The room was nice in both standard and clean. Service at the front desk was stellar also. Breakfast experience was a big detractor. Pastries, bread and fruit was on a buffet line - but all other things (coffee, eggs etc) had to be ordered from the table. Quality of the scrambled eggs was really bad, fried eggs ordered over-easy came undercooked sunny-side up and the hot beverages came out cold.

The hotel is beautiful and unique, but as soon as we arrived no one helped us with the luggage, me and my family had to carry the bags ourselves even though I asked the receptionist to send someone for help.
That was the first bad impression.
We checked in at 3pm and we got our rooms at 4pm because the rooms were not ready, which was not acceptable and the lady in the reception was not as professional with dealing with customers and that was my biggest concern.
But the manager was nice and apologiesd and solved the situation with a smile.
The reception smelled bad for some reason.
We only had 1 bottle of water for all 5 days and when I asked why they said this is their hotel policy and I had to buy it from them if I wanted more.
And the bathroom is not as clean as it should be.
The room was clean and beautiful.
There are few details that I noticed that makes me know why its a 4 star hotel.
But their location is very nice and its close to all shops and coffee shops.

Very cold place,outside is -2 when we arrived the window in the room was open. Big room with one small heater.
No parking space.Staff don't speak English.
Breakfast was terrible.

King deluxe room
Nice room, amazing italian shower and comfy bed.
Good minibar and quiet room.
Only point here : toilet position : Just in the way of the door making it a bit inconvenient.
Staff was welcoming and available. Room check in and check out went smoothly without issue.

This hotel is truly beautiful inside and out. It is located at a Metro (subway) stop which allows for cheap, easy and fast transport all around town. Aside from that, it is not walking distance to attractions or central train station. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful about visiting attractions, restaurants and getting around town.
The only thing that kept me from scoring it with 5 stars is the hit or miss attention to extra requests. For example, request for extra coffee (instant by the way, not brewed) was ignored as was a request to tend to our bathroom sink which drained so slowly, it would fill up shaving or brushing teeth.

I am writing to report a serious incident that occurred during my stay at your hotel. On 20.07.2024[I found that my LV beauty case, containing valuable cosmetics, was stolen from my room. I have clear evidence that this bag was in my possession in the hotel, including receipts and photographs.
I have already lodged a formal complaint with the police and wish to inform you that this incident is being treated with the utmost seriousness. I ask you to investigate this matter urgently and to take the necessary steps to identify the culprits and recover my property.

Freshly renovated, with modern and contemporary style. Perfect bar , excellent service and good location. What made me lower the evaluation is the terrible choice to adopt a plastic mattress cover which is absolutely uncomfortable, and that i took off during the night : a four-star hotel should not ever make such a choice

Excellent hotel in the center of Milano. The building carries hundreds of years of history that it wants to share with its occupants. Unparalleled luxury and attention to every detail of the wonderful decoration. Kind and pleasant staff always willing to make your stay better. The breakfast buffet is wonderful and everything is delicious. Only fifteen minutes walk to the Duomo.

The hotel location is at one of the active streets. Rooms did not match on quality the paid amount of money. I was offered a room in the first floor facing nothing. Some of the front disc staff have some issues in communication and reliability. When I checked in with confirmed booking, they denied it saying it is cancelled. When I showed them the email Coummincation from one of their staff, they gave me a room with poor location. They need to improve the varieties in their breakfast menu. When I went down to use the swimming room, they asked meto pay about 30 euro. In conclusion,this nicely located hotel could do much better in their ranking if they improve clients experience.
