Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel more like guests in someone's home than just customers. The owners and staff were incredibly warm, (Georgia, Sandy, Maria to name some) welcoming, and genuinely caring by the end of our stay, it felt like we were part of the family.

The hospitality was heartfelt and personal. They offered helpful local tips, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Whether it was preparing a delicious breakfast or recommending a hidden gem nearby, they always had our comfort in mind.

The rooms were cozy, clean, and thoughtfully arranged, with everything we needed for a stay. It’s clear that a lot of love and pride goes into every detail here.

What really stood out was the atmosphere peaceful, sincere, and full of warmth. In a world full of chain hotels, this place is a rare gem. You don’t just stay here you’re welcomed, cared for, and remembered.

We’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a more personal, heartwarming travel experience.

This is the ideal hotel for anyone staying in Chania. The location by the old port makes everything accessible by foot. We were surprised that the rooms were so quiet considering all the night life outside our window. The hospitality is top notch, you will not find better staff at any other hotel. The included breakfast was way better than expected. We went on an early morning excursion and they packed our breakfast to go. We will definitely be returning when we visit Chania again.

One of the best hotel stays we've ever had. They upgraded us to a larger room with an amazing view. The staff went above and beyond in every interaction and made our trip very special. The included breakfast was fantastic. We would come back and I can recommend this place without any hesitation. One tip was that I didn't realize you can ask them to help you with your bags and coordinate where to meet. We tried to drive to the hotel, and there's no access via car so we had to drag our heavy bags to the hotel, but that was my fault.

Beautiful historic building. Everyone was helpful and it’s located centrally in the old town.

We had an amazing stay here. This was the last hotel of our honeymoon trip and by far the most elegant hotel we've ever stayed at. The staff were all amazing. The room was immaculate and the view was beautiful. Our little balcony was such a delight. The breakfasts included a delightful little tower of treats, coffee, and an entree off of the menu. Nothing here could have been nicer, cleaner, or more lovely. 11/10

Everything was perfect from the morning (exceptional breakfast) to the end of the day in this absolutely gorgeous boutique hotel ideally located on the seafront with a beautiful view over the port of Chania.
The room was decorated in the most elegant way, comfortable, spacious with everything to make you feel home away from home. The staff was incredibly nice and attentive and we had the chance to meet the owner, a very gently and hardworking lady. Keep up the good work and we wish you the very best you deserve. Beautiful View and Wonderful Accomodations!
Our family of four had an amazing stay in the Dondolo suite for our three day visit to Chania. The service was impeccable, food outstanding, and the staff was so accommodating (ie, we forgot a converter plug and they had one for us to use). We also enjoyed a complimentary bottle of Prosecco and charcuterie board on our amazing balcony overlooking Old Town. The location cannot be beat. We also enjoyed spending our down time at Zepos on their comfy couches ordering almost everything on its menu. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend the Domus Renier to anyone staying in Chania.

A truly beautiful boutique hotel. Perfect location on the old Venetian Harbour surrounded by restaurants. Service was exemplary and room was modern, well decorated and came with all the amenities you could need
