Athinais Hotel

We stayed at this hotel in September 2024. It is a beautiful hotel with convenient location near the subway and bus stops. We arrived early, and the staff was very helpful in allowing us to store our luggage in a secure room until our room was ready. The breakfast was outstanding and the bar is on site with small meals available. There is an upper level lounge which is a nice place to relax.

Nice hotel placed in a good area. The room was ok, a small bathroom with a small shower cabin. The main problem is the very thin walls. I heard the neighbors snoring, using the bathroom, talking on the phone. Breakfast was very good. The employees are nice to guests.

This was my first time at this hotel and the front desk was very helpful. The service for the gentleman and for the lady who worked at noon was particularly worthwhile. Food very amazing and very tasteful the lady there was very kind and also for the room service also breakfast was amazing, A little bit that bothers me to put 4 stars because you can hear the wall next to you when the other person is talking and put some music and loud tv.

The room is spacious and there is a bathtub in the bathroom. You have to stand in the bathtub to take a shower, so be careful not to slip. The service staff is very enthusiastic and the breakfast is very rich. Eat more and you can save a meal at noon. The room is very quiet and there are bus stops and large supermarkets around, which is convenient.

The week that we stayed there has left great memories. Spoke fluent English which was a bonus for us. Magnificent breakfasts with specialty dishes. Very positive staff who were always happy and helpful.

The hotel is pretty spacious, very very lovely and friendly and efficient staff. Food is very good even though hotel food is not always good. The rooms are good , bathrooms big and clean. It was very pleased to stay here for two weeks. Definitely a 10/10

The good:
The room and bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable, enough space to store and hang my clothes. Nice desk to work at. Airconditioning was quiet. Windows (if closed) kept almost all the noise from the street out. Breakfast was good; lots of bread, yoghurt, sweets, and some fruits. Wifi was good. Location was excellent to visit the Megaron Conference Center, only a 5 min walk.

Less good:
Room had a weird low table that was in the way, blocked the path from bed to window. But I just moved it to another location (it was very heavy, though).
Street was very noisy, but if you closed the window it was almost quiet.
Elevator was very small and slow; awkward door.
Shower was very tiny; there was room for a bigger shower. No space to put toiletries near sink and no hook for towel next to sink.

Overall, I had a very good stay here; slept well, and could get some work done while attending a conference at the nearby Megaron conference center

Excellent, friendly very good value hotel. Quiet rooms, near to excellent restaurants
