Apartments in Chania Town

This is an amazing hotel, we came for the second time in August and enjoyed every minute of it. The whole place is meticulously clean, with your apartment cleaned every day including new bedding and towels. The hosts couldn't be more friendly and helpful and the location is great, just ten minutes walk to a lovely beach. There's also a lovely pool with enough comfortable sunbeds and space for everyone...

Great! For breakfast you have a menu of 4 options, it is very delicious, if you don't have breakfast included, the most expensive option costs 9€. Nice pool. Super clean. 3km away from old harbor. 700m away from golden beach. Free parking. Helpfull staff.

Everything, we know it was coming to the end of the season, didn't mind at all. Staff were so welcoming, cleaning lady was great just loved it. Also the food and beer was delicious. Oh and the frappe the best, we won't forget this holiday.

lovely place, with a glorious swimming pool, the staff is superb, ... the only problem was the apartment ... don't get the n.1, because the bedroom tis basically placed almost "into the reception " in front of the courtyard , ground floor , therefore no chance to keep the window open as well as the curtains, it might be a bit noisy during the night ( people and cars which come and go ) walking distance...

Very nice place! The apartments has two pools and a nice sea view. The restaurant has very tasty food and the staff is friendly. Strongly recommended!

We stayed in a two room apartment in this hotel. The staff was warm-hearted and helpful. It was clean and roomy with a full equipped kitchen.

Definitely some of the nicest staff. Can't go wrong with the 7Euro breakfast!! They even had chocolate milk haha. The apartments are nice and exactly what you need. You can't go wrong with this place!

Had a wonderful time at Chania, Nea Hora and the apartment at arcoria, Fetis was a great host, apartment close to beach and only a 10 minute walk to the Old Town, great restaurants at Nea Hora, you must try 50/50 restaurant by the small harbour lovely food and good service.

Excellent apartment with a fantastic view. 10 minutes walk to the old town centre for shopping. Drinks.food. with stunning scenery. I've just 1 very very small complaint mattresses need up grading but overall 9.8/10 staff are extremely keen to make your stay a memorable one. Nothing is to much trouble. Rooms are cleaned daily. We had a lovely week here, the rooms were nice and frequently cleaned, soaps and shampoos were replaced every day, the balcony had a nice view to the sea.

Great experience! I stayed one night and the host is very nice and helpful. First hostel I’ve ever stayed in with a kitchen and fridge (I was in a 3-person room). Also found a spot to hold my luggage while I traveled the following day.

Rooms are decent for the price! Get a kitchen, bathroom and balcony for pretty cheap. A little far from the center of town, but there is plenty to do if you walk 10 min down the road. Very good! Everything is new, there is a good air-conditioning. You can use the garage for free. Centre is 10-15 Minutes (walking) away.

Beautiful big room. Lots of space. Separate "living room" with 2 couches. Great bed. Nice clean bathroom. Parking garage included for the car. Very helpful and friendly staff. The only downside I would say is that you don't have a little terrace or outside view. But I would highly recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Comfortable bed, air conditioning for hot Greek nights, excellent hot showers and nice patio sets outside the rooms to enjoy a Greek coffee on and for playing Tavli. We arrived later than expected due to a delay of our ferry but the staff was very accommodating and waiting for us. The garage was very convenient for parking as well.

Amazing, amazing amazing! Cannot stress is enough. Anastasia was super helpful. Gave us amazing recommendations and advice on where to go and what to do. The hotel was super clean and had an amazing location 15 mins away from old town on foot with great easy access to many restaurants and supermarkets around. Great hotel with great staff. We had the superior apartment with the large balcony. Unbelievably good for what you pay.

Ended up staying as a result of water issue at our original booking. The crew a the Minaret was spectacular in accommodating us under short notice. In addition they saved my bacon by delivering my laptop to the airport when I had forgotten it in the room. Absolutely excellent customer service going above and beyond.

We loved our stay, we extended it twice! Katia, the property manager was warm and friendly! She answered any questions we had. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The location is great! Close to all the food and bars. We requested a quieter room, bc at night the area gets lively. We were surprise how we couldn't hear a thing! Will definitely come back!

It doesn't get more central than this and the furnishings are chic and high quality, although certainly not extremely spacious. Stayed one night in late September, in the Afrodite suite - the one with the balcony. The suite itself was lovely, with views across the Venetian harbour. It's in the PERFECT spot for sunset and it spacious and comfy. We loved this hotel from the entrance. The rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated, the view is just amazing to the old port. It was noisy during the night considering the location above all pubs and restaurants from old port, but also it took just 2 mins to join them. I had such a wonderful experience here I felt obligated to share. The room was exactly as pictured, in this big, beautifully renovated old building. I loved all the details, the heavy keys for the doors, wooden ceiling beams, picturesque views onto the water. I won't stay anywhere else when I visit Chania! Rena, Socrates, Mado, and Rania have become close friends and I feel like family when I stay with them. I am not alone! They have many repeat visitors and make them all feel very welcome! The rooms are clean, spacious and well furnished and the breakfast is out of this world! Can't recommend the place or the people highly enough!

Everything excellent 👌 starting with pick up from airport and owner offered transfer back to airport, location is very good indeed and 3 min walk there is bus stop which will take you to main Chania town. Things to consider: Wifi is really bad but its nothing to do with hotel but its network itself. I stayed here for an entire week and everything was perfect! Niki, who was taking care of the hotel during my stay, was the most adorable host! She was always super kind and helpful! Also, the room was always super clean, free water in the fridge, and had everything you needed! The view of the sea and being able to listen to the waves in the morning and evening was the best :)
