Location was close to all the sights! Simple but delicious breakfast. Nice that there was an elevator lift to use in getting luggage in and out, however it looked unreliable so we took the stairs the rest of the time.
Room. Good for a few nights. Continental breakfast. Expect what u pay for...... coffee thought... excellent
I am very fuss about where I stay but have been impressed with this facility. Spotless and shiny! Location is excellent and walking distance to all major attractions. Could not asked for better service. Will come back again!
Good ubicated. The size of the room was ok. But we were able to hear all kind of noises from the other rooms. Not cool. Breakfast was a joke. Not coming back again.
Small hotel but the receptionist Ina was very helpful
Super location! The rooms are clean and comfortable but breakfast very little variety. This is a condo home that has been converted into a hotel from a beautiful B&B. Very close to the historic centre and the train station.

An incredible hotel! Very stylish lobby, well-equipped rooms, and friendly owner. Some more details: 1. The hotel has a good location. You can reach it from the train station by taking a tram (T2). Get off at the Parterra Liberta station (or something like that) and then walk around 500 metres. Also, It takes about 25-30 minutes to walk to the main attractions at a leisurely pace. The area is very...
Lovely old-fashioned Italian style hotel with great service, only 20 minutes walk from city center :) highly recommend

The staff were all very friendly. The receptionists and breakfast staff were also friendly and made me feel at ease. The cappuccino at breakfast was delicious!
This is the best hotel experience that my boyfriend and I have ever had. The room was comfortable and clean, it's in a nice location where we could easily walk to the center of Florence where the landmarks and the galleries are found. While the location was nice what really made our stay was Alessandro, who runs the bar and the food service. Our first night we ended up getting there pretty late due...
We had a really lovely stay for a week for my 60th birthday. The staff were very attentive & gave us advice about Florence & the surrounding area. The continental breakfast included was great & a good opportunity to fill up before sightseeing. Rooms were comfy, had all the amenities & very quiet. The only drawback is being a good 20 minutes from the centre of Florence but if we had a hotel closer the...

Very good experience. Beautiful place , calm , and near the center. We loved our stay there, the room is amazing, the breakfast perfect. You can book there with eyes closed.
The villa and the neighborhood are extraordinary. The garden, the attention and the setting are unique. It is as if you have been brought back in time.
We really loved all details about the place, from the warm reception Ingrid gave us, including the double shower available in our room, spacious room and the amazing views all around. The breakfast was very good, ambient music, garden for nice photos as well.
Beautiful villa located in quiet area still so close to all you want to see in Firenze. If you don’t mind walking, everything is in walking distance. Our room was nice, white and spacious. Super good bathroom. The whole atmosphere very cozy :) Breakfast by pre-order and very nice, served in very stylish breakfast room. Highly recommended.
Just far enough away from the crowds! Lovely villa in a residential area close to bus transit or walkable to city center. A wonderful place run by the nicest hosts. The breakfast each morning was a treat and the cappuccinos were delicious. Highly recommend
Villa Nardi is an exceptional place! We would definitely stay there again! The villa truly embodies the spirit of Florence, very artistic! The furnishings, exterior, and service were all of the highest standard! The owners of the villa shared its history with us and provided a list of their recommended restaurants!

Had a fantastic stay here. The building is beautiful and in a great location. We had an amazing view of the cathedral and there were lots of places to walk to nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful with requests outside of their normal day-to-day operations. We stayed in a room over the main street and a few nights could hear the noise of the city. Just be prepared for that if you're the...
Don't expect the hotel luxurious, but its location is wonderful. Team hosts gracious and dedicated, very nice and responsive to every need, answering and assisting all intents and purposes, spacious rooms, very clean. In short, perfect!
The biggest plus on this 3* hotel is location and personal. It's a few steps away from Duomo which is possible to see also from the window. The personal is kind and helpful. The room was bigger than we expected, clean with two windows of stunning views. We didn't have problem with anything , just the mini bar in our room wasn't working. Breakfast was rich and tasty ! We got no problems with noises...
Great location and quite a comfortable room. Staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast is continental and enough to start your day. It is extremely noisy outside. It is right next to the Duomo. Buskers and entertainment goes on after dusk so be prepared for an evening of loud music etc... The windows dampen the usual street noise but it is a VERY noisy area. We find the location perfect for us...
EXCELLENT location as it is a 30 second walk to the cathedral. The rooms are very spacious with comfortable beds. Breakfast is decent. Needs better showers, though, with warmer water. We had a few cold(er) showers than we would have liked
It has a magnificent view and is very close to The Cathedral. The breakfast excellent, and if it is necessary to indicate which keys are to be collected at another hotel since they do not have reception

