We had a great stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good.

The only good things about this hotel are the good location close to the center and the rooftop breakfast restaurant. The internet in the room is non existent, the walls are peeling and dirty, the breakfast is very poor, however the worst experience came from one of the receptionists. Unfortunately, I encountered a level of unprofessionalism that I did not expect. The receptionist raised their voice at me and engaged in an argument instead of calmly addressing the situation. During the exchange, another guest who had experienced a similar issue politely stepped in to support me. However, the receptionist responded rudely and told him not to interfere, further escalating the tension. As a guest, I expected to be treated with respect and courtesy, but the interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any professional setting, especially in hospitality where guest experience should be a top priority. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures proper training is provided to prevent similar incidents in the future.

The hotel has good rooms with a fantastic breakfast and decent location. We did have one major issue with a school group that ran up and down the halls all night, banging on the doors, screaming and slamming doors. We brought up this issue several times with the hotel staff and nothing was done about it. This ended up costing us a day of exploring the city because we needed to sleep when they finally stopped at 7am. There are other reviews with similar issues so I would be cautious about booking here if you don't want to have similar issues.

When you want to see Crete, I think it would be a good idea to stay here. Of course, you have to take a bus from Korea to get there, but it is a satisfactory place because all buses stop at the middle of the route, and the accommodations and breakfast are all the same. Of course, the price is also very satisfactory. If I come to Crete again next time, I definitely want to stay here again.

The hotel is situated close to the commercial center, old harbour and new harbour. It has stores around and important seight seeing points. The beach is a little far away but you can get there with the bus ( 20 min) and the bus stops are conveniently situated next to the hotel. The staff is friendly and professional, the food great, the view fantastic, room cleaning and change of towels every day. I recommend staying at this hotel.
