We stayed here in September 2024 for three nights with two other couples. Great location in the center within walking distance to everything, including the archeological museum shopping, the harbor. Rooms were beautiful and well appointed and quiet. Breakfast was incredible! Staff very pleasant and helpful with local recommendations. We would most definitely return and stay here again when we return.

What a wonderful hotel! As soon as we arrived we were greeted with a refreshing drink. Staff was amazing and attentive. The room was impressive- clean, comfortable, and the shower was amazing!

While this a pretty little hotel, I do not think it is a five star hotel.
The 24 hr concierge was very helpful with information and requests. She was the best part of the experience.
Rooms were pretty but cramped and small. A small shower stood in the corner of the bedroom. Thank goodness the toilet was in a separate room but you practically had to stand on the toilet to close and open the door.
Location is tough right now. There is construction around the hotel so it isn't very pretty in the area. It is also loud very early in the morning with the work going on. Getting rides and taxis is a little tricky, given they can't pick you up or drop you off right in front of the hotel. Most of the restaurants more well known are located closer to the water, not near by. Shopping is close, though.
There is no pool and they are not affiliated with any hotel that has one.
The breakfast on the top floor is a tough sell. They keep the temp at 80 degrees F. They basically serve the same small charcuterie tray every morning with an extra offering of eggs made with anything on the charcuterie tray. The bar downstairs had very limited hours.

I am amazed at your listing of the breakfast tray...we never got the pie and yoghurt. Everything else was combined in small servings on a 12 x 8 tray.
While we were there, Crete's temperature was 92 degrees. We never had 140 degree days during our stay.

Amazing front desk service - they helped us with everything from needing extra towels to getting a rental car to getting us transport to the port. Note that they offer shampoo and shower gel, but no conditioner. There is a pharmacy around the corner where you can get some.
Breakfast was not buffet style but rather seated with a pre-selected breakfast brought to you. You get your choice of drink (I ordered a frappe), yogurt with honey and nuts, egg cooked in a style you choose, a croissant, pancake, a tray of various meats/cheese, etc.
The room was nice. The shower is in the middle of the bedroom which is a bit odd. We were on the 4th floor which had a great view of the sea/port. Lots of bakeries and other restaurants nearby!

Exceptional service! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Special thanks to the friendly lady who recommended an amazing restaurant and helped us with a room change, and to the warm-hearted gentleman who checked us in late at night.

We found this hotel by referral from another hotel that was overbooked, how lucky we were! This hotel is conveniently located in the city, close to restaurants, shopping and especial to the Archeological Museum, which is only a very short walk away. The room is very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious. And the service was excellent, especially the receptionist Anastasia, She is the best! Every time you walk in the door, she greets you cheerfully with that big smile on her beautiful face. On our arrival, she took a map out and circled all the interesting places, and gave very detailed information and directions. We came across some difficulties in printing out the boat tickets the night before we leave, and she worked so hard and tried everything she could to help us. It was late and her shift was ending soon, but she kept comforting us while working out the solutions. We were very impressed by her and the hotel, we will defiantly stay here again next time we are in town.

Located in the center of Heraklion this hotel is the epitome of Greek hospitality.
We were warmly welcomed by the staff and shown directly into our room.
The room was clean, luxurious, spacious. Overall everything we were looking for with breathtaking views of the Port and the beautiful colours of the sunset.
Everyone in the hotel made us feel at home and nothing was too much for them.
Excellent breakfast, with local delicacies served daily from 7am till 11am.
We were warmly welcomed by the staff and shown directly into our room.

It was a birthday treat for my wife. Our room was wonderful with everything you could ask for. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had. We were only sorry that we couldn't eat it all! The location was ideal for exploring the Old Town.
