Room Mate Isabella

We had to leave our other hotel in Florence and this place absolutely saved us. A great room with cute style. There are some stairs to get up to the lobby, but the concierge was kind enough to carry my bag up at midnight. The employees were so kind. Grazie Gabriel!!

The hotel was in a perfect location and the staff was exceptional. We stayed in the junior suite and it was well appointed and provided a restful sleep for us. The morning breakfast was delightful and was located in a beautiful setting. We would definitely stay here again - thank you for a wonderful stay.

This hotel and the people that run, it saved our butts and the whole visit to Florence for my wife and I. I am convinced we had some sort of extra worldly divine help the evening we needed a room so badly and not only did Isabella offer us a room for a fair price but also provided a safe place and peace of mind at midnight.
We had to abandon our previous hotel due to cleanliness which will not be named in shamed simply because they eventually did the right thing and give us a full refund

Without the kind staff at Isabella hotel, we would’ve left Florence without any magic, but instead this hotel led to us finding very cool places nearby like the Palazzo and the piano bar open till 1 AM and the next day the very cool cocktail bar next-door, Giacosa.

Plus, you are sleeping above the Gucci store. You look like a Baller in the morning even on a budget like me.

I have stayed at Room Mate Isabella two times, both were an exquisite experience. After the redecoration the room was even prettier! A luxurious feeling, business of extremely high quality and high end service. I booked the room directly from the website. The reception personnel was absolutely perfect with the smallest detail and made us feel special as visitors. Because of my 100% positive experience with Isabella, I am considering Room Mate for future trips to other cities, too.

The hotel is in an amazing location but the thing that makes it really special is the staff. This is our second time visiting and it was just as good as we remembered. It feels less like a hotel and more like staying with friends. Always a friendly welcome, a glass of prosecco or a coffee waiting to greet you on your return from a day shopping or sightseeing.

Amazing from start to finish, the rooms are beautiful, the location is perfect, right in the heart of Florence. I would recommend it to anyone and I will be staying here again for sure. Thank you.

Perfect: well located, beautiful, original and welcoming atmosphere and staff friendly and multilingual. Quality/price very accomplished taking into account the area. I 100% recommended!!!

Nice room. Decent breakfast with good selection. AC automatically turned off after 1 min until I complained at front desk. Walking distance to everything.
