We stayed at Hotel Concorde as our base for Milan and Lombardy region day trips. Hotel isn’t in the city centre but very close to Metro Turro station and close to centre of attractions. There’s a 24 grocery store next door and a selection of good restaurants within walking distance. We found the neighbourhood safe and very residential.
Rooms were very clean, air conditioned, and roomy enough for 3 adults. Our son used the gym daily too. We spent many evenings / afternoons decompressing in the lobby with a nice cappuccino and books. We didn’t get a chance to try to restaurant though. Front desk and staff are very helpful .
We loved the breakfast. Lots of selection of pastry, proteins, fruit and drinks. This was my pickup for the day!

room was cozy and nice. slightly noisy because there were children screaming and people laughing. even some loud banging. but most of the time it was ok. the doors close very loud and rarely close properly. so you have to double check. the automatic toilet was broken and the shower head needs a deep cleaning.
skip the breakfast, thats a rip off. go to a local bakery or even starbucks to get real good breakfast.

Very very very bad.. The staff at the reception are not helpful..
Room air conditioning is under their control. Drinking water is upon request for a fee
The breakfast is bad and I do not recommend visiting it again. The staff’s response to any request is very poor. The receptionist LISA response is very bad. She offers solutions that are illogical... and very provocative... I asked her for a solution to the air conditioning problem and she replied that the solution is to open the window until the morning. We are doing maintenance on the problem...or moving the room to the seventh floor while i was booked two close rooms...unfortunately, her responses are not satisfactory.

The restaurant service and food was one of the best in Milan so far. Marco was an excellent server. Made our dining experience very memorable.

Perfect location for the office I was working at. 4 miles for city centre, which is walkable but there is a tube station right there. My only negatives with this hotel are the a/c controls didn't work too well, so I couldn't get the room cool enough to sleep well; the outside noise is too much all night long - it is on a very busy road - even with the window closed still aware of too much noise outside.

Though the room was not too spacious, it was clean and had all required amenities. Room service was excellent. Location is great with very easy access to metro and careffour hypermarket next door. Hotel Staff was very friendly and helpful.

A very noisy and old fashioned room and if you are bored at Night and you can't sleep because of the untight window (noisy traffic) you are sencerly invited to listen to your neighbours coversations or other things while your just tired lying in your bed wishing for silent, and the next thing are the unfriendly, unprofessional and incompetent receptionists, which are talking with each other instead of taking two minutes of attention to make the simply Check in! I also think, that it is very professional to talk about the guests infront of them in italian only because they think we don't understand or Talk the language!
The Garage looks like a cage and it is not connected with the Hotel! The breakfast is more than bad and the breakfast staff is more than unschooled and they are sleeping while working!
The good things at this Hotel where: the Dinner wasn't that worse and there is a supermarket 2 minutes away by foot.

Well built hotel with professional staff. Rooms pretty big and well illuminated. Breakfast is also good and the private parking is big enough. The hotel is also just few meters away from the metro stop which is actually very useful of you want to visit the city.

This place is a huge scam, claiming that if you didn't book directly you will have to pay for breakfast and pay for parking regardless of what Google says.
Meaning it'll cost you 20 euros per night and you also have to pay 8 euros per breakfast, apart from it being expensive for they poor rooms, this place is NOT advised for anyone!
You also get front desk people who are rude and talk about you in Italian because they think you don't understand.
