The bed is extremely comfortable. Size of the room is decent compared to all others in Paris. The staff are extremely friendly, they call you by your last name and they really took care of all our needs. The turn down service is a great plus as we had a sofa bed open during the night for our kids and closed during the morning time to make more space in the room. The location is excellent, many great cafes, restaurants. Tulliries Garden is a five minute walk which we loved and enjoyed almost daily. The area is very quite and very safe.

We are having an amazing stay. Rooms are beautiful, got a 3-room suite for reasonable price, concierge is excellent, lots of amenities, perfect location. 10/10 would definitely come back.

We went to this hotel to celebrate our 10th anniversary in Paris. From the moment we reserved we felt the attention to detail and how thoughtful the staff was. We arrived and found the room with a handwritten card, roses, sweets and bubbly for us. Antonio The concierge was so helpful! He helped us every day to chose the right spots to visit and eat. It was overall a wonderful experience!! Not to mention the location- in our minds- it doesn’t get any better!

Fantastic hotel. Room was beautiful, spacious and bed was extremely comfortable. They even made up the pull out sofa bed for the kids. I have never seen that before! Also, we left a broken travel clothes steamer in the washroom and they sent us an email with a picture asking if we would like the item back!! I mean, wow. Suburb service!

Beautiful hotel in great area. What sets this hotel apart is the service. The staff are friendly, cordial and welcoming. They are very responsive to any and all requests and will go to any lengths accommodate you. They have been trained for excellence and it shows at every encounter. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I stayed for just one night with my family but I wish I could’ve stayed more!!! the hospitality and dedication to excellence at this hotel is simply unmatched. Clara and Florencia were such a warm welcome with the brightest smiles! They both were extremely helpful and attentive to all of our needs. The hotel in its entirety is beautiful and tasteful. Additionally, the view is amazing!! I love the location and I am very pleased with my visit and will be returning soon!

My husband and I had the best stay at this hotel! The location and staff are incredible. They went above and beyond to help celebrate my birthday. The hotel itself has a touch of a boutique feel which I personally loved. Easily the best hotel I’ve stayed in Paris and I can’t wait to go back. Merci!

Horrible experience,
1000$ for a night definitely not worthy. We were placed in a different room that I booked 1st floor with no light at all and the had bad smell and a lot of bugs and ants, room services wasn’t good we were 4 people but they always put everything for 2 and the day of the check out they started to knock the door from 9:30 so they could clean the room. The bathroom door didn’t have a lock, hotel is extremely dark, not a fire star hotel I would say 2 star.

Location was indeed very good, located among premium shopping and in a high-security area with all the embassies surrounding the hotel. Felt very safe. Staff was very helpful and fulfilled every request. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, as was the service in the restaurant. The room did have a couple issues - first there was no ability to change between AC and heat - it was AC only, which caused the room to feel like 60-65 degrees. Second, the shower was only partially closed off and against a slanted wall, making it tough for a taller person like me. The room did have a nice sitting area, so that was great, and the 2nd 1/2 bath was a bonus. I would definitely stay here again given the positives outweighed the negatives.

Wonderful hotel, but not worth full price for a room. It was a nice sized room with balconies and the bathroom was large. Very clean and luxurious without being pompous. We stayed in 701 and the ceilings were sloped-- not great for 2 tall people, and a nearby door slamming a lot wasn't the best sleeping experience. Breakfast was great. Service was outstanding on all fronts. Beds were very comfortable. Like that it didn't feel like a massive hotel.
