Stayed at the Club Hotel for three nights in February 2025. Perfect in all ways . from the warm welcome , breakfast service and staff and super clean. Room is very comfortable even if somewhat small ( which we knew ). Hotel is just across the road from the train station so great if you do not want to carry luggage.

Very happy to have stayed her and will return

Optimal choice regarding price-quality ratio, staff were young, kind and professional. Barista makes great coffee, room was comfortable and tidy.

Absolute World Class Service, at a modern and chic Hotel. Starting from my arrival at the front desk, Both gentlemen that checked me in and assisted me with my stay were warm and welcoming. They both allowed me to feel acknowledged and valued which I appreciated after my long travel to Firenze.
The room was great, it was just right. Like a small studio equipped with all the necessities. Including the cute personalized welcome letter ❤️ I must highlight Roshan at breakfast, he exhibited the true meaning of attentive, genuine and warm customer service. When I was in a rush he was quick on his feet to assist me in his calm, polite and warm manner you added value to my day with this small gesture !!
The whole staff has mastered the meaning of genuine customer service !! Thank you sooo much C-Hotels Club you made my stay in Firenze impeccable ❤️I will be back for sure. I absolutely recommend this Hotel ❤️

Wonderful Stay with an Amazing Breakfast Experience

I stayed at this hotel for three days, and every morning, I found myself looking forward to breakfast the most. The service staff (Oshini , Roshan and Davide) were absolutely delightful – their warm smiles, kindness, and energy made each morning feel special.

The food was excellent, and the coffee was exceptional – truly a perfect way to start the day. The attention to detail and the friendly atmosphere created such a positive impression that breakfast became one of the highlights of my stay.

Awesome location, super neat to train station - good for those who don’t want to drag their luggage. Service is good and they gifted me chocolate and pasta! Good surprise for me. Plus point is they have lift, so don’t need to drag luggage through stairs.

The common space such as the hallways need updating. The elevator is small fits only two people but nothing can be done about that. Overall, it is such a cute hotel. Enough space for two people. Spacious bathroom. Around the corner from the train station and within walking distance of every attraction and shopping. Super wonderful and would stay again.

Great hotel location very close to train station and all the tourist sights. Great wifi, AC and spacious clean rooms. Only area of improvement is more accessible iron for cloths. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Great location and friendly front desk. The room had high ceiling which we appreciated a lot. Perfect base to plan trip to Pisa as well. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay at the club hotel in Florence

Friendly staff. Nice clean updated rooms. Comfortable beds. Good wifi. AC worked well and was quiet. Water pressure for showering was strong. Very close to train station, so great for walking to/from with luggage. Would certainly staybhere again.

Excellent location and staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was clean but showing some wear and tear.
Breakfast was great, especially the coffee with your name on it.
Hotel is currently being upgraded. So will stay again when complete.
