Hotel is in old town and easily accesible to any where. Rooms were clean, bed and pillows were comfortable and everyday they are making room up. Breakfast in the morning has lots of kinds, I especially liked local olive so much. Rooftop pub has a nice view and prices are affordable. And most important one, everyone working at the hotel is friendly, sincere, polite and helpful.

Very comfortable rooms and a great location.
We loved the old town vibe and having a superb breakfast, sitting outside, seeing Chania waking up.
You get great value for a good price, no doubt.
No parking at the hotel but we managed to park at the public square Talos. This has free spots and is only within 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel.

NOT RECOMENDED !
Worst experience ever in an hotel (more than 30 countries visited).
Agressive receptionist, awful habitation (ground floor, noisy and dirty).
When we « dare » to mention that it’s not acceptable, pitiful reaction from the staff (yelling at us, calling us liar etc.) when it should be excused and customer service.
To sum up, this hotel is nothing you want when you are in holidays.

Bathroom is incredible I love the shower. The beds is very good and the tv is nice to have. Location is very good many restaurants and cute gates. The view fro my room was in a wall but if the room is good I don’t care. There is a roof we’re you can look at the view. El greco I will return in the next time!

Was not happy with this hotel. I stayed on the first floor, so that may have been an issue. It reminded me a bit of a hospital room, i am saddened to say. The bathroom was also not in a good state and it reminded me a bit of a public bathroom. The breakfast in the morning was okay. Would not recommend it. There are better places at the same price at Chania.

El Greco is fablous!! Great location, in the heart of Chania old town, close to fantastic restaurants, shops etc!! The staff are all very friendly & extremely helpfull. We had a great stay & will heartly reccommend El Greco to everybody.
