The room is spacious and clean. The staff is very polite and welcoming. There is no breakfast, but this is no problem since in every corner in Florence there are good bakery's and patisseries. Excellent location next to the train station and close walking distance to almost everything. Staff are very attentive and helpful. However, be aware there’s NO ELEVATOR in the hotel and front desk is not 24 hours, only until 8PM, which is not very convenient.

The train to Florence was significantly delayed, but 24-hour check-in was available, which was very helpful. The facility was not new, but it was clean and I felt safe staying there. It was also a good place to stay where I could fully enjoy the Italian atmosphere.

The place is very nice, great location, my room was spacious and clean. What I didn't like was that the wi-fi was really bad. Was almost impossible to use it in the room and as a tourist it was something I really needed. Also in the morning I had to woke up at 6 every day, due to the noise of the track that was picking the trash on the street.

Great customer service and hospitality here! The price was affordable and it was close by a lot of places like the Piazza of Michelangelo and loved the vibe.
