Great hotel in a very good location. The staff are really friendly and you get free breakfast only for signing up to their newsletter. The only point to improve is the amenities in the room. But overall great value for money and such a modern decoration. Breakfast was yummy!

The room was very small and we had to ask for housekeeping multiple times before actually receiving it. They do not inform you that the breakfast is €18 per person which is a simple scam considering it's very basic only small snacks. This type of breakfast is typically included. The location of the hotel is great but I ended up being disappointed in the end.

Hotel is about 30mins away from all attractions. All staff are friendly except Anur! He had the worst customer service ever, almost ruined our stay. Rooms are extremely small, but it’s Paris. The young lady who helped us on Monday for checkout was extremely nice and polite.

For the price you're paying, this place is absolutely worth staying at. Place was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, room could use some repairs, but was clean and looked nice. And the location is AAA! Metro is almost next to their front door.

Really close to the metro station. We had a small room with twin beds while we visited Paris. It was fairly relaxed. The service was good, the breakfast options were great and I enjoyed my time there overall.

Was very loud. Did not sleep well. Can hear other guests in their rooms, can hear the kitchen next door through the bedroom wall. We faced the alley, so we didn’t even experience street noise, it was just very loud and would not recommend if you are looking for a quiet room. Front desk would/could not move us to another room- we asked. Water pressure was excellent.

What a great place!!
I lived in Paris before, so I know the neighborhood - far enough away from the high density tourist areas, but close enough (Pasteur Metro Stop) that heading out for a day for adventures still brings you back to a mostly Parisian dominated area, with nice local restaurants.
Hotel room was 5 star - nice quilts, awesome glass shower, in-room coffee pot and fridge. I had a room in the back on the 5th floor - very quiet at night.
Staff I ran into where all great - front desk receptionist Penata was notable, super nice and helpful. I had forgotten a plug adaptor - no deposit, just please bring it back, she recommended a local restaurant, etc - but mostly she was just bright simile warm and welcoming at all times - NICE to come back to the hotel on a cloudy and overcast rainy day in Paris!
Highly recommended (and it was the best $$ as well, comparing under 100 Euro places in the area).
And try out the local restaurants - all were great. (and if late at night - the shamwa place as you exit the Metro is awesome)!

One of worst price to quality hotel I have ever used. The rooms are extremely small ( no place for suitcase ) the installations are basic
The breakfast room is also small and the choices very limited . Low quality ham, entry level « supermarket » teabags are just two examples
The staff is friendly, though the first question is focused on paying the room in advance ..
If this was 100 eur / night I would give it easily 4 star. For 288 EUr +18 Eur breakfast this is a plain and simple rip off. The standing and the services are far from what I would expect at this price range ( corresponding to hotels 4.5 star rating with exceptional services in Frankfurt or Tokyo)

Very cozy hotel in the city center, super close to most touristic places so you can even walk there! The staff was super nice with us, the room is a bit small but enough for what we were looking for. The breakfast is served in a small room downstairs by their friendly staff and it was very complete and tasty.
Overall we liked the place, friendliness of the staff, the breakfast and specially the location, recommended!

+ Good price and neat room. Easy to access everything from the location.
- Poor breakfast. Some people who came after (french customers) we sat down at the table were served immediately. We were waiting for a while. And had to ask for simple things such as even milk.
I guess it goes with the saying - you get what you pay for.
