Galaxy Iraklio Hotel

We were seven people in our group. We had an amazing stay over here very recently. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Though rooms are a bit small for our liking, they’re very nicely decorated. Beds are comfortable. All the amenities one needs are provided.

I recently stayed at this fantastic hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The staff were incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with any request. My room was well-appointed and very comfortable, making my stay extremely pleasant.

The breakfast selection was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious foods. I particularly enjoyed the Turkish delight in Reception, and the sample of ouzo in the room was a delightful added bonus. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

Overall, it was an outstanding experience, and I highly recommend this hotel.

Was recommended for us to stay here, but won't be going back. Breakfast was reasonable, but they started removing it all 2 minutes after we sat down, 30 mins before it was due to close! Not happy Jan!! Rooms are OK But we had 2 single beds pushed together?? Balcony view of roof tops, great pizza place across road, small pizza is 48cm diameter & base/toppings tasty.

This was my first time in Heraklion. I stayed in this hotel for 11 days. My stay was very pleasant, the staff was extremely cordial, attentive and nice. Everyone was extremely helpful. The only issue I had was the smell of the towels, whatever vendor they use to wash the linens and towels, they need to change it. As the towels had a musty smell that was really awful. The staff changed my towels daily but no matter how many times they changed them, the smell was there. Other than that my stay was great. I would def come back.

Wow amazing hotel! I enjoyed every second I was there! From the wonderful food at breakfast, by the pool and in the restaurant at dinner. Continues to the fun pool which is open from eight in the morning to eight in the evening, very convenient hours. Continues by saying that the hotel is sparkling clean and beautifully and elegantly designed. The location is very good, quite close to the airport, walking distance from the city center and the archaeological museum. Driving distance is not far from Knossos. I marked four stars on the rooms because they are really a bit small, but that is really the only drawback because the rooms are beautiful, clean and well equipped. If it was possible, I would give four and a half stars to the rooms, because I really enjoyed the room. There is a facility for hanging clothes to dry on the balcony, there is a chair, an armchair and a pedestal in the room, which is very convenient. There is an innovative coffee machine with delicious capsules, there is a refrigerator, there are bathrobes and slippers, there is a hair comb, there is a magnifying mirror for make-up. It is evident that there is attention to detail to make the guests as comfortable as possible. What takes the hotel to the highest level is the wonderful service of the staff. Flawless English, patience, head growth, agility and all with a smile and kindness. I felt that in everything I could turn to eavesdropping and I would receive the best service. This is the case throughout the hotel complex, and especially at the reception. I thank the hotel for the pleasant and wonderful stay and hope to return there soon

Stayed for 2 nights.
We had a family room, which was quite nice and spacious with an extra bed, seating area and with a bathtub.
The breakfast was nice but not very expansive.
It has a really nice pool, but there are limited seating and sun beds.

Would stay at this hotel again.

Pretty standard hotel, clean and staff are polite. Pool area is nice but lounge chairs are limited. The continental breakfast is hit or miss depending on the day. The restaurant at the front was quite good. The location is good. Pretty easy to get to things on the hop on hop off tours or by cab. Hop on hop off tour has a stop right at the hotel.

Best hotel in Heraklion. Excellent location, breakfast and dining. Spacious rooms comfortable beds. Highly recommended

Stayed here as part of a tour vacation on Crete. Really enjoyed the stay and location. Short walk to town shops and restaurants. Also great pizza place next door to hotel, with a stop.
