We had a very pleasant stay at your hotel; everything was clean and tidy, the breakfast was always good, and the hotel staff were very friendly.
I only have one complaint: the taxi you called for me charged 10 euros for a ride of just 2 kilometers, which doesn’t make much sense.
Otherwise, thank you again – we’ll see you next time!

My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights. The staff were super friendly and patient. The breakfast was tasty with a decent variety of sweet and savory. Fresh and full of flavor. The room and bathroom was smaller than expected but the bed was super comfortable and our balcony was a good size. Overall very pleased and definitely worth the money for a 3 start hotel. We will be back thank you so much!

The hotel is very clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Our room, bed and bathroom were a bit snug but I chose a standard for 2 ppl, which is fine for 3 day stay. We had a small terrace which was nice. Breakfast is fresh and abundant. Location is perfect, just 5mins walk down to market and all restaurants in the city.

Small rooms with bad soundproofing, you could hear everything.
Parking was a nightmare, we had to go to a parking garage nearby and pay extra 16€.

The room was fine, cleaned, but they switched the room twice due to their problems of setting things right from the beggining.
Also the staff of the restaurant ( the guy with glasses) was not polite and very rude to the customers, for having a drink in the lobby after the check out.

P.S. In the lobby, at the elevator there is a bad smell coming from the ventilation.

Nice clean room, professional and friendly staff. The only thing is you can’t get food delivered because they have a restaurant. I ordered room service the whole time I was here. The food is great but the menu is limited. If you have dietary restrictions this might not work. Otherwise, I would recommend it.

The room I was assigned to was very small for its price and very dark. The bathroom was very small as well.
The biggest problem was the water.
I could not get hot water in the shower.
They had to sent a maid to help me. However she also could not make the water hot. After 10 minutes she managed to make it at least warm so I finally could take a shower.
The room was not sound proofed at all so there were bangs and noises from upper rooms all the time.
I would not recommend.

Nice hôtel. The only downside...there is no parking. You need to go and park your car in a car park and pay. The hotel does NOT offer Free Parking. That is the only downside. Other than that, it's a great hotel and the breakfast has a variety of choices.

The room in the remodeled hotel is rather small in size but quite clean. You can very easily walk to a few nice tourist places such as Roman Forum of Thessaloniki, Holy Church of S. Demetrius, Aristoteles Square.

Best situation to be in Thessaloniki. Great hotel. Excellent rooms, super comfortable beds, great and thorough room cleaning service. Breakfast is simple but super tasty too. Enjoy Domotel
