Lovely hotel, get location. Close to bus and tram stops and also walking distance from many highlights of Budapest. Would definitely recommend.

Location is very good. Near metro and airport bus 100e bus stop. Walkable to many attractions. The room is cleaned well daily. The aircon is too weak and the pillow is too soft.

I have stayed at this hotel several times before, and is my "go to" hotel in Budapest. On this occasion I was not able to stay at the hotel because of an urgent business issue requiring me to fly to Frankfurt immediately. The staff were excellent in helping me reschedule my pick up for the airport transfer, as well as allowing me access to the room (it was a none refundable booking) several hours before the 3pm check in time so I could have a couple of hours rest and much needed shower after an overnight flight. The understanding and help shown by the staff was outstanding and much appreciated. Definitely this will continue to be my "go to" hotel in Budapest.

The room is divided half with a door from other room, this is feels a bit unsafe. There was hair in shower. Dirty sheets. Average breakfast for value. Location is the best thing for this place. Close to public transportation and there are many restaurants and pubs around.

Location is the best! We had a wonderful stay here. Room was lovely, actually had three chairs to sit on other than the bed! Bedding crisp clean white. B’fast was totally adequate. Within walking distance of many sights, walking street and the Danube and restaurants galore! Staff were great! Thank you!

Not far from the center. Great location and fine breakfast. Not glamorous but all ones needs are met! Restaurant Main Stream Kitchen (next door) has a great menu and food was delightful!

This is a great hotel in a great location. It has a metro station less than 2 mins walk from the hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and has a great shower room. The breakfast was perfect and you could eat as much as you wanted. The staff were helpful and there was someone there every time we passed reception. I would stop here again and would recommend it to friends and family.

I do not recommend this hotel. An old hotel with old and smelly furniture, stinky carpeting that is everywhere in the hotel, windows that don't open and you can't air out or they don't stay closed properly and cold air gets in.
The bed sheets are small, old and full of holes.
The hotel staff lies, there is no heating in the room and the room temperature was 18 degrees. It is so cold that you can catch a cold!!!
The hotel staff is arrogant, rude and not helpful in solving problems.
Not to mention other small issues that we overlooked.
The breakfast is the most basic breakfast, with no fruits, nothing special.
It is a disgrace to a city as beautiful as Budapest.
The only good thing was the central location.
The worst hotel I have been to in years.
Avoid this hotel as much as you can!!!
