Hotel Executive

Hotel was ok, the curtains did not block out much of the streetlight outside my window, was hard to sleep. The city wakes up at 6am, and so did I, thanks to all the road noise blaring into my room. Breakfast was good, food tasted fresh, with a fair amount of options. Bed was hard, but acceptable, shower was super small. Room was booked as part of a tour, I’m sure there are many other places more comfortable.

I can only speak highly of this hotel. We booked a package through Air Canada and were a bit apprehensive, especially after a disappointing experience at our previous hotel in Venice. However, the manager here was incredibly kind and attentive, assuring us we’d have a fantastic stay—and he was absolutely right.

He went above and beyond by offering us a room that included a separate bedroom and bathroom for our son, almost like a junior suite. Having traveled extensively over the years, I can confidently say that this is a well-managed hotel, where you can feel the luxury in the small details. The manager even noticed it was my birthday and thoughtfully sent a bottle of Prosecco to my room.

The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of food.
Staff is friendly and always trying to help.
I can guarantee that the next time we travel to Florence , we’ll be booking here again. I have nothing but positive things to say about this hotel.

We were traveling with our adult daughter, so the staff made sure we had a room for 3 with a real single bed - not a pull out chair, cot, or sofa bed. (It's the junior suite, if you need that.) The room and bathrooms were a bit larger than most that we had in Italy. Instead of a shower curtain or full glass doors, they had a panel of glass that ran only only 1/2 the length of the bathtub/shower, which resulted in water all over the floor, no matter how hard we tried to contain it. The second bathroom had the very small corner shower that we experienced all over Italy. A nice indoor and outdoor space for breakfast. Food was ok on the one morning we ate there. We ended up going across the street to a great pastry shop for breakfast instead. Front desk crew were all very helpful. The area is quiet, just on the edge of all the action, but easily walkable to all sites in Florence. I would stay here again.

What a fantastic hotel! Had the pleasure of staying 5 nights for a creativity conference also situated in a fantastic conference room in the hotel. I was amazed by the friendliness of the staff and superb cleanliness of the facilities. The front desk welcomed me by name every time I came back in and departed, it's those little things that really put a hotel over the top. Also the location is incredible, you are withing 10 minutes walking trip of everything but just outside the crazy hustle/bustle of some of the busier areas. The breakfast is top-notch and I was blown away by the selection of pastries to go along with the selection of meats, eggs, pancakes, breads, etc. Hotel Executive is the only place I'll stay on my future visits to Rome!

Had a wonderful experience here! The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are organized and clean. I was surprised at how many options the breakfast had, and the food was great.
The staff is also very friendly and polite all the time. I had a problem with my bag and they were very quick and nice to help me.
The location was also really great, it’s about a 15min walk from the center (which wasn’t an issue since there’s plenty of restaurants around the area) and a short walk from the station.

Whenever I’m back in Florence, I’ll be happy to stay at this hotel again!

we recently stayed for 1 night in this hotel. it’s a little far from the Florence train station but the room was nice. TV was small and old. however the bathroom was super nice! breakfast was ok, not a lot of choices. the front desk was very friendly. recommend to people who don’t mind extra walk and would like to find a nice and quiet place to sleep.

the hotel is close to the historic center of florence. Nevertheless, it is easy to reach it by car and there is plenty of parking space. Families with children are treated particularly well. The rooms are very clean. Breakfast is also very good and included in the price. The hotel manager Riccardo Cacioli is very helpful and has helped us with every concern. Highly Recommended! Big thanks to the entire team from the Hotel Executive! This Hotel made our stay in Firenze to a unforgettable Vacation.

Clean room, very good location, walking distance to all the attractions in Florence!