Very convenient and close to the main train station. Walkable to all the attractions sights.
The room was very spacious and comfortable. You can have breakfast in your room, so you can relax and enjoy it. Another thing I would recommend is that it is very conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from the station.
The night shift guy was unfriend at all
The toilet got clogged and wouldn't flush. Other than that there were no particular issues. It was close to the station and the reception was very helpful.
Very old but the view is great and you can see the cathedral directly
The room is at the first floor, was poorly lit, rather dim, and had a strange smell that made it a little uncomfortable

This is a very nice hotel with friendly, helpful staff who have excellent English language skills. There is also a great buffet breakfast. However, the hotel is situated a good 25-30 minute walk from the centre of town making it rather inconvenient if you're a tourist here for a few days. The wifi is also the worst I've experienced in Italy.
Nice and quiet. Staff have excellent English skills. The room is warm and neat. It is a bit of a walk from the centre of town.
Excellent hotel in Florence, good location with easy walking to most places of interest, delicious breakfast with planty of choices.
We staid there 3 nights. It was very nice. The cew is extrem kind, helpfull. Breakfast good and more than enough. It was a good choice.
Best hotel. Rooms are nice and comfortable. The hotel is near the river and one should enjoy the view at river during sun rise and sun set.
Excellent customer services and very good breakfast plus pretty reasonable room rates. This place is highly recommended.

Great location and the owner helped with our bags, which was awesome since it is 66 steps up, with no lift. Absolutely beautiful rooftop which is where we had happy hour every evening. Lovely bells from the nearby church and gorgeous views.
WiFi connectivity was horrible. There should be an upgradable option for WiFi. Traveling with students who has to get online for school and it was very problematic.
Great central location and a lovely warm welcome.
The hotel was very disappointing, it was on the third floor of the building with no lift access. The entrance was dimly lit and the staircase narrow and gloomy.. There are no staff present over night from 2200-0800. This meant checking out with no receptionist. The room was small, furniture dated and my room was immediately next to the reception and main entrance 3 metres away. As a consequence, extremely...
Location is very good !! The staff also very good and helpful ! Room is old, basic but comfortable except for the bathroom, the shower it’s very very small
This isn’t a luxury hotel. It’s a comfortable, small hotel with extraordinarily kind staff who really want you to enjoy Florence. If you are looking for authenticity you will be surrounded by small bars, cafes and restaurants run by actual Florentines - and you will probably have a better time than if you stayed in someplace that cost twice as much. It was one the best hotel in Florence The staff were fantastic and friendly, there were very helpful and welcoming, the room was amazing and super cozy , the location is just ideal and very close to thr station and the centre of florence Thanks a lot Raniya
We like that we could easily find the hotel as a "one street straight line" from the centre of Florence. We walked it both days that we were there.
Loved this hotel! Breakfast was a treat and the staff was very lovely and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable after a long day.
Andrea and staff were superb. We stayed for 6 nights at hotel. The hotel is walkable to historic center and tram station. We would recommend hotel to family and friends.
I booked this room type on the second night. It is very large, has a balcony, and is quiet. It is located northeast of the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. You can only see the church by walking to the corner of the street. You can't hear the bells, but it is a 15-minute walk to the church. You can go through the alley and pass by the Paleontological Museum. It is a very quiet local residential...

Very friendly and courteous service. Very good located. Fair price. Clean. Meets our expectations.
Lovely quiet hotel close to Florence attractions. Spotless friendly with large rooms . Beautiful seating areas good continental breakfast x
Lovely stay at Hotel Morandi alla Crocetta. Really beautiful and unique hotel, which from our understanding was a convent as recently as 1997. We had the fresco room, which was lovely to wake up to. It was also well equipped with a mini fridge. Staff were very kind and accommodating, and breakfast was very good. Would not hesitate to recommend.
I took one star off because I was not allowed to make a reservation without a credit card. But I highly recommend this place. Central location, good service, reasonable price, and above all beautiful interior design. Ask for a quiet room, away from the street.

Great breakfasts. Only a 10-minute walk from the hotel to the main attractions of Florence. Surprisingly quiet, considering the location. 5/5 — had a great stay here in Florence.
Great hotel for the price, beautiful and comfortable rooms and great service. The only things I would add to the rooms is a way to make coffee and tea, and a lamp on the desk. Great bathroom with big showers
The location is very great, as it is close to the central train station and surrounded by stores and restaurants. The staff is nice and can communicate well in English.
The hotel is located next to the train station and easy to get to. They offer free breakfast with a wide selection of things to eat and drink. It is a short walk to get to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, some wine windows. It is has many restaurants and supermarkets close by. Value for money when you are in Florence.

