Great location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Just the bed and pillows were very very bad. Thinnest pillow Ive ever seen and the mattress was horrible. But the room was large and clean.

Vintage Room is clean, and updated bathroom. I don't like that it is noisy especially with no sound proof from outside be it from the small street or the corridor of our room. Not for light sleeper.
There are lots of mosquitoes, which they provided the electric insect repellent that helps abit. Guess it depends on the season of the time.
Location is 10min walk to the train station. Convenient access to the tourist attraction.
Thumbs up to the concierge - Caudios and restaurant Uri (not sure if I spelled the name correctly!) for the personal touch and extra miles to offer freshly squeezed orange juice and bottled water. It helps to relieve our stay here with the final touches.

Traveling with kids, the spacious rooms was quite welcoming. AC was working great. Great location to all the popular places around, was only about a 15 min walk to most places we went out it. Train station super close by.

The Junior Suite where I stayed with my two children was clean and spacious, which was a welcome relief in the 36-degree heat of early August. The air conditioning proved to be a real plus, allowing us to escape the sweltering outdoor temperatures and relax comfortably in our room.
The hotel's walkable location also made it easy for us to explore nearby attractions like the Duomo and the statue of David by Michelangelo. We were able to stroll to these iconic landmarks and take in the rich cultural sights by easy walking

Pictures have nothing to do with the actual room, broken itens inside the room and space if far less than showed. Reception forgets that they speak English when it pleases them. Never ever park your car with them - they use a third party provider and and both claim no responsibilities on damages to the vehicle.

We loved this hotel! The staff were really nice and kind. It is near Santa Maria Novella and the train station and like 15 min walk from Santa Maria del Fiori. You can have the most amazing pasta across the street in Osteria Pastella.

What a gorgeous hotel. There is no better way to experience Florence than by staying in an actual 500-year-old palace! The building is luxurious; the staff is friendly and helpful. Great breakfast spread and bar service in the evening! No better way to start or end your day than coffee or a drink in the garden.
Perfect location: just a few minutes away from both the train station (easy to get to), the Duomo and other stunning historical sites, loads of restaurants and shops.
We had such a great time here, highly recommend Palazzo dal Borgo to anyone looking for a place to stay in Florence!

The hotel is in central location in Florence with main sightseeing spots within 30 minute's walk. The Santa Maria Novella central train station is 10 min. walk away. With taxi it is about 15 min. from the airport to the hotel (standard rate 28€ plus luggage or other surcharges).
We booked the room with a jacuzzi tub and a view to the Santa Maria Novella church. The bed is also comfortable.
There are plenty of restaurants in the district, and the receptionist also gave us suggestions.
The breakfast buffet is good; better if they could serve fried eggs or soft boiled eggs...

A little tricky to find, but the suite we had was spectacular. Staff was very friendly and accommodating with our dog.

This hotel offers a great stay for a good price. The location is great and lies within walking distance from the train station as well as most tourist locations.
All employees were welcoming and could help us with any requests.
The room we had was generally fine, however the AC and hairdryer could’ve been better. The receptionist promised us that they’d look into this. The beds were fine and there was not much noise from the streets.
We greatly enjoyed the breakfast as it offered a good variety of different products for different travelers.
