NH Collection Palazzo Gaddi

My wife and I and other family members were fortunate enough to have spent a few days in Florence on holiday at this wonderful hotel. We were all very impressed with the hotel including the rooms, the service and best breakfast we ever had. All people at the hotel were so very helpful and pleasant. The rooftop bar was a real treat with the wonderful view and again excellent service. We look forward to a return to Florence and another stay at this terrific hotel. Thank you.

Just a 5 minute walk from the train station and right smack in the middle of Florence. Easy access to all attractions. Friendly and professional service. Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast buffet is outstanding and way above average. Aria rooftop bar is magical. Great cocktail program.

This hotel was absolutely lovely. It is well located near the Duomo, shopping, restaurants, etc. It is decorated beautifully. The staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The rooms are nice, but some may be on the smaller side. It may be worth asking about that when making a reservation. The beds are very comfortable. There is a lovely rooftop patio where you can dine and enjoy the amazing city views. There is also a very good restaurant that has indoor seating as well as outdoor seating in “the secret garden”. I would definitely stay here again.

We thought the Firenze Palazzo Gaddi was one of the very best hotels in the world. Everything about it was exceptional. When we arrived we were given such a wonderfully warm, special reception. The staff are all amazing, helpful and kind. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are spotless with the most comfortable beds of any hotel we have ever visited. And the Presidential Suite has to be the most incredible room in all of Florence. We loved everything about our stay and give it the highest possible recommendation!

We stayed here at the end of our trip and wish we had a longer time here. The room, location, and staff were nothing short of amazing. The hotel itself is beautiful and the views can’t be topped. The concierge, Michele, was a highlight of our trip! He was incredibly helpful in providing recommendations and helping book excursions. Dimitri, the bar manager, was amazing as well. We miss this hotel so much already and can’t wait to come back.

The hotel did not disappoint… the accommodations and location were excellent! Everyone was welcoming and helpful especially the concierge Cecilia who assisted with dinner recommendations and reservations along with securing an itinerary and travel amongst the cities in Tuscany. Made our trip more enjoyable and stress free.

This is a beautiful hotel located on a relatively quiet street in Florence. We stayed here for two nights. Service was very helpful, especially one of the gentlemen at the front desk, who basically helped us to our room.

We enjoyed breakfast each morning, which includes a made to order omelets. Pastries were delicious as was the selection of local meats and cheeses.

There is a bar on the rooftop, where we enjoyed a round of drinks. The views of Florence are very nice and nearly all of the people we saw took both selfies and pictures of the local churches.

Beautiful hotel in a great location, very clean room with a very comfortable bed and unbeatable service (especially Ana Maria).

Great. Great staff. Irreproachable. Breakfast is a bit limited, perhaps due to the pandemic. But I 100% recommend staying. Great location.

This was an amazing hotel. The beauty of the palace, the beautiful architecture and amazing scent!!! The interior design is stunning. Best of all the service was impeccable. Antonella, (hope this is correct spelling) was a pure delight. She is polished, knowledgeable, and extremely detail oriented. She was also most importantly a delight to speak with and made us feel like we were her favorite guests.
The concierge service was also very helpful in securing museum reservations and outstanding restaurant recommendations.
The entire staff in general was top notch.
The morning breakfast was not only delicious but beautifully presented.
I highly recommend and although would love to return to other locations in Italy, this hotel would be reason alone to return to beautiful Firenze. Thanks you!
