Terrible experience! I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY

From the moment we arrived, everything was a disaster. The rooms were dirty, with an unbearable musty smell and sheets that clearly hadn’t been changed. The breakfast was miserable: watery coffee, stale bread, and nothing fresh. But worst of all was the staff’s attitude, which was simply awful.

We were blatantly extorted and, as retaliation, they deliberately cut off the hot water. A totally unacceptable experience that shows the level of abuse and lack of professionalism at this place.

To make matters worse, the area right outside the hotel was full of dangerous people and drug addicts, who harassed us several times and even tried to rob us. It felt completely unsafe, especially at night, and the hotel made no effort to control the situation or warn their guests.

And to top it all off, a €90 jacket we had left hanging in the wardrobe was stolen. When we complained, the staff pretended to know nothing and didn’t even try to help us resolve it. A complete lack of respect.

This place is a total scam. They should not be allowed to keep operating. Avoid this hotel at all costs if you value your money, your safety, and your dignity.

We were very disappoint in this place the reviews said not was a nice place but no . Had a window looking over road lots of sirens all the time . No coffee tea kettle in room. Breakfast was shit. As you come into the building it smells . Court yard has broken ties and looks very messy you couldn’t use it .

Unfortunately, our experience at the hotel was very unpleasant and disappointing. We booked a family room with two bedrooms, but only one had air conditioning, and the units were small relative to the room size. The room was located right next to the smoking area, so cigarette smoke was constantly noticeable at the entrance. Some walls were damaged and peeling, and there were chewing gum stuck on one of the walls.

The windows let in a lot of light but also exposed us to noise from the floor below and above, which disturbed the quiet. The faucet in the jacuzzi was too low to shower standing up, and the jacuzzi itself was not working. The towel racks were rusty, and an electrical outlet was completely exposed — which is unsafe.

We arrived for breakfast at 9:00 AM, still an hour before closing, but there were no vegetables left (which were only cucumber and tomato to begin with), the bread was dry, the yogurt was mixed with jam, and the overall variety was very limited and insufficient.

Overall – a waste of money and a feeling of disregard for the customer. Not recommended for those seeking a pleasant and family-friendly stay
