The hotel is located very close to the Santa Maria Novella railway station and can be easily reached. It is located on the second floor (with elevator) of a historic building with well-renovated rooms, with internal bathrooms and air conditioning. The windows and balconies do not offer a particular view, but the location allows you to reach the city center in about fifteen minutes on foot. The staff are friendly and helpful and the prices are fair considering you are in Florence. The breakfast is good and will serve in a pleasantly furnished room.
In the surroundings there are many restaurants.
The place is suitable for individuals traveling on business or families on a trip or on vacation.

The hotel itself is not so beautiful, but it gots everything you need and it's clean. It's close to the train station and the city centre as well. Ivan at the reception is like the most helpful person I've ever met.

If your looking for a down to earth well loved hotel that could do with some maintenance then this is it. I have to say the location and the service I got here is excellent. I was on my own so the owners giving me their number was cute. They even noticed I needed another pillow and gave me one after they cleaned and noticed, without me asking for one I might add.
One thing to note is that these guys are on the second floor. There is a lift but it's old and iffy. But otherwise for a cheap hotel I highly recommend.

Amazing hotel! The best hotel in Florence. When you enter, the freshness and cleanliness is captivating. The staff makes you feel home, very kind and helpful. I enjoyed staying there.

Everything is just perfect in this hotel. Location is absolutely perfect, because it’s very near to railway station. It’s a straight road, just cross the road and there is your hotel
Staff is very very helpful, cooperative and friendly. This is the best part and highlight of the hotel. We requested to pack our breakfast because next day we had our train early in morning and they did it for us. They are very accommodative

Fantastic hotel just next to the SMN train station!

I waited for an hour at the hotel. Nobody came and the hotel door was closed. Visit if you want to spoil your fun trip. The unkindness of the staff is a bonus.