Excellent service! The owner and the lady who works with him are very nice persons and hard workers. The room was always clean, they leave everything perfect for you every day. This is by far the best hotel I've stayed at in Rome. The location is super convenient, and the triple room we booked was quite spacious. The breakfast was good too.
Excellent! The room was very spacious, and the TV was a Samsung 7-series, which allowed us to watch Netflix.
I really loved this hotel! It was super clean and smelled great. The breakfast was delicious, I ate so much, haha!
The balcony wasn't furnished with a table and chairs as shown in the pictures. I chose the room without breakfast, but there's a bakery nearby, which is convenient. It's also quite close to Printemps and Galeries Lafayette, making it easy to go shopping.
Our stay at Hotel Orto de’ Medici in Florence was charming and memorable. The hotel’s location is excellent—close enough to walk to major attractions like the Duomo and Accademia Gallery, yet tucked away on a quieter street that gives the area a relaxed, authentic feel. Nice B&B on the hills of Florence (close to Sesto Fiorentino). Public transportation is not so close. The location is very nice and peaceful, surrounded by olive trees. The owner is very kind and welcome and will serve you a nice breakfast. Advised if you want to visit Florence but stay at a quiet, relaxing place at night.
Clean and quiet are the masters of the environment. Friendly and helpful staff. Nothing out of place! The only problem is the way to reach it because it is tight, but still feasible! Highly recommended!!!
Very large room, with the possibility of climate control, but does not seem to be needed given the thick walls that provide a cool climate. Bathroom with shower cabin and a “double”. The hotel is in a great location, a 5-minute walk from Porta Romana. It is quiet in the bustling area. The breakfast is also good. Although it is not very rich, it has everything you need. There is also free parking in the hotel.
The staff were very polite and the breakfast was delicious. I had a great stay without any issues. Thank you.
It is slightly far from the train station, about 2.7 kilometers and a 32-minute walk. The hygienic condition is average. I had bumps on my face after staying for two nights. The toilet doesn't flush very well. After flushing once, water can no longer be flushed. Moreover, the water in the toilet makes a bit loud noise in the middle of the night. The service attitude is very satisfactory, and all questions...
The hotel is in a great location - close to all the attractions. An old villa, surrounded by greenery on all sides. In the mornings - I enjoyed the singing of birds. the place was good, but really classic one. It seems like a mansion before and is transferred into a hotel. All the facilities are likely 80’s or so. But the staff there was great and patient. It's very good. The host is also very welcoming. He greets us every time at the front desk. The self-service check-in is smooth.
The hotel is quite difficult to find. After entering, you have to go up to the 5th floor. You need to use the PIN code to open the door, not the link in the email. It was a struggle to find it. There was also a dog barking inside the door on the 4th floor. Other than that, there were no negatives. The room was spacious and clean, and mineral water was provided. For the price, it was a good value.
The location was superb, 5 minutes walking distance from Duomo Florence and all sightseeings. The room was cleaned every day and the service of the reception was great. I recommend it for people who like simple and clean accomodation. Well done guys!
Florence was quite the experience and this hotel was pretty good. A bit of mucking around getting the access to rooms sorted but once that was worked out it all went well from there. One of our group needed a room change and the staff was accomadating and helpful. Arranged our Taxi pickups and other small requests. The tiny elevator worked well and saved alot of stair climbing. The hotel is a renovated old building. Because the interior is newly renovated, it is clean and tidy👍 However, it is a bit overwhelming for the decoration to be completed in one step and "unmanned management". Great location as its in the center and close to everything. The beds were super comfortable and the room was very clean. The service provided was even better as the staff took the time to explain to us which restaurants/places to visit!
I was concerned about choosing this hotel based on the fact that it was one-star. It may be technically one-star but has five-star friendliness, cleanliness, and location. Great little hotel, only downside was the shower didn’t drain at all. Room was clean, breakfast was good area was nice.
This hotel is a great option if you want to stay within walking distance of the city centre. It’s conveniently located near the train station, and the breakfast is great. However, it’s important to note that the hotel is located on the second floor and doesn’t have an elevator.
I was grateful to find this hotel which is able to accommodate my family of four (2 college aged kids) in 1 room.
