Check out at 12:00pm but you can use their facilities afterwards(swimming pool/shower/toilets/towels etc)

Water is leaking from the shower door because it needs to be sealed much better

For those who want to save money and see the beautiful Crete, go to the KTEL bus station. Here you can buy tickets to a variety of destinations, such as Preveli beach, Agia Galini, Chania, etc.
The cost of travel agencies is too high.
Great rooms with new furniture, great brealfast and amazing cleaning service!
Many praises to the management who will help you in your any wish just as if it is a 5 star hotel, i proposed to my girlfriend here and they prepped the room before we arrived and only charged for the flower cost from the flower shop, barelly budged to take even a small tip for such a big service.
If you are looking for a hotel in Crete, Rethymno + Eltina hotel is the best choice!
The staff was very friendly and happy to answer questions. The breakfast was AMAZING, and I looked forward to it each morning. The laundry facilities were easy to use.
Clean, spacious room with very comfortable bed and pillows. Cute cafe table and chairs on the balcony as well as a drying rack.
One tiny drawback: the wifi was spotty in our room, and we had problems maintaining a connection. (It was fine in the lobby and at the pool.)
