Hotel Hersonissos Palace is located in the centre of the resort town, within walking distance from the hotel Heronissos. The hotel does not have entertainment for children. Guests of the Annex building can use the swimming pool Heronissos Hotel. Recommend for youth and anyone who prefers to combine leisure and evening entertainment outside the hotel. 50 m from the hotel is the street with bars and discos.

We enjoyed our holiday in this hotel, the food was great, staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is located close to a beach with bar really close to the beach, the rooms are also very nice only downside is thin walls.

Don't be fooled by the photos. This hotel is not five stars. This hotel is less than 5 stars. It's disgusting, the cleaning is poorly done, the hotel conditions are deplorable, everything is old, the drinks at the all inclusive are terrible, the food is very average. The hotel is in a very old area, the view is terrible. We spent a week at this hotel and felt completely deceived by the photos on the booking website. To make matters worse, they don't allow you to pay the tourist tax by card. The lady at reception is not very friendly. The only positive point is the restaurant staff who are very helpful.

The room was clean, but some hairs were there. This hotel is definitely no 5 star hotel. Could be 3 but no more. „All inclusive“ should include every drink.. we have to pay for coffee specialities or special cocktails and beers. The food is of middle to low quality. Sorry to say, that the food is a dissapointment. Dimitri is a very cool guy. So the service deserves 4 stars.

I really liked the rest in this hotel. The rooms are clean and cozy. Delicious and varied cuisine, very friendly staff, always ready to help. The friendliness of the administrator Dmitry was especially memorable. We'll be back :)

To say this is a 5 star is a stretch. The hotel is dated and in dire need of some love. Walls are tissue paper thin and you can hear everything, even from a couple rooms over. 1st nite we called down at 130am when the noise became unbearable. Desk said what do you want us to do? Last nite was a similar ordeal but with a more "personal touch" that involved banging furniture for almost an hr. (We were impressed). All in all this hotel is not worth the stay. Air Canada should take them off the list.

The hotel staff is helpful and friendly besides one barman serving drinks during the evenings at the pool bar (I'll be honest... he was just rude). Building is situated really close to the sea, but the main problem for me is that it does not deserve 5 stars. To my standards it's somewhere around 4 stars in general as just because it's an older building there are some issues with it and it is just worn out in a lot of places especially the public bathrooms there, the elavator or the carpets on the floor or balconies.
Rooms were nice and renovated, so that's nice.
The food could be better since, as a not picky eater, I was unable to find much to eat there, unfortunately, and I usually don't have an issue with that.

Nice hotel and great food! We had a burger night at the beach bar and it was a really great experience, totally recommend it. The staff is very friendly and ready to help with anything you need.

This hotel deserves 3 stars, not 5. The rooms are modern but the insulation is catastrophic, you will hear absolutely everything the neighbour is doing, if you are next door to a couple or a group of young people you won't sleep.
The buffet is OK but not much more, not enough variation in the dishes and the taste isn't great.
The two swimming pools are a plus because the first is often full in high season.
The night porter at reception, the younger (not the older of the two who is nicer), is a disaster: he's as unfriendly as I've rarely seen, not a word, not a smile. Even though we'd been there for 10 days, he didn't believe that my friend was staying at the hotel, even though she showed him her bracelet and room card. He held us up to check our surnames on the computer at 4am. In the hotel world it's a scandal to do things like that, you'll never see that in another hotel. Talking to other groups of people in the hotel I realised that many had the same opinion of him.
Concerning the location, the hotel is extremely well situated, which is its strength, 5 minutes from the city centre and all the nightlife. There is also a beach less than 5 minutes away, I advise you to go to the extreme left of the beach because it is the only place where you will not have a rock to enter the water and swim.
