Hotel premises rooms clean modern, food very good. Really comfy lounges and good entertainment. Fantastic for kids.
Drinks are too watered down no variety in terms of strength all mild, wine was too mellow..spirits very tame could really call it a G&T. It didn't ruin the experience as the location, beach restaurants pools all lovely..there is a local shop to buy wine beer which some guests did. They don't sell wine by the glass you have to buy a bottle..didn't try as only wanted a few so stuck with the cretan selection it said 11% but felt like 8.

It was OK. Room quality excellent but if you are used to 5 star resorts then this won't on its own make up for the other shortcomings. No true a la carte dining and the lack if waiter bar service in the main bar area acts as a reminder. Queuing for evening drinks is a negative that sticks in my mind. The local area is sparse too although being close to Heraklion airport was a positive.

Just home from a lovely holiday at Arina Beach Hotel. Thoroughly recommend this hotel for both couples and families.
Rooms cleaned daily, and lovely sea view. Plenty of food options for adults and children. Loved having a choice of swimming pools for a more relaxing swim adult only and entertainment/slides for the children also. My daughter loved the water slides. Ample sun beds (not UK school holidays so may be different end July/Aug). Beautiful beach and sea weed free down one end.
What made our holiday super special was the beautiful cats that come to the hotel for love and kindness from the tourists. We fed them daily and urge anyone visiting this hotel to take some cat food/treats as they really appreciate it. The hotel are also so kind letting them roam around (mainly when cooler) as no cat should be without a home. Can’t wait to go back and look forward to seeing the beautiful loving cats. Xx

Nice hotel clean and with friendly staff. Good selection for food and the animation team are excellent keeping people entertained throughout the day. It’s good if you take part. Beach next to hotel with plenty of sun beds.

I had a 7-day all-inclusive stay. I can say it was wonderful; the food was very tasty and varied. The rooms are clean and spacious, and it’s not a long walk to the beach where there are enough sunbeds for everyone. There are no marine activities, but you can definitely find them outside the resort. I recommend it!

This resort is fabulous! Very clean and our room was very spacious and we had our own little pool. The buffet was delicious with a wide variety of choices for the whole family. The location is wonderful. The service the nightly entertainment and drinks 🍸 were very well made. It's a huge resort with many amenities to enjoy.

Perfect holiday resort for families to stay, the hotel provides almost everything that you and your kids need. Buffet has a lot of different choices, you can always find something that you like to eat. We spend days here without feeling bored. The swimming pools for children are amazing, it was great fun to play with my kid in the pool! There are also different programs for children from morning till the evening, they all love it! We also did massages, it was very relaxing. I'm very happy about our stay.

A very well thought out hotel in a good location to visiting the island with a bus stop just outside. 15 minutes from the airport makes it easy to get too. The staff are very helpful, though the restaurant staff could be a bit friendlier. The hotel has it's own beach which is sandy with clear water, with a bar and snack bar by the front too. The thing that made this hotel stand out for our holiday was the adult only area - this is a fantastic addition for those who want the amenities of a fun hotel (waterslides, activities etc) without the noise all day. There is also an adult only pool by the waterpark which is fantastic too. Very well thought out. The food at this hotel is fantastic - the best choice I've had in a buffet hotel and all warm too. The desserts in the evening are wonderful including Greek desserts and cheesecake, chocolate torte, crumble cake etc. It was lovely. The only thing I'd improve is the cocktails weren't the best, and a refresh of the evening bar as it's looking a bit dated, and we had no hot water on our last day for a shower! We would recommend this hotel. There are a few shops nearby with a 20 minute walk taking you to some supermarkets, bakery, a couple of cafes etc. It is on the airport path but this didn't bother us, and the adult area is by the main road but we still preferred the road noise to constant noise from loud families.

Title: Fantastic Stay at Arina Beach Resort

We spent five wonderful days at Arina Beach Resort in Crete and were thoroughly impressed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hospitality was outstanding. The pools were fantastic, and the food was delicious with a wide variety to choose from. The beachfront location offered stunning views and easy access to the sea. Overall, an excellent experience – highly recommended!

I was with my family with 2 young children for a 5 day relaxing holiday. This was by far one of the best service provided campus. Highly recommended for kids and family.
We were pampered with great food and drinks as part of the all inclusive package. The hotel rooms are clean, well maintained and modern.
