably priced, clean, comfortable, near to the town etc. No frills, but all we did was sleep and shower there so that was no problem

Accommodation is near tramstation Jean Mèdecin, just 5 minutes walk in, clean, and the people was nice. The Breakfast tasted gut. Near city center, near Nice Bassilica, Near Beach. The best

Excellent location very central and near tram, train and beach. Only double beds and not single beds without an expensive supplement. Tip there is a Lidl supermarket 5 minutes walk to the north if you are on a budget

Everything is good, there are croissants every morning

The room has a coffee machine with coffee, tea, etc. Most importantly, there's a kettle, which is really invaluable. Every morning when we left the house, we unexpectedly found croissants on the door handle

From the moment we arrived, Pierre welcomed us like old friends. He made us a cup of coffee and held our bags until our room became available. We toured a bit and upon return our bags were in our room

There are also many mirrors in the back of the room (of course, we stayed in two slightly different rooms). I feel that if you don't care about the exterior, this hotel is worth 700+

Clean and comfortable boutique hotel with helpful staff. Quick walk to some great restaurants, beach, and Promenade des Anglais. Breakfast croissants were delicious too.

If it weren't for its small size, this hotel would be an absolute steal. The bathroom has a thoughtful radiator, so you can wash your underwear and it's dry the next day

The room was quite good except for being a little small. The location is very good, with public transportation right in front of you and plenty of restaurants nearby. The beach is only a 20-minute walk away.

The hotel is very close to the train station and is surrounded by many delicious restaurants. There's a KFC next door and a McDonald's across the street, perfect for grabbing something to eat on the go

The hotel is like 4 mins walk to the Nice Ville train station and 15 mins walk for the old town so it’s very convenient for me. Also the room is spacious and clean

On the last night I did cover up and try to go down to reception to see if they could request the upstairs guests to be quieter but couldn’t see any staff. I felt nervous to telephone as my French is not good

A nice and clean hotel in a good location. It is realistically a hotel for three stars, not four, so the price should be low. Rooms on the ground floor should be avoided because there is not enough privacy in them

Very well located for a city hotel - close enough to the centre to walk everywhere, or catch the frequent trams: but we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was at night. Very little "city" noise reached us

The front garden is as charming as the photos, a lovely oasis from the hustle and bustle of Nice plus we got to taste the gorgeous oranges direct from the tree

We found this hotel to be absolutely delightful. It is small, and family run with obvious love and care. Our room was extremely comfortable and, like all rooms, faced away from the busy, noisy Rue de Congres

It‘s a fantastic small hotel in the center of Nice and very close to the beach. The employees are more than friendly and help you with any question/need. Rooms are completely new, clean and comfortable

Sleeping was therefore peaceful and uninterrupted. A feature was the small and lovely garden, quiet and private and a marvellous place to take breakfast in. We would go there again any time!

Probably can get a better bang for your buck elsewhere. Its in a good location, but there is no sound insulation so the noise from the boardwalk keeps you up until late

The pool out the back is small but so clean and ideal for the amount of people in the hotel. The bar at the pool does great cocktails and ice cold beers. Probably the best thing about this hotel is it's location

The room was clean and we enjoyed the small balcony where we would drink our coffees in the morning. They have a nice pool with a bar. We really enjoyed the water dispenser that has still and sparkling water
