Koala in Kos Town

We had a great week at the Hotel Koala which we found was very a very relaxed place to stay. The team of staff were very helpful and the hotel and our room were kept very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was buffet style which suited us. It's a short walk into Kos town and we also went to some Greek family restaurants near to our hotel.
We would recommend the Koala and hopefully will visit again.

Just stayed at Koala hotel kos, this hotel is spotlessly clean the staff are so nice and helpful nithing is to much for them, the rooms a cleaned daily towels changed every 2 days, breakfast was good a lot of choice, couldn't have asked for more, aircon is at a charge but that is ok, its a 2 star hotel should definitely be a higher star rating.

The Personnel was very nice, the manager of the hotel Dimitris is a really nice person and also other personnel is very helpful. The location of the hotel is amazing because you are very close to the town centre and you have 3 markets that are very close to the hotel.

Just back from a 5 night stay . Excellent sevice and very clean hotel. Rooms cleaned daily, towels every 2 days. Fridge and kettle, air-conditioning on request for a fee and safe. Bar snacks spot on and alcohol. Buffet breakfast but something diffrence every morning. Thanks to the management and staff for a lovely break. See you again.

We arrived at 2am last Sunday morning, the guy at the reception kindly ordered some take out food for us, which was very appreciated! stopped us going to bed hungry after a long day of travel. Great start to our holiday!

Very friendly staff and a great family establishment. The cleaners tidied our rooms daily and made sure we had fresh towels to use. We had initially arrived at the hotel at 2am, tired and hungry from travelling, and the receptionist had offered to kindly help us out by ordering some tasty food to the hotel.

Everyone was so friendly and talkative it has been a great first experience to Kos staying here!🇬🇷

Recently returned from a seven night stay here. Upon arrival, we were greeted with top quality service. Checked in swiftly and the room was absolutely lovely, clean (fresh linen smell), cosy. Myself and my daughter had a rested nights sleep. We woke to the sound of voices, happiness, as guests were enjoying the delicious breakfast. The dining area for breakfast was airy, spacious and led outside. The quality of food was 10/10. Staff wore a smile and were friendly and happy. The owners were extremely professional and gave advice, when we required guidance with directions.

The whole hotel had a relaxed vibe and was tranquil. The pool was well maintained and spotlessly clean. The sun loungers were always available and the roof top terrace was an added extra delight. The location of this hotel is within walking distance to the beach/harbour/shops.

The bar area of Koala is modern, home from home. Again, clean and airy. The selection of drinks/food is great, something for everyone.

The hotel flows remarkably well and the staff are outstanding. Our room was cleaned to a high level of cleanliness and the staff within this role were beautiful souls. You could see that they enjoy their work and always willing to help and engage in a conversation.

Me and my husband stayed at the koala on 15th July for a week absolutely lovely hotel rooms very clean perfect location and the owners are the nicest people you could ever meet and would do anything to ensure your stay at there hotel is the best. I accidentally dropped my ring which my husband had bought me that meant alot to me down the gap in the lift I was really upset we mentioned it to the owners and within 3 days they had got the lift technician out and got my ring back for me I couldn't believe it I am so grateful to them it proves what type of people they are they will go above and beyond to make you happy brilliant stay would definitely not hesitate going back to the koala thanks for everything

Cozy family hotel near to the town. The staff is very friendly, the hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable. It also has a swimming pool. The location is perfect if you want to visit the town, because you can reach the city center by foot in 10-15 minutes. Many good restaurants are a couple of minutes away and you can reach very beautiful beaches with facilities in 10 minutes by bike.
