The common space such as the hallways need updating. The elevator is small fits only two people but nothing can be done about that. Overall, it is such a cute hotel. Enough space for two people. Spacious bathroom. Around the corner from the train station and within walking distance of every attraction and shopping. Super wonderful and would stay again.

Great hotel location very close to train station and all the tourist sights. Great wifi, AC and spacious clean rooms. Only area of improvement is more accessible iron for cloths. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Great location and friendly front desk. The room had high ceiling which we appreciated a lot. Perfect base to plan trip to Pisa as well. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay at the club hotel in Florence

Friendly staff. Nice clean updated rooms. Comfortable beds. Good wifi. AC worked well and was quiet. Water pressure for showering was strong. Very close to train station, so great for walking to/from with luggage. Would certainly staybhere again.

Excellent location and staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was clean but showing some wear and tear.
Breakfast was great, especially the coffee with your name on it.
Hotel is currently being upgraded. So will stay again when complete.

Location across from the train depot for convenient access to a variety of historical buildings and restaurants. Very clean, comfortable Hotel overall. Great bar area and breakfast buffet (add'l cost). Only thing I might consider as an improvement would be better pillows and facial tissue for the room.

This hotel doesn’t not feel like a 4-stat hotel!
Overall, our room was very rundown with wallpapers pilling and traces of water damage.
The room was not lit properly and the bathroom, although cosmetically renovated, was otherwise the best: vanity was cracked and the drainage was super slow. There was no fan in the bathroom making it very steamy and unpleasant.
The walls were so thin that we could hear every movement in the adjacent room including shower and bathroom time.
Main lobby was done but the back of the main floor where the elevator was located was still under construction and unfinished.
Regarding the location, it was minutes from the train station and 15-20 min what from the main attractions, but around the hotel was very sketchy and rough with lots of homeless people.

The location was ideal because it was super short walk to the main train station and easy to walk to all the main city attractions. The hotel was also super clean and new remodeled. The staff was super friwndlyvamd professional. We always felt very comfortable and secure. We will definitely come back and stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it.

I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff was exceptionally kind, and the room perfectly met my expectations. It struck the right balance between being fancy, clean, and comfortable without excessive luxury. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay! Also very well allocated. Just next to the train station(which makes the transfer from the airport to the city very easy), and 10 mins away from the city center!

Very nice and helpful staff!!! The room we got was clean, nice and modern. Good location near the train station and there is a bus station nearby.
