Not worth for What you paid!
I m writing this feedback as a tourism professional who has been organizing trips to 27 countries!..
According to Online info there is written they have parking for cars! They do but they are charging! İt is not something that they can mentioned as an including service!
Lobby is great, renovated!
Rooms, Textile, furniture are too old and small size! Only space for a lugguage.
Bathroom doors are made by glass and there is no privacy at all.
Receiptionist Dimitris I assumed ( who has glasses and less hair than others were intentionly rude! Not possible to deal with!
As a 4* hotel if you are not opening your lobby bar till 11.00 am I have all rights to bring my take away coffee from outside!
Anyway I ll never ever stay or advice Capsis to anyone!

Totally different rooms from the pictures.
Dirty & smelling carpets.
Bugs inside the linen .
at the pictures shows the rooms are wood floor but in real it is all old& dirty carpets .
Not worth any penny they ask .
We went as family with child and not feel clean and safe.
Never choose again this hotel

I am an experienced traveler and find this hotel to be one of the best. First of all, I appreciate excellent catering - especially Greek cuisine. The staff, cleaning and the restaurant, are very nice and professional. The decoration of the hotel lobby, paintings and sculptures are breathtaking. The rooms seem a bit older, but they are nevertheless cozy and functional. The beds have absolutely great mattresses, high and firm.

I recently stayed at this hotel and while the facilities were good and the overall experience could have been great, the attitude of the staff, especially the receptionist, completely ruined my vacation. The receptionist was consistently rude and unhelpful, making what should have been a relaxing stay feel stressful. It’s a shame because the hotel itself has potential, but the customer service is seriously lacking. I would only consider coming back if they make changes to their staff, as this was the worst part of my experience.

I had the pleasure of staying at Capsis Hotel for just one night when our flight was unexpectedly delayed, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
The room was very nice, with clean and comfortable bedding, and the bathroom was spotless, which made our brief stay so much more relaxing.
What truly stood out to me was the kindness and efficiency of the kitchen staff. Despite the late hour we arrived at lunch, they went above and beyond to ensure we had a delicious meal. Their hospitality made a challenging day much easier to handle.
The hotel also features a very nice pool area, which, the children loved.
Thank you, Capsis Hotel, for turning a stressful situation into a pleasant experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in .. very cheep, and the pictures or the high rate on google or booking about this hotel, they are just a trap, I highly advise to not go into this trap and book a room in this hotel, the bathroom is below even standard, the WC is very normal, the washbasin, the bathtub, even be careful from insects as the washbasin and the bathtub have no waste cover, imagine the bathroom door is frosted glass where can’t get comfortable inside !!!
The rooms are very tight: they have no trash can, no tissue box, no water glass,
Normal AC not even central, small TV, they don’t run AC in the Corridors or the lobbies, they charge me $130 per night on august where it is not even worth $25,

Lovely hotel itself. Parking space, lovely breakfast, helpful staff but the best of all… THE ROOF POOL AND BAR!!! Just amazing, view of Thessaloniki and a very nice pool on the roof of this hotel. Bathroom was a bit old and beds weren’t the most comfortable but it was a nice stay.

Good view from the roof top, although was Hoping they opened the pool earlier in the morning
Wifi service slowed down during my stay and may not have been able to keep up with the number or guests users
