It is a luxurious hotel. Breakfast was amazing. The room was super nice, mattress and pillows are perfect. The atmosphere is cozy and wonderful. A very beautiful rooftop. Amazing cocktails in the bar. I love it

Great location and very friendly and attentive front desk staff. Only about a 7 minute walk from the train station. The restaurant was INCREDIBLE. We had dinner there one night and the chef came out to meet us. Delicious food and great service. Also had breakfast there and they had a great selection of items.

We had drinks one night on the rooftop which has amazing views of the Duomo. Great service there.

Room was nice, but it was on the smaller side. Also lobby has a very strong perfume smell, but we weren’t hanging in the lobby for long periods of time, so it was manageable.

The BEST hotel we stayed at during our 2 week euro trip. Staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and caring.

They even brought our toddlers some coloring books and teddy bears after we checked in.

You truly feel immersed in the culture and heritage of the city just by walking through its doors.

What made our stay exceptional, however, was the outstanding service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. A special thanks to Antonella, the restaurant manager, whose warm hospitality and insightful recommendations on food and wine elevated every meal. Her knowledge and passion added so much value to our dining experience.

The concierge team also deserves a special mention—they were incredibly helpful, responsive, and attentive, offering excellent suggestions and making every request feel seamless.

Tivoli Palazzo Gaddi offers not only a stunning setting but also a team that genuinely cares. It was a truly memorable experience, and we look forward to returning.

One of the best places we have stayed and the best for our trip to Italy. Conveniently located to the bus station and many of the attractions in Florence. The staff was top notch. Note that in the winter the balcony is closed but you can still access it, just no staff or bar attendant. I give them extra points for the holiday decorations! Oh yeah and the breakfast was amazing everyday.

The hotel retains all the splendour of the original family's palace residence, complemented by friendly staff for whom nothing was too much trouble.
