The hotel is very comfortable and very well located just walking distance from the Airport and Train. The only downside of the room is the small windows, but in general is new and very well appointed

Short walk from the airport easily, can walk. The rooms are clean, staff is friendly. Buffet breakfast has a nice variety & is kept stocked. The train is next door so it's easy to travel somewhere

The hotel is located within walking distance from the train station and a minute's walk from the tram stop. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is good and the staff is friendly.

I stayed two times at Monsigny and I can say that it was overall a good experience. The rooms are not very spacious but clean and sunny, very comfortable bed

The airconditioning was not working so we had to open the window to cool the room or else it was so hot inside

Clean rooms with a nice outside area. Location is decent right next to tram line and train station. The restaurant downstairs does very good food too

Stayed there 2 years ago and experienced the most fabolous breakfast. Now the breakfast was, at best, average.. Big disappointment

Location is fantastic for exploring all of Nice with 2 tram stops within close walking distance. The rooftop bar and pool is a lovely area to relax. Check in is from 3 pm and check out is 12 pm

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Went out of their way to be obliging. The food and service were very good. The pool and outdoor eating area are worth a booking on their own. We shall definitely book here again

Our room was a good size for us and our toddler, with fun design of stars on the ceiling and a plane flying from the corner. Looked out over the garden and pool and woke to the sound of birds in the morning

Don't worry if you can't speak French, the staff do speak English but I would advise visitors to always greet the locals Bonjour, they will appreciate that. Breakfast is available for 14 Euros per person

There is no fridge in the room. There is a water kettle but they didn't have any coffee available in the room. Since I'm a coffee drinker, I bought a small container of instant coffee from the local grocery

This hotel is 10min walk from the beach area and approximately 10 to 20 min walking to lots of restaurants and Old Nice. Check in was great, it's 230pm but we got our room at 2pm

Best staff, and a best value, near the beach, clean rooms, everything was perfect.

We slept with the window open and nothing disturbed us from the street, even though you are just a short walk from the promenade and the city center. There are plenty of great restaurants, bars, and grocery stores nearby

This hotel is rather a good 3*. The location is good, there are several Michelin-recommended restaurants very close by, and there is a good pastry shop nearby. The bed and pillows are comfortable

I stayed at this hotel for the second time, and once again it was a great choice. The room was clean, spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. Upon arrival, we received a complimentary breakfast as a Christmas gift

The bus stop for the airport is about a minute’s walk from the hotel, and you can reach the airport in around 30 minutes. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful

It was a comfortable sleep and the location was excellent, within 10min walk to the old town and many eateries nearby including a couple of competent boulangeries and a Thai-Vietnamese restaurant.

The room is not very large, and it feels like the standard of a domestic express hotel. Fortunately, it is clean and tidy. You can eat and drink in the restaurant on the first floor

Rooms okay but bathroom was old and not clean. Airco makes noise in room 221 (sounds like bubbling water in the system) Wifi was bad. There was an ongoing bad smell of smoking in hallway and room

Very centrally situated but quiet. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The receptionist in the morning, who also served us breakfast, was charming. And the translation about the mosquitoes was hilarious!

It's too early for a review, we're still staying here. 🙂 But so far everything is superlative. Just a problem with one of the socket in room 503, it no longer works, but we will inform the reception staff

Nicely positioned. Not too far the walk to beach and centre for shops etc. The staff where really helpful. I lost my room key but it was replaced without difficulty. Great hotel

The staff is very friendly. It is very convenient to go to Eze Town. Bus 82 is right at the door. It is not far from the train station, about 20 minutes walk. The pizza shop at the door is delicious.

Convenient for travel, there are two light rail lines 1 and 2 at the door, which can reach all parts of the Cote d'Azur. The breakfast is simple and the facilities are average

Location was excellent for us being just a few streets back from the seafront and the Durandy tram station is about 50m on the same rd. From the airport you get the L1 or L2

We spent 5 nights at this lovely hotel in Nice and really enjoyed our stay. The building has that charming, typical French architecture, and although it’s an older hotel, it’s very well maintained and clean

What we appreciated the most was the location – it’s absolutely perfect! Just a short walk from the main shopping street, right next to the Old Town, and only about 5–6 minutes to the promenade and the beach

The room was amazing, such a nice size, coffee pods replenished every day and we had a wonderful wrap around balcony which was perfect to sit out with a picnic. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was amazing

Lovely peaceful little garden for you to chill out on and was kept very clean with a small array of potted flowers. Just a small suggestion maybe a small bar area for drinks would have been a good addition

Fantastic Hotel with a Great Location and Excellent Service I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect—everything is within walking distance

The daily breakfasts (while the items didn’t change much) had an adequate spread with very lovely cut fruit, pastries, excellent nuts and seeds selection with yogurt and an egg boiling station which you could make eggs as how you would like them

Their coffee and tea machines were excellent and they even had a cocktail hour with free pastries and bonbons in the late afternoon if you ever wanted a quick snack

The Chinese restaurant is also a good choice, where you can eat local sea bass

The room was small but perfectly equipped. I just booked the wrong hotel. I should have booked one closer to the train station... The service was excellent. They helped me check in early, which was very convenient.

The bathroom was very spacious and I loved that our room had 2 balconies - one in the main room and one opens in the bathroom which helped to keep it dry and not humid after a hot shower

It is within a 10-minute walk from the train station and a 15-20-minute walk from the beach. The beach is worth a visit, and then there are all kinds of food in the old town
