Htl is near to the harbour. A little bit dark around .but to the city center is just 5min .and one kind super market .good place

We stayed at the Atron Hotel crete half board and I think its one of the best hotel we have stayed in, the hotel is immaculate not one thing out of place, our room was very large with a small kitchen with was great for putting our drinks in the fridge, there was a meal in the fridge for us on our first day, ( never had that before) we had a very large balcony with a table and two chairs. Our room was cleaned every day except Sunday and they were very thorough, the staff Sue from reception, Elena from the dining room were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel put on a Greek night, there was singing, dancing and traditional Greek food, also an International night with music and food Elena from the dining room was brilliant she was helping everyone making sure they were having a good time, she was so kind too. I think the only thing that was missing is it would have been nice to have a parasol on the balcony. We will definitely recommend you to our family and friends also we will be coming back too, thank you all for a brilliant holiday.

Great affordable place to act as a base while in Herlakion. Rooms are not the fanciest in the world, but the air conditioning worked, the beds were clean, and the breakfast was included. Can't complain.

We stayed at the hotel on March. The location of the hotel is excellent, just a minute walking distance from the old town and the city center of Heraklion. Our room was perfectly clean and came with a balcony. Rooms are in a pretty good condition, but could further be updated as far as the furnitures are concerned. The hotel offers GREAT breakfast (ten out of ten) with a variety of sweets made by the locals and the people working there were extremely kind and helpful. It is a value for money hotel which is certainly recommended

This place offers an excellent value for the price! The location is 2 mins walk from the Venetian waterfront, fort, walkway and excellent restaurants as well as 10 mins from the airport for convenience. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom well stocked. Staff was welcoming and took care of us for parking and early breakfast.

Classic room but great location, perfect staff and very good breakfast. Easy to park your car at City Center Parking 🅿️ (special price for Atrion Hotel customers).

We had an excellent stay at the hotel - in fact, we returned to the Atrium after a side trip of a few days.
First of all, the staff at the front desk was extremely accommodating. We were given an excellent room which was not only very comfortable, but felt very cozy. I would have liked to have had an electric tea pot in the room, but other than that, everything was very nice.
As others have posted, the location is very quiet, but within an easy walk to the center, with restaurants all around.
Breakfast was also excellent.

Good location close to port, main shopping , dinning areas. Comfortable bed , clean room and cold AC. Good breakfast included . Polite, courteous attentive staff. Recommend .

Really nice few nights at the Atrion Hotel. The location is really close to the Port and also the Hop Hop Off Bus services. The reception staff were so friendly and helped us with anything we needed including Car Rental for a day trip to Chania. The restaurant was convenient and nice and cosy. Overall great stay!
