One of the best places we have stayed and the best for our trip to Italy. Conveniently located to the bus station and many of the attractions in Florence. The staff was top notch. Note that in the winter the balcony is closed but you can still access it, just no staff or bar attendant. I give them extra points for the holiday decorations! Oh yeah and the breakfast was amazing everyday.

This truly is a 5-star hotel, exceeding expectations in every way. The property is stunningly beautiful and impeccably clean. The service was exceptional, with staff demonstrating genuine kindness. The hotel's location is ideal. We celebrated my wife's 40th birthday here, and the staff went above and beyond with thoughtful surprises and gestures. Highly recommended.

One of the best hotels I’ve been to. The staff were amazing super friendly and helpful. The Christmas decorations made me feel like a little kid loved it 😍 everything was a walkable distance from the hotel. Really enjoyed our stay would definitely book again 👍🏻

We enjoyed a FANTASTIC seven night stay at this hotel over the Christmas period. The hotel retains all the splendour of the original family's palace residence, complemented by friendly staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holiday season and was perfect for exploring the magic of Florence. Highly recommended!

I stayed at this beautiful hotel in Florence two years ago, and my experience was absolutely unforgettable. Upon check-in, the receptionist, Francesco, warmly welcomed me and went above and beyond by upgrading my room. The room itself was impressively spacious, more than I could have imagined, and filled with high-quality amenities that truly enhanced my stay. Every detail was well thought out, with comforts that far exceeded my expectations, making it feel luxurious yet cozy. Francesco’s hospitality, combined with the hotel’s superb offerings, made this stay one I’ll always remember fondly. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Florence!

My wife and I and other family members were fortunate enough to have spent a few days in Florence on holiday at this wonderful hotel. We were all very impressed with the hotel including the rooms, the service and best breakfast we ever had. All people at the hotel were so very helpful and pleasant. The rooftop bar was a real treat with the wonderful view and again excellent service. We look forward to a return to Florence and another stay at this terrific hotel. Thank you.

Just a 5 minute walk from the train station and right smack in the middle of Florence. Easy access to all attractions. Friendly and professional service. Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast buffet is outstanding and way above average. Aria rooftop bar is magical. Great cocktail program.

This hotel was absolutely lovely. It is well located near the Duomo, shopping, restaurants, etc. It is decorated beautifully. The staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The rooms are nice, but some may be on the smaller side. It may be worth asking about that when making a reservation. The beds are very comfortable. There is a lovely rooftop patio where you can dine and enjoy the amazing city views. There is also a very good restaurant that has indoor seating as well as outdoor seating in “the secret garden”. I would definitely stay here again.

We thought the Firenze Palazzo Gaddi was one of the very best hotels in the world. Everything about it was exceptional. When we arrived we were given such a wonderfully warm, special reception. The staff are all amazing, helpful and kind. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are spotless with the most comfortable beds of any hotel we have ever visited. And the Presidential Suite has to be the most incredible room in all of Florence. We loved everything about our stay and give it the highest possible recommendation!

We stayed here at the end of our trip and wish we had a longer time here. The room, location, and staff were nothing short of amazing. The hotel itself is beautiful and the views can’t be topped. The concierge, Michele, was a highlight of our trip! He was incredibly helpful in providing recommendations and helping book excursions. Dimitri, the bar manager, was amazing as well. We miss this hotel so much already and can’t wait to come back.
